661  Economy / Economics / Re: corona Vírus doesn't affect bitcoin price on: March 10, 2020, 11:33:50 AM
I have had fears that the coronavirus could affect the price of Bitcoin but as time goes by I have realized that it has no connection. Bitcoin continues to have the same behavior with its natural volatility. I have seen some optimistic comments that we may see a big surprise, a supposed increase in its price.

I am doubtful that the current market price drop is happening due to its volatility only. i see that it could be due to corona virus scare that is existing across the globe currently. Due to which quite a few investors or big players might have sold their positions and thinking that they would have a chance to buy back later once the price drops more and can help them to buy at cheap price. Hopefully things starts to get stabilize and we see the btc prices to rise back again and cross its levels of 10k in coming month.
662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you stop gambling in a time of crisis? on: March 10, 2020, 11:17:40 AM
Yes of course it is better to conserve our money and spend it on more important things on time of crisis,
But unless you are loaded and doesn't care about the money at all then I guess you wouldn't stop gambling even on those times.

Given that only we earn limited money it is more so important for us to ensure we are utilize for the best of our times considering the crisis time which is existing or foresee in the coming time. People are unaware as what could happen and how markets may tumble and existing job or business how it can be effected so wasting money now would be a dangerous thing to do unless people are wealthy and can manage to lose money and still they would be fine in coming time.

Betting on India in this series is the best option, however, have you seen how SA dominated team Australia? SA has recovered the team a little from the early shit performance.
Good to see that Hardik Pandya is back and he has gotten a huge success in domestic matches.

SA is now a strong opponent as they have whitewash the ODI series against the strong OZ. So they would with high confidence and India on other hand have the home advantage. Hardik would be back which will be added advantage to their batting and fielding line. Also, Kohli is just out of form and other if can play a crucial role it is going to be a interesting series and we could see some last over finish as well.
664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the terms you decide on which casino to play? on: March 10, 2020, 08:51:06 AM
Reputation does play a vital role. I do check out the site, reviews, the security features, their processing payment time, doe they revert to the query on time and take appropriate measures to the questions asked, do they have a fair reward and bonus system. Also, overall is it lucky for me or just I am on a losing side does decide as well overall which one to choose.

~Edited out~
Feeling bad because this was their chance to get it done but still proud of them as they played brilliantly throughout the tournament ( Expect the most important match though) .
Good to see the support for the women team, everyone rallying behind them for right reasons. Men's team feeling jealy-jealy  Grin

~snip~

One of the reasons why I wanted them to win was to show that in India its not everything about Men's cricket and Women's cricket deserves same kind of attention too . Although they lost , they got nation-wide applause for getting into the finals and nobody is too angry on them for losing in the finals ( If it was Indian Men's team , everyone would have lost their mind ).

Definitely it’s a very big achievement for Indian to enter the finals and the beat would have being to won it . But nevertheless it shows that India is one of the top teams and still has a lot of scope to grow and with right attitude and support they can reach new levels . Today Gavaskar has said to BCCI that they should start woman IPL type matches which will give them a good exposure .

I am bored  and watching this match. It seems Bangladesh is in the driving seat. Poor Zimbabwe bowlers were beaten by Bangladeshi top orders and now the Bangladeshi bowlers are bowling good too.

Liton - 59, Saumya – 62, Tamim – 41 helped the team to reach 200/3 in 20 overs . In response Zim started poorly and had lost already 7 wickets for a score of 107 in 14 overs. They still require 88 runs in 32 balls. Zimbabwe team need to come up with a plan and try to score as much close as possible against Bangladesh because once they start competing with OZ, SA, England they would stand nowhere  to this best teams.
667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 09, 2020, 12:52:48 PM
1st  T20 between Zim and Bangladesh has begun. Zimbabwe has decided to field first and Bangladesh ahs started very well and are 97/1 in 11.4 overs.  Liton continues has past form and batting at 51 in just 33 balls. Bangladesh is set to make 200+ if Liton continues to bat for longer time and with remaining wickets in hand they can easily target the remaining overs from now on.
668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: March 09, 2020, 06:28:31 AM
If this happens to typical gambling, I don't see why it won't be tried on cryptocurrency trading Does this happen in real life in countries? I guess you only get receipts for big purchases (especially where I live). Besides, the small purchase are normally taxed indirectly.
I prefer the indirect tax, by the way. I don't think it's a good idea to keep track in such way of things we purchase in both physical and online worlds. It should be based on choices.

It’s a good thing to keep a track of amount spend and earned from you gambling beacuse at times this can help you to know in a year how you being doing . Unless if you play occasionally for fun then it would differ else for those who are into full time or addicted to it this spreadsheet may act as an eye opener for them when they realise how much they have being losing the actual money or otherwise .
669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: March 09, 2020, 06:24:21 AM
Comparing any of the batsman with Sachin is really bad idea in my opinion. They call him GOD and yes Sachin is the god of cricket no doubt. Smith is a very good batsman, no doubt but Sachin is far above him or any other batsman. Don't forget that there is no Bret Lee, Muralidharan, Shane Bond and many more.

The reason why Sachin is called god beacuse their was a time where India teams for years were depended mostly on Sachin to fire or help the team for victories. When he used to get out people used to switch off the TV as most likely the result was known to people . While for other players of other team they had few good players who even get out can help team to win the matches . So pressure was not on just one player. This differs Sachin from other players.
670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19 and its effect in Gambling World on: March 08, 2020, 04:55:25 PM
I think the only effect of COVID-19 is that a lot of gambling casino would close for a long period of time due to virus spreading prevention, but i think it is the right thing to do just to prevent everyone from having a virus. And there are also pther ways fro gamblers to entertain themselves pr to gamble by just playing in a online casino.

Only casinos would be affected by it and rest online gambling would continue the way it is being happening . Many tourists places where casinos are attractions would have a major effect as tourism now will fall as people will avoid vacations and local people may also be skeptical as people from different nations could be found in casinos and risk increases if you get in contact of such people .  For next couple go months it will be a hard time for casinos owners .
671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 08, 2020, 10:37:33 AM
I think the Women's T20 final has been very entertaining with a great batting performance by Australia, that was one of the best batting performances I've seen in a while in a final. It reminds me of the 2003 world cup final between Australia and India and it is looking like Australia will win unless the Indian middle order can make a big partnership.

The overall tournament was interesting one but the final was not very entertaining and it was one sided game. I did expected that Indians girls should have shown some sort of fight, but it was not to be. Anyways Indians should be happy as they have made it to the final alteast, which is also an honor for them.

Definitely the way India has reached final beating some of the world best team the final was just not on the mark. It was a complete one-sided match which proved why the OZ are the 5 times World Champion and continue to remain the same. India just could not even bat complete 20 overs nor they could even make 100 runs in final. India would upset because in league match they had beaten OZ and would have expected the match atleast to be closed.

That was really a great match. Most of the stars played and good to see that they performed nicely.
Today, Srilanka will face Australia. It's going to be another great match since we will see Muralidharan, Chaminda Vaas, Marvan Atapattu to play once again.

Australian team is rocking 117/1 in 12 overs at this rate they can easily score more than 250. India needs some wickets now otherwise this match will go out of their hand. Australia are favourites but you cannot underestimate team India.

What an amazing start to the final's where OZ had an 115 runs opening partnership and managed to score 184/4 in 20 overs. Mooney was not out at 78 and Healy made 75 runs. This would be a big score for India to chase and in finals the pressure always is on batting second. Hopefully we see the match goes till last ball to decide the world champions of T20.

184 is a good target aby the Australian team. I thought they might cross 200 but, Indian bowlers were able to restrict them. Now India has to build a partnership and also keep a check on the asking run rate.

India have begun their innings and already has lost 3 wickets for 26 runs in 5 overs . So with this start the chase is now not at easy and OZ have almost closer to life the World Cup . Unless some magical innings is being played then only India could win from now on .

674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: March 08, 2020, 07:02:01 AM
The longest break I had was only 9 months,

I had my personal reason that time and I highly focused myself only with my work and nothing more. At first I feel uneasy since I suddenly stoped gambling, it is my habit before but since I have decided to stop I take a long break from gambling.

Right now, I am back again with my ol md hobby...

9 months is a long time! How did you not manage to leave it totally lol? It's understandable if it was just your hobby and not permanent type of addictions as those are really hard to get rid of haha.
I don't think anyone has gambling as a hobby. Even if it is taken up as hobby it will soon turn into an addiction according to me.
Being away from gambling is easy if something else in your life is interesting and if you are busy in that.

One thing is sure that if people turn gambling into hobby then you are bound to get addicted sometime in your future if not now. And if people need to stay away from it then the easiest way is to start developing passion for something else. This will keep you busy with new hobby and help you also to stay away from gambling unless you want to use gamble for fun at times which is fine.

Today South Africa whitewashed Australia really good return for them before Indian tour as they have some confidence and ability to fight against big teams after very bad time bowlers doing very good job and batting is also going with Klaasen and Malan doing good job for their team hopefully they will do more better in near future.

What a fantastic ODI series SA had and just whitewashed OZ by 3-0. Inspite of Labuschagne 108 runs innings OZ could just post 254/7 in 50 overs and in reply SA started well and all batsman contributed and made the chase easy for them and won by 6 wickets and 27 balls to spare. Smuts was Man of the match was picking 2 wickets and making 84 runs.

It was good to see the WI win a series away from home, they have always been a good T20 team but their form in recent times hasn't been that great so for them to win the series away from home will give them some confidence heading into the T20 world cup later this year.

WI is by far a better team than the Srilankans. I was not surprised to see how easily they won the T20 series. It was a complete whitewash. Srilanka's batting has been an issue not many good players left in the team.

WI is highly talented team and just beacuse of the issues with the board the team is not consistent or it effects their game . We have seen how at times they can chase or score the runs at fast paced and can easily cross 200 on a given day . But they lack consistency which could be due to various reasons . If they get it right they can beat any of the best teams of T20 easily .
677  Economy / Economics / Re: Good news for bitcoin from India, should other countries also follow the suit? on: March 06, 2020, 07:27:10 PM
This is just amazing news and knowing that many people wanted to explore the new possibilities and this just esnsures that their future hold many things now . Their would be soon many exchanges would be in place and people will also have another option to invest and trade in crypto along with the traditional stock market and investing in gold .
678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: March 06, 2020, 07:09:15 PM
Zimbabwe could not sustain their last innings good form and just could not even reach anywhere close to the target . They lost again by big margin. Also did any one noticed that in last 3 matches Bangladesh scores 321, 322 and 322 again in today’s match . What a coincidence this is that they scored almost same runs in 3 three matches.
679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: March 06, 2020, 11:00:59 AM
3rd ODI begins and Zimbabwe asked Bangladesh to bat and would be disappointed with this call as they have post the highest opening partnership of 182/0 before the rains interrupted the match .  33.2 overs have being bowled and Das has hit another century and batting on 102 and Tamim on 79. I think if match starts it may reduced the overs. Zimbabwe might just want to pick up quick wickets now so that even if DL come into picture later they can have advantage .
680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: March 06, 2020, 06:34:00 AM
The most important is that you are trustworthy and responsible to handle things. It doesn't matter whether you gamble or not but make it sure to priority first your job. Good reputation will just follow.

Very essential things that till the time you are doing things legally then reputation would not even be effected . But if people who gamble when it is illegal may hamper the reputation and can cause a sign of worry . Just never break any one’s trust and if you have good relations and doing things right things will continue to go your way or else it will just be reverse .
