302  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: DO NOT JOIN ANY GROUP BUY !! Beware Don't Join any Group Buy!! on: August 05, 2013, 10:34:27 AM
Shut up you moron.

You also said they will not deliver, and they will not deliver on time.

Which do you mean, they will deliver, but it will be late? OR they will not deliver at all?

Think before you post, but for the greater good of this forum, please throw your computer out the window.

Thanks.

Erupters came this morning, here ALREADY its only 8am Smiley and im in the UK too!

Fantastic service, really cant ask for anything more.
LOL!  UK bound packages arrives earlier than US shipment.  Go figure.

Unparalleled service indeed.

Only issue - I expected it to take longer - so I don't have the USB hubs required to make use of them Cheesy

I still can't believe the service - tracking # said ETA roughly 6pm, then heard the doorbell D:

305  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: PCI-E to USB 3.0 Port & 10-Port USB Hub Group Buy (gauging for interest) on: August 04, 2013, 02:43:57 PM
I bought 5 of the Orico/Juiced on Monday and just went back to by more. Someone must have bought the rest from the same place as they are sold out. Probably will use an artic fan in the 10th spot if its flaky.

You cant run 9 erupters + fan, it will crap out Smiley
306  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] Block Erupter USB @ 0.20 BTC + parcel -> Shipping to anywhere! on: August 04, 2013, 10:35:44 AM
Hey, if anything at least your misleading Subject drags more people into your thread, right?

307  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [NOW SHIPPING] #16 ASICMiner Erupter USB - .41 to .55 btc (CE + RoHS news) 1000+ on: August 02, 2013, 08:47:27 PM
All USPS shipments have gone out

Impressive stuff!

Guess you have the fun of PMing tracking numbers to everyone now? =D
308  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [NOW SHIPPING] #16 ASICMiner Erupter USB - .41 to .55 btc (CE + RoHS news) 1000+ on: August 02, 2013, 08:03:03 PM
660 GH/s sitting on your table

Difficulty Factor
Hash Rate (mega-hashes / second)
Exchange Rate ($/฿)

Coins   Dollars
per Day   ฿10.62   $1,119.72
per Week   ฿74.33   $7,838.06
per Month   ฿322.82   $34,039.56

Now calculate the cost of 10 port hubs and the amount of hours you would spend unwrapping and plugging each one in.   Shocked

running a 2000 stick usb farm would be a lot of work. the cheapest hub  I have found is a 7 port hub for 24 dollars it has enough power. comes with a 5v 4a wall wart that is 20 watts 7 sticks is 17.5 watts 6 sticks is 15 watts  so 6 and a fan would be 16 watts. no one is running a 290 hub 2000 stick farm.
you would need 290 hubs at 24 usd  each or 6960  usd in hubs!

I may try to run a 200 stick farm not sure.  I am running a 39 stick setup now and it is very easy to do. I know I can go to 100 no problem.

Don't you think for 80 BTC + hub cost, you will get 1 avalon from auctions sub forum.? With 200 sticks, you end up getting only 67 gh/s.
Probably buy from someone who has already received it and selling it.
I saw one for 90 btc yest.!

I dont think people were being genuinely serious about a 2000 stick farm Tongue
309  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner USB Bitcoin Miner Price Drops 80% to 0.175 BTC on: August 02, 2013, 03:48:00 PM
THIS IS NOT A PRICE DROP.

Misleading article is misleading.

This is just the .1 buys for 30% of people who bought at 1.01BTC or more.

Read it properly before making stupid thread titles like this Wink

I can also vouch for the DLink, ran one on a raspberry pi, got 3 total now just waiting on this shipment for it Smiley

Apologies to Canary - failed to see the second post in thread, so completely did my Signing wrong STILL!

4th time lucky.. Sad

edit: 6th time lucky, i feel like a right moron now, haha!
311  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: CGWatcher 1.2.4, the GUI/monitor for CGMiner and BFGMiner to prevent downtime on: August 02, 2013, 12:38:15 PM
Does CGWatcher demand exclusive API access? Can't connect other things to the CG/BFGminer api when CGWatcher is enabled - anyway to fix this?

313  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: Interest Check for K1 Nano USB Mini Miner less than $49. on: August 02, 2013, 11:45:11 AM
Not sure why any would buy any over Erupters, theyre not worth the $/Gh (even less than Erupters!)
314  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Rumors on: August 01, 2013, 09:26:09 AM
part of the eBay sales satisfies demand for those who do not have btc to spend but rather dollars.

People who pay with dollars may actually make an ROI on them. As their mined BTC gains in value and USD goes down thanks to Uncle Ben. Cheesy

Of course they'd have done better buy just buying BTC and holding it. But where's the fun in that?  Wink

It works out the same if you buy them from BTC originally in USD.

The only time it doesn't work is using completely stored/mined BTC ^^
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: hypernova.pw "disappeared" with coins on: August 01, 2013, 08:14:05 AM

317  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [UK GROUP BUY] ASICMiner USB Block Erupters #3 on: July 30, 2013, 11:04:30 AM
As per PM - what sort of timeframe do we have left to order by?

Waiting back on two people, so my order can shift from 20-50 erupters depending on when it finishes - should be ready either today/tomorrow?
318  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: GB EU - ASICMiner Erupter USB - Shipping TUESDAY - from 0,57 including VAT on: July 30, 2013, 08:54:47 AM
Quite expensive compared to other places!

Are you going to go from thread to thread telling everyone that? you've already made that statement on 3-4 threads in the past few hours. lol

Im just seeing if people are interested enough to do a deal, you'd be surprised at the responses Smiley

Apologies if you are offended, and yeah it does look a bit like spam Sad
319  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [UK GROUP BUY] ASICMiner USB Block Erupters #3 on: July 30, 2013, 08:10:45 AM
The only thing that's holding me off is the bit of a disappointing price compared to the International group buy - the units are priced at .45 each!
Shipping costs .. Smiley

That is true, but when you're buying 15-20, it ends up being much cheaper when you pay a lump sum of 1 BTC instead of .1 each erupter Smiley
