1  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: CAMPANHAS DE ASSINATURAS ATUALIZADAS on: February 16, 2026, 09:58:44 PM

2  Local / Economia & Mercado / Re: ✅ b1exch.io - Exchange Automática e Instantânea | Sem KYC | 0.2 BTC em Escrow on: February 16, 2026, 12:57:23 AM

Roll Eyes

3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 🔸 SageSwap.io - Fast Crypto Swap 🔸 Escrow $2000 🔸 NO KYC/AML! on: February 15, 2026, 08:58:58 PM
I just realized that the mobile version of the site doesn't have the main menu, the web version does: Swap, FAQ, Support...

On the mobile version, the Support tab is missing, but we can still access it if we add: /support to the URL.

5  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: [INFO - DISCUSSION] Ibis - new Android wallet on: February 15, 2026, 07:49:53 PM
there will also be no ios version of the Ibis wallet. it will be a pure android Bitcoin wallet
I see, so they're going to focus on the Android audience, the same goes for Electrum, which will probably never release an iOS version.

I haven't tested Ibis with funds yet, but from what I've seen in the setup, it separates address scripts like Bluewallet, Sparrow, Electrum, etc.

It's not like Coinomi and Bitcoin Core, which have legacy,  Segwit all in the same keystore. It would be great for privacy if we had all address types in a single wallet.

A practical example of this would be: sending utxo from one type of address and the remaining balance (change) returning to the same type of address as the output you're making the payment to, something like:

bc1q > 1legacy (destination address)
         > 1legacy (change from your wallet)
6  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: My electrum wallet was compromised on: February 15, 2026, 06:50:07 PM
Thank you all for your responses. I realize now that I did something incredibly stupid — and it’s highly unlikely that I can fix it. I just needed to share a really painful story from my life, hoping it might help someone avoid the same mistake.

I had no idea the app wasn’t officially available until after I got scammed. And yeah, if I hadn’t been using that Android-based wallet, this never would’ve happened.

I get that Apple has a whole team of lawyers — I just needed somewhere to vent the anger I’m mostly feeling toward myself. I wanted to share this with you guys.

I’ve already filed a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center to try to recover the funds.
I hope this incident doesn't discourage you, but rather serves as a harder lesson learned: always check the official website of the wallet/app and verify the supported platforms. Electrum has never had an official version for iOS.

In the Bitcoin context, just one slip-up can make you lose all your entire wealth and unfortunately that was your case. Remember, this market is full of scammers. Whenever you have any doubts, don't do it, ask first in this forum, which is full of experienced users.

You could have downloaded Bluewallet, it's the only iOS wallet that supports Electrum seeds, it's well-known and open-source.

Before downloading any wallet, always verify the pgp signatures first. For desktops: [GUIDE] How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum [Guide]

Since on iOS you can only download apps from Apple AppStore, you should check the wallet's official website to see if it's supported on iOS. Even so, there's a risk of landing on a wallet phishing site.. in that case, always consult a reliable list that will list all wallets for all platforms, such as:

https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

https://thebitcoinhole.com/software-wallets

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5458007.0 - I think this list is no longer being updated.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5288971.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5482076.0

I strongly advise you to buy a hardware wallet like a Trezor, the latest model even has Bluetooth support (allowing compatibility with iOS).
7  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: [INFO - DISCUSSION] Ibis - new Android wallet on: February 15, 2026, 04:13:36 PM
It seems it's not yet available for iOS, but I tested it on my samsung tablet.

I really liked the features presented by this wallet, it has many advanced features, such as the ability to export an encrypted backup in AES, so I can save it anywhere without worries.

I will closely follow the development of this wallet, it's really very similar to Sparrow in terms of features, but Sparrow doesn't have the option to import private keys without sweeping, while this one does.
8  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 🛡SageSwap.io - NO AML, KYC-free, NO-JS, Swap Service! [ESCROW $2000] on: February 14, 2026, 11:23:37 PM
Correct, have to get VPN's to bypass the system, and as I said its a kind of headache. Other than this, thanks for mentioning that part, but I have tried the PGP method to send massge on another forum, and that method was recomended my by another user. Actually, that information I got first at that time when I was joining a free raffle on that forum, and the winner has to share his perosnal detail that i don't think is best.

But at that time someone told me about the PGP encryption method, and with the help of this, our message can be seen only limited time and by selected users only. This is why I liked that option of SageSwap exchange.
Yeah it's true, but you have to be careful when choosing your VPN, in some cases, it's better to use Tor itself, but DYOR to find out which is best for your case.

I use pgp occasionally, you encrypt your message using your Private key to the public key to the recipient's public key (e.g from sageswap) and only they can decrypt the message you signed, but I've never heard of a limited time that the recipient of the message can read.

Anyway, there is a tutorial explaining how pgp works > [Eng: Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message - Fingerprint

if you use Linux, you can install the same software or similar on Linux (or use everything in the terminal)

I forgot to mention this, but in the last few days, odudex is working on an alternative version of Krux, or fork called Kern, it has some different details like the transaction summary with input and output graphs of the transaction (similar to the mempool.space graph).

Below are some images of the project, to stay more updated on the project, follow his tweets.

A differentiator that it already has (kern) is a device with a much larger screen allowing the QWERT keyboard.

You mean this rule is not implemented in your country?
It will affect the country where I live too and I believe that this won't just be limited to discord, but other social medias like as facebook, X, etc. This will mean that everyone who doesn't want to do facial recognition/KYC will have to get a VPN.

But you can download session, it's an app that is probably well below the radar and runs on the tor network by default, sageswap has a session ID:

We also have Session and Signal!

From what I get it, it's a solution for people who don't want to deal with the technical side of stablecoins in self-custodial wallets.

While in traditional remittance movements the user would pay a 2% to 10% fee on the amount moved, they would only pay the fees of the stablecoin, in this case USD1 (which I don't know about).

Anyone who is familiar with crypto/stablecoins in a self-custodial wallet don't need to use it.

I highly agree, to a gambler, the most difficult thing to maintain is self-control or discipline.  It is because the entertainment, greed, and several factors keep testing our self-control. It is like a dome that was being bombarded by these factors.  If our discipline is weak, we ought to give in to these desires and pleasures.
...
I admit that what you are saying is correct.  Even the most willful gambler sometimes failed to control their gambling activity due to triggers and emotional reactions.  My personal experience can attest to this.
Courage is also a determining factor and if you know how to control each of these factors efficiently... but we also depend on the randomness of the game (what some call luck). Every now and then someone is lucky enough to wins a jackpot.

I think it's cool that there are browser extension option too, it's interesting for small amounts and doing some swaps. But aside from that, I wouldn't use even 30% of what the wallet offers, since I'm a user who only keeps BTC into the wallet and sends it every now and then.

But maybe I'll test it someday, never know.

...Personally, it doesn’t matter to me at all, because I use Tangem to swap small amounts usually into USDC to top up my crypto cards in my daily routine, while keeping my main stash on Passport Core.
Speaking of which, I'm looking for a crypto card, is ether.fy any good?
17  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Dead/Abandonet wallets. on: February 12, 2026, 09:04:22 PM
I believe BitWallet, an iOS exclusive wallet, should be included on the list, as its last update was on 12/20/2023. It was maintained by Sollico Software.

This wallet had some interesting features such as: maintaining more than one wallet in the app, importing single privkeys, iCloud Backups, Print paper wallets (I don't remember if it generated offline private keys).

I used it a lot back around 2019.

I couldn't find their project's github, but I found the website that supposedly belongs to Sollico through google: http://www.sollico.com/bitwallet

They are not the best app you can trust, and their leak from December 2025 confirms this. Discord has also changed CEO, who is from Israel, and suddenly after he became CEO, Discord wants to introduce face or ID scanning.

Oh, then it's good not to shift on Discord, as I really didn't have any clue about that. Thanks for adding this to my knowledge. Well, the reason behind why I was saying to add Discord is that there we can create a community where any random user can be able to join to get help about the service from its users and from the team. But the point that you mentioned to me in the previous post, then it's not good to add Discord.

Other than this, I have a little suggestion here for you, which is that you can also add an ANN thread in the support section of your website, so that new users will be able to land themselves here if they need any help about the service. What do you think about this?
That's true, I thought this measure would be implemented for residents of my country, but apparently facial recognition will be worldwide, so Discord isn't a good option because you'll have to give up your privacy to use it. It's not a good idea to include Discord, especially if you're using a platform that prioritizes privacy like Sageswap.

src: https://br.tradingview.com/news/afp:8ecc3c4644a78:0/
I don't know if any country will be excluded from this measure.
20  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Black Friday Hardware Wallet Less Known Deals on: February 11, 2026, 10:13:38 PM
I don't remember if Trezor has ever offered Valentine's Day discounts before, but this year you can get 10-20% off their products by the end of this week. It's not as big as previous Holiday Sales, but it's still a bonus for late shoppers.
It's impressive that they're putting the Trezor Safe 7 on sale so soon after its release, it's a great device, although I prefer air-gapped devices like Krux or Coldcard.

But without a doubt, Trezor is the best wallet for beginners and even those who have been in this market for a long time. I highly recommend it, it makes me really want to buy one. Too bad that if I import it to my country, I could be taxed up to 60% on the product, including shipping.  Tongue
