Naive investors won't never find such potential coins when they are extremely undervalued. Buying at highs, peaks; selling at lows, bottoms are their basic instincts. So, I am happy to take advantage of their foolish actions to earn profits. Anyway, I agree with your stance on Solaris project and its potential, vella. Another push in price is coming as more people are becoming aware of the Solaris project. My fear is the ability to maintain the price when the rise comes. So, Solaris needs more Market makers with very fat pocket of cash and btc. |

Very strange that so less people are intressted in buying this coin.
Always just to hope and pray is not enough... The coin should also gain in price.
I don't understand why Solaris is not as popular as some other coins are in the top 100 as Solaris has so much more going for it then some of those projects in the top 100 but hopefully in time more people will come to know about Solaris and that's when we could see the price start going up and more masternodes come online. A lot of projects that skyrocket also have some big crypto guys promoting it which I don't see any promoting Solaris just yet but in time I think this will change. Solaris is similar to DNR when it comes to the coin not being popular even though they both have a lot going for them. Personally, Solaris is a better project compared to DNR. Though repented, but a lot of people still find it difficult to trust Carsen, the developer of Denarius. Yes, he is talented but once bitten twice shy. |

Solaris scarcity just increased with the block reward reduced from 1.0 to 0.95 XLR per block. The reward will reduce further in about 30 days time to 0.90 XLR. So, sooner or later, the price will be impacted positively.

A lot of people are speculating a price drop after mainnet but this may not happen at all or the drop might just be for a short period of time to shake out some hodlers (weak hands and probably people taking profit).
When Mainnet is live, people will start understanding the tech behind EOS, Developers will begin building DAPPs on it and If this DAPPs scales while Ethereum still battles with scaling, then expect a huge surge in price of EOS. Probably hitting $50 and above before year end.

Personally, the project has released lots of good products recent weeks, all bugs were fixed completely and staking has worked perfectly, smoothly.

Though all currency are subject to manipulation but the more centralized a currency is, the more the degree of manipulation.
In fact, that is the essence of whale holders in most cryptocurrencies. They own a high percentage of the coin and therefore dictate the direction of the currency or project. If the major aim of a whale holder of a centralized coin is to be get the price to surpass that of bitcoin, with enough resources he/she would surely impact the price.

Yo can anyone say what the average masternode payout is per day? I tend not to trust masternodes sites as they seem to be wrong usually!
I've switched from staking and it seems that masternodes earn a lot less than staking?!
hmm... Is this true? If so, is this working as intended? I have found that running a masternode we'll get between 1.6 to 2.4 XLR daily. On 600 XLR staking I found that I got 9 stakes sometimes 10 stakes per day. So that is around 2 XLR daily from 600 XLR which I had split into 150 coin blocks and not in one large block. So going by my stats it does seem that staking earns a little more but remember this can change in the near future as more people start staking. Then MN will be paying more as long as the number of MN remains the same at around 700. I think people need to find the right balance and see what works best for them and go from there. Presently staking seems more profitable probably because there are more masternode online as compared to less stakers. |

EOS is a very ambitious project, which if successful will bring a lot of adoption into the cryptospace. The main focus of EOS is scalability (imagine millions of transactions per second) and decentralization (reason given for a year-long ICO that should give opportunity to any interested individual to participate and prevent whale domination) EOS also has experienced and tested developers like Daniel Larimer, developer of Steem and bitshares blockchain which are also highly scalable. If EOS becomes successful and Ethereum refuses to scale further then it might fulfil the prophesy of being an Ethereum killer, Yea the Ethereum On Steroid. Though, I also feel EOS is overvalued in terms of market capitalization (because it is still a developing product) but I don't see NEO overtaking it in the nearest future (except something very unusual is implemented on NEO or EOS drastically fails) So, I go for EOS  In terms of market cap, I don't see NEO close to EOS. EOS has a great ambition, and backers are increasing day by day; imagine blockchain industry movers, such as Bitfinex, Huobi, AntPool, Wancloud, OK Blockchain Capital et cetera applying to be EOS block producer. we are good now, just received first MN 0.799 reward and first stake 0.199 cheers  Now thats good news to start a weekend  At the last moment at block 263995 it got very exciting. 20 minutes went by and still no block. Sweat in my hands DDOSsing the block explorer with my F5 button it finally switched to block 263996. I quickly checked if our fix did the job and it did. Masternodes now get 80% of the block value and stakers 20%. ZeroSolaris works like a charm. Happy weekend LMAO , I was giving it 10 more minutes before I was expecting a riot from people asking why it was stuck/not working etc. Good job guys onwards and upwards. I started monitoring the explorer at block 263988 to witness the switch live, 5 minutes after block 263995 and there was no 263996 I was like; "Eh! another wallet update  " , Then, went to take some water to calm my nerves. Lo and Behold, block 263996, 7, 8... Welldone Developers |
