1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I am not lucky in trading - what am I doing wrong? on: December 10, 2019, 11:49:29 AM
Different individuals engage in different method of trading. You can have same strategy, but different approach. Doing something wrong in trades, defines the strategy you are using and how you are applying such strategy. First, identify what you are doing wrong, then go about correcting it.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The fight against Bitcoin is coming. Are we ready?! on: December 10, 2019, 08:48:15 AM
As far as cryptocurrency is concern, Bitcoin has been having series of challenges, and despite all of these, the cryptocurrency is still striving and gaining recognition by the day. There is nothing one can do about what is coming, but just to wait and see what the future outcome would be.
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you holding Bitcoin? on: December 09, 2019, 04:43:39 PM
People have actually had panics about bitcoin coming to an end, and so, decided to sell their coin, some even sold at a loss. It can be said that those who bought the cryptocurrency at 10k and above, are now in loss, but regardless, they are still holding their coin, to sell at a profit someday. I am actually holding mine, because i believe better days are coming.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so few women buying into Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2019, 05:23:05 PM
I believe gender does not have anything to do with investment; as anyone or anybody should be able to make an investment at well. It is often seen that men engage more in either forex or crypto investments (reasons not yet known by me). So, it can be said for a fact that few women buy into Bitcoin.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think of ETH Price will be by end of 2020? on: December 05, 2019, 06:02:08 PM
An upgrade in Ethereum might have a positive impact on the cryptocurrency, which in turn might bring about an increase in price. As to what ETH price would be at the end of 2020, cannot be said, but there would be hope for the altcoin to attain a 2k range, if only it can reach its previous peak it attained in 2017.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dump - The Worst Thing on: December 05, 2019, 10:49:54 AM
Dump occurs at time intervals and likewise, pump. It is usually seen when there is a drop in price. It therefore, should be seen as a normal phenomenon, as far as the crypto market is concern. Bitcoin's dump and altcoin's dumps are not usually affected by same factors, but it is often seen that whenever there is a drop in the price of bitcoin, other alts seem affected.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for newbies to trading on: December 05, 2019, 06:27:01 AM
Everything mentioned above (tips for newbies to trading) can build up a strong foundation for a trader, if and only if he/she implements the above mentioned tips correctly. Another thing i will like to add - as an advise, is that newbies should have a good mentor (who has experience in trading) that can guide him/her.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investment on: December 04, 2019, 10:40:33 PM
Bitcoin investment differ from individual to individual. It is an investment that has given some people success stories, while others, unpleasant stories.
Like every other investments that involves risk, bitcoin investment also involves risk, which is why it is usually advised that you take a calculated risk on any investment and risk what you know would not affect you, when you incur losses.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can one have any expertise in Speculating? on: December 04, 2019, 02:07:06 PM
Speculations are not just made based on assumptions; they are usually made after carrying out some analysis. Speculations are not always precise, and as such you have good speculations and bad ones.
One can actually have an expertise in speculating, if you do your analysis right most of the time.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: German banks are allowed to hold and sell bitcoin since now on: December 04, 2019, 07:21:17 AM
For the fact that German banks are now allowed to hold and sell bitcoin, would actually bring positive minds to those individuals/groups who were initially skeptical about the cryptocurrency and i think it would bring a certain level of assurance to investors - being that a financial institution has adopted the system.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I Buy Bitcoin Now? on: December 03, 2019, 09:40:14 PM
Buying of bitcoin at any given point in time should be based on market analysis. The bitcoin market seem to have an up, down movement. Knowing support and resistance levels can serve as a guide as to when to buy. Buying at $7000 can be consider a fair range to buy as the market revolves round the range as a support level.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Trading Bots Work? on: December 03, 2019, 02:52:39 PM
Trading bots is an automated system of trading, programmed in such a way that it navigates the market to make profits. Trading Bots actually works on the condition(s) to which it was built. Regardless, it is not 100 per cent guaranty to make profitable trades in most cases, as there are certain market conditions that can alter the way to which the bot was programmed.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long Term VS Daily Trading on: December 03, 2019, 12:14:12 PM
In trading, there is intra-day(daily trading) and swing (Long term trading) and both of them seem profitable, depending on what strategy that works for you. It is oftentimes advised, that a trader should have a working trading system that should be able to maximize its profits and minimize its losses.
The difference here, is that on a daily trade, you hold positions within a 24hrs period, while on a long term trading, you hold positions within stipulated periods more than a day.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that governments might one day ban Cryptos? on: December 03, 2019, 06:10:20 AM
Since inception, there has always been the thought of governments banning crytos, but overtime, crytocurrencies has been seen to have gained more recognition by both individuals and certain groups at large. As far as this subject topic is concern, i don't think the ban on cryptos would be agreed upon by all governments; some will adopt it as an alternative means, while others might not.
