Ah this was a long shot, thinking strangers was gonna help out, my bad. The solution for me became Virwox and going from fiat->SLL->BTC, so im out of my pickle and have asked a mod to delete this thread.
4  Other / Off-topic / Re: Lavabit.com and Tormail Email Alternatives... on: August 27, 2013, 06:24:56 AM
I haven't seen anyone mention www.anonymousspeech.com so i will.
Its main selling point for me is that it requires no Javascript so no badman can hijack the site and insert funky code as we saw happend with tormail. Has some others neat features as well like time-delayed emails. I havent used that function but im guessing it uses a rnd delay before sending your message, very cool.
And yeah- Bitcoin accepted!
Enjoy.
5  Economy / Lending / 0.5 BTC to get me out of a pickle on: August 26, 2013, 09:20:02 PM
Hello dear sirs and madams.
I find myself in a bit of a pickle.

The pickle:
I need to pay for an online service and by being a bit sloppy and overlooking things i now stand to lose some content if i dont pay up very soon, within a day in fact  Shocked
As we know transfering money to an exchange and getting some sweet Bittys takes a few days that i dont have...
So i stumble in here and humbly look for a kind soul to unpickle me.

The loan: 0.5 BTC repayed within two weeks (will most surely pay sooner but giving myself ample time so i dont dissapoint) as 0.65 BTC. Is that fair enough terms for a picklesolver?
I hope so, and have prepared an adress to where funds can be sent:

Thank you for reading.

Hi!

I use bitcoins because the idea strikes me as revolutionary. It gives people freedoms not enjoyed since before humans invented civilization.
My bitcoinadress is:

I will now look at your website and see what your offering.

Thank you!

If you use wemineltc.com you can download a .bat from them that has all commands for cgminer put in it. just put the .bat in cgminer directory and run it.

wemineltc.com

latest cgminer for windows:

hope this helps as a start.

Im sorry but i must also voice my opinion about how this is a bad idea.

Its fun for you to design a logo and decide some parameters yes, but cant you start a small business and charge in bitcoins instead? That way you help the cryptocurrency-community by expanding the economy, now your bloating the community with another currency for your own gain, (or so it seems, sorry if im wrong)

What does India have to do with your coin? Or is it native americans?

I have also been reading for prolly hundreds of hours but not written much at all. But this newbie jail thing is good as it creates incentive for knowledgeable lurkers to become contributing members of this online community Smiley

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Bloated little newbie-wallet, is it possible to fix? on: April 07, 2013, 11:05:02 AM
Hi! Im a new Bitcoin-guy trying my best to learn and understand this system.
I have been playing around with the free-bitcoin-sites and gotten my wallet loaded with 1.5 mBTC with 43 transactions.
I have two questions im unable to figure out by lurking and reading:

1)
From what i can understand receiving transaction under 0.1 mBTC is useless as your wallet file grows with each transaction and when you want to spend the BTC the fee will eat the amount away.
Im thinking now ill stop with the micro-handouts but the BTC i have already got, can i transfer it to a new wallet and get a clean file? Would i get a one-transaction-wallet with 1.5 mBTC or would all previous transactions be transferred so the new walletfile is the same size?

2)
Willl the transaction be possible without fee? (Otherwise i get nothing) Would keeping the 1.5 mBTC and transacting in say a month make it a higher priority transaction due to coin age? Or can i make the transaction now and the longer the transaction is ignored due to no fee its priority grows to the point it would be included in a few weeks or say month?

A big thanks to anyone willing to share knowledge about this.
