The only thing stoping me from buying it is that I dont know how to set up the pairs... any help tutorials? thanks
You donīt need a tutorial for that! Itīs very easy, if you use the standard parameters . They are good enough to get the bot up and running. You can tweak them later, if you understand the bot. If you really need help, just ask. Our community is really helpful. I am glad that I bought the bot back in january and I donīt want to miss it anymore! Gunthar is a great coder and very helpful if you face any problems! |

Hello
Is anyone running Gunbot on their mining rig?
I think it was Gunthar who wrote that 1 pair takes about 20k of memory.
So if I calculated correctly running 50 pairs would eat just 1MB of memory.
The thing is my rigs go non stop - except for one hour during weekly maintance.
What are you opinions, experience on this if I may know.

I have Gunbot on my 3 GPU mining rig (Windows 7 with 6 GB Ram)! Works without problems. Gunthar said the latest version of the bot use a lot less memory for each pair than the earlier versions. |

Make sure you can afford the service and afford to drop in enough starter funds to get going.
You better stop to confuse people! There is no service to be paid! The bot costs 0,1 BTC - one time payment !Even 0,05 BTC is enough as initial trading capital (if you canīt afford more) ! |

Hello, a week ago I bought gunbot.
In the beginning everything was good. After a few days I could not call single pages error message code422.
I have generated a new API key and then ran nothing.
I could not connect to any side.
Now I have used the old API key again.
Now gunbot connects with the sides. But he can not recognize the balance or the price of the currency.
I can not continue trading.
What am I doing wrong?
The error is shown: cycle failed
Your biggest mistake was to change your API-Key, since your OLD Api-Key is registered with the bot! It wont work with the new Key! 422 error is in most cases fault of the site (poloniex mostly). That happens when the site is too busy. Your bot is fine (because it is the same bot we all are using  ) Switch back to your old API key and run the bot with new pairs. |

I like to do about 10% of my total per trade. This way I only need to do 10 trades a day to achieve a total flip of my money and realize a nice gain per day. You must be careful with your settings though because if it is too aggressive you can end up with everything in bags. Using 10% you don't need to be greedy
10% is a sure fire way to become a bagholder big time!!! Which currencies do you see a 10% change within 24 hrs? Thatīs a really rare case - and you are able to find 10 such goldmines every day? Never ever! 2% or 3% is a realistic goal! But that all is off topic here. This thread is meant as a sales related thread for gunbot! i have absolutely no way of accessing telegram ...
everytime i click on the link for 'join group' - it just sits there ...
what am i doing - and what needs to be done to get joined up and working with this damned thing? ...

... Ahahah , you make me laugh . Two of my message were censured by Gunthar because I expose flaws about his documentation, and that guy want to have a CLEAN thread and a perfect user feedback. But beleive me, they are a lots of errors and lots of things that need to be corrected. If you "expose flaws" Gunthar would be thankful, because he can adress problems only if he is aware of them! So exposing flaws means helping him to get rid of the flaw! So just stop bitching and annoying us REAL USERS of this bot! If there are problems Gunthar does everything to solve them. If someone runs into a problem he even gives one-on-one help until the problem is solved! Go get a life and leave us alone! |

is it possible to run the system on 2 vps with the same api? Only with other pairs? i ask because of memory
Yes Are you sure? That could give nonce problems (nonce must be a unique, increasing number for security reasons). I donīt think that will work properly if you run the bot on 2 different computers! |

There is no need to touch the bot . Start it and leave it running. (else you would not need a bot) The bot doesnīt make minus. And no . There is NO MINIMUM requiered. |

I have read about this bot lot of time but did not had enough bitcoins to start it, now i am holding around 0.05btc in my wallet , is it enough to start the bot with this coins and on which exchange and all is it usefull only in poloniex or other exchange also support the bot. Please help me to start using this bot with this all problem sorted
I use poloniex only (just because I never been somewhere else). On some pairs I use as low as 0.01 BTC to trade. So yes, 0.05 BTC is enough to get a start. As time goes by you will make more and more money with the bot , then you can start trading with more money! |

This might sound a bit silly, but is it possible to profit off with the gunbot even if you are having zero knowledge in trading?
Hello! That does not sound silly The bot is VERY easy to run. Even wich coins are best to trade are suggested (if you use the statistics button)! You donīt need knowledge in trading. I did not know anything when I started back in january. Here Gunthar explains how to run the latest version: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1715214.msg19103712#msg19103712Donīt be scared. You will get all the help you need to successful run the bot. We have a great and helpful community and Gunthar is extremely helpful as well! But if you get the time it might be of help if you read through this whole thread since there are the different strategies explaind. So itīs easier to make a decision which strategy you want to use (if you are unsure full Bollinger works always good) |
