I think primedice is closer to about 30 billion bets right now and stake got its 5th billion bet as well, do you guys think one day stake will reach to primedice and pass that milestone ? I don't know when it will be but the first one to 50 billion bets could very well be stake at this point, they are getting faster and faster and I believe in 2 years time stake will pass primedice  , it is great for both of them since they are owned by the same owner so its not like a race between them to actually get passed by each other constantly, a race between primedice and stake would only benefit the owners (since they are owned by the same team) so I definitely agree that we are going to see a real big deal out of it when it happens. I really hope there will be a huge giveaway or promotion when it happens. Well, these two sisters companies are all going up by means of having thousands of active members and bettors. |

Hi Steam, I am using my phone to play it seems you need a mobile version for the site. Yes! We are painfully aware of this. Unfortunately, we had to sacrifice the mobile version in favor of getting the speeds up to par. This happened several weeks ago when our testers found that the game would slow down considerably whenever we had over 50 players. But that's fodder for another story. We are now, as I write this, working on the mobile version. It IS coming along. I expect a couple weeks and we can brag about our mobile version. Everyone hates CSS. Good to see the fast response from the team, I hope you can fix it asap. Nowadays the majority of people uses smartphones to socialize, play games and also to gamble. |

I don't think that playing Dice on Primedice or trading Bitcoin on Bitmex are fairly equal. Some will find one easier than the other and vice versa.
Some traders have no idea how to gamble and some gamblers have no idea how to trade. Just because someone is a whale doesn't automatically gaurantee they will be successful in either.
Most of the Bitcoin whales are early adopters who either GPU mined BTC in the early days or they invested a small amount which turned into a fortune back in 2010-2011 days.
I think that they gamble on Primedice primarily for fun and don't think of anything when they lose their bets. And the whales that trade the markets they usually probably mostly hedge their Bitcoins. Basically selling when BTC hit $20K and started buying back at $3K and restart the cycle all over again.
Rich people or whales as they said, They only gamble in primedice or in other crypto supported casino for fun, Even if they lose. I think it's only a penny and not really risky for them. |
