541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do? on: September 14, 2019, 12:38:47 PM
That is why some investors don't like to invest ICO anymore because of many scam ICOs, they prefer to invest in IEO because they think less scam. Those people who still invest in ICO maybe they believe the project, but I still prefer to invest in IEO.
During the hype of ICO, a lot of frauds were able to grab that opportunity to scam investors. They seem to be promising since they manage to plagiarized other project's platform without getting caught instantly. Today, IEO is the new face of ICO which promises less risk of getting scam but doesn't guarantee of success. It's too important to spend a lot of time on a project before you invest on it.
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is or are the contribution of Crypto gambling sites to Crypto Currency on: September 14, 2019, 12:13:40 PM
I have a lot of friends who buys Bitcoin just to gamble it. Although they know nothing about crypto, they don't get afraid to give a shot since they know that it's worth trying. This mindset affects cryptocurrency positively since it adds more demand in cryptocurrency, meaning the price and users increases too.
543  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not ignore the small profits in Bitcoin investments. on: September 14, 2019, 11:04:47 AM
Yes, many people are looking for a higher profit through trading and this makes them hold it for some time, that's why most of the day traders will make huge amount profit because they won't bother how much price the coin is reaching. They will always look out for profit not more than 5% on their investment. Sometime small returns will help you to reach your goals.

I admit that I am also the type who always expect for huge profit and never really cares on small roi even it it is on 20% but I'm sure 80% of traders  or more than that apply that to theirselves. But on the other hand, if I'm holding $1-$5 million on bitcoin or eth then I would definitely sell my holdings and do swing trades frequently but the reality is I am not a whale but only a small algae on the ocean.
If we have $10k worth of BTC, I think 1% ROI is small but people consider it big today cause of the market situation.
In myself, everything that I have even it is small I'll consider it big.
Indeed. Even small gains are worth it rather than not making profit at all. It's vital to keep your assets making profit to you even though it's not that huge. In the long run, it will benefit you unexpectedly. Nevertheless, we shouldn't hesitate to invest because if we hesitated in the first place, our wealth won't grow no matter how hardworking you are.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your wallet from hackers on: September 13, 2019, 01:42:37 PM
The best thing to do is to trust no one. It's dangerous to keep your wallet information via cloud storage since it can be manipulated by the third party and it's possible that your email may get hacked. It's recommended to write all of your wallet information on a paper and keep it with padlock. Make sure that no one is possible to acess it but you and the one who can steal it personally.
545  Economy / Economics / Re: How can I start a business that offers crypto services? on: September 13, 2019, 09:01:17 AM
It sounds too risky to loan a lot of money for cryptocurrency assets. I understand that you're too optimistic to the future of crypto but that's too risky. The volitality of the market in crypto is overwhelming thus your loan could be devalued in just minutes if you're unfortunate. On the other hand, if you really know that you're sure about the future of crypto, there's nothing wrong to give a shot.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 13, 2019, 03:07:04 AM
Gambling money becomes dirty money if it was from illegal act in which it's not tolerable by law. It's difficult to regulate since a gambling sites can operate without the approval of the government. Personally as a gambler, I don't mind on it too much since I'm playing fairly through crypto gambling site. It's better to be anonymous in while gambling so if there will be such leak, your identity won't be revealed.
547  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Pagbagsak ng ICO on: September 12, 2019, 10:49:22 PM
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Bounty Hunters Should Be Exempted from KYC/AML Procedures on: September 12, 2019, 03:52:37 AM
They have no right to know who we are to be honest. They don't need to know. They not a bank, they not giving out a loan. It is not a phone line or TV license you are buying. You not selling gold to a dealer. There is no reason for KYC. KYC is for bussiness related things and even then I do not like it.

You should only ever give your KYC for tax, licenses, loans, bank, buying a car or house or taking out a contract.
Perhaps the purpose of KYC is to reduce bounty cheating since we all know that a lot of bounty hunters are making multiple accounts, causing less quality in terms of prmoting a project. On the other hand, it's still not necessary at all just like what you said. Sooner I believe that there will be an alternative way for bounty participants rather than KYC which is very strict and sensitive.
549  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: September 12, 2019, 02:23:27 AM
It works that way. When the price is low, no one knows what heights Bitcoin can still reach, which means buying it can be dangerous.
As soon as the price has risen, and even so high and unexpectedly, the mistake immediately becomes apparent, you had to buy then.
Accordingly, after the collapse of the price, no one knows when it will grow again and whether it will grow at all.
Funny situation .

Indeed. That's why you need to analyze the chart very well since it doesn't lie and the possibility of Bitcoin's price could be predicted there. There is always risk on every entry that we are going through, thus our plan should be concise and should not be common otherwise we'll belong to those losers in the market.
550  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best crypto currency ever to trade in ? on: September 12, 2019, 12:36:14 AM
I want your suggestions about which crypto currency is best for trade with respect to maximum profit ratio and minimal loss.
It doesn't matter; you must be open in any market pair for you to maximize the opportunity of taking profit. You watchlist shouldn't be limited to few market pairs since the volume of trades doesn't focus on a single market thus you should adjust to improvise your game plan with of course risk management at the same time.
551  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Faster Mobile Browsing? on: September 11, 2019, 10:20:30 PM
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My greatest crypto regret on: September 10, 2019, 10:40:13 PM
My greatest crypto regret was when a friend wanted to give me 6btc in 2010 and i told him this 'you are just wasting your time with all this useless internet things' and even the guy wasnt sure if what is holding will worth it in future so the guy replied 'it costs me nothing' ,after few months i stop seeing the guy again even till date,i thinks he is not in my city anymore, what is your greatest crypto regret?
The time wherein I sell my Bitcoins for $700 rate way back in 2016 if I'm not mistaken. As I was just starting that time, I wanna secure my earnings in crypto thus I put it on the bank and then after several months I begin in regretting that decision. In order to avoid that to happen, I promised to myself that I won't sell my Bitcoin unless I needed it urgently. Due to this mind set, I'm not affected by FOMO and panic seller people.
553  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are common mistakes and problems of the traders? on: September 10, 2019, 11:10:27 AM
The most common mistake and problem commited by the traders is that, they think that risk management isn't important. We are all guilty that sometimes, we made a decision wherein we can't accept that we made a wrong decision. We tend to believe that our wrong decision could be covered by time since the market could move in favor of you which can take years. The neglection of your wrong decision causes more losses to your portfolio. Thus, the game plan should be implemented no matter what happen.
554  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May tax ba ang Cryptocurrency? on: September 10, 2019, 09:14:59 AM
The same as you, I also considered transaction fee as tax din sa cryptocurrency. Pero, just an argument to throw on your walang dahilan para magtax, just so you know napakarami din ang merong trabaho sa Pilipinas. Yun ngang mga may trabaho, natataxan eh. Saka yung foods na nabibili sa market may tax. Ano pa kaya yang millions of users ni bitcoin.
If ever ganun man ang mangyayare, may benepisyo at negatibong epekto sa magiging resulta nito.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your best profitable live casino game. on: September 10, 2019, 06:06:14 AM
Maybe the roulette games since I found it difficult to play other card games such as Blackjack but I'm playing it sometimes if I needed a challenging (means it depends on my mood) game. Another reason why I tend to play it than other games is that it's a quick game thus I don't need to wait for my opponent's move as there is a time limit in placing all of your bets.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if no one wants to buy coins in bull market what will happen? on: September 09, 2019, 08:48:29 PM
If everyone keeps evading not to buy coins and tokens or build portfolios in bull market and only waiting for price surge how exactly will price value keeps up? excluding traders taking advantages i think more value will be added to tokens and coins if many investors are creating more buy orders on exchanges
Then there will be a resistance to the price since the buy orders' bid doesn't increase. The bear market will  more likely happen after that and will continue to fall as long as the sellers are consistent and the buyers gradually decreases. Those gainers are benefeting from the losers; admit it or not that's how crypto trading works or even on stocks/forex.
558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: September 09, 2019, 02:48:24 AM
Gambling is known to be a form of investment with high risk. To be gambling as a profession, you must be self-disciplined, not be too emotional, accept that you can't win everything, don't spend much on a stake.
You can also make extra income from selling your predictions to people.
For me it is the investment with the highest risk and to use it as a profession, you must learn now to be an expert gambling and you can able to handle your emotions when you are winning and at the same time losing. I didn't heard somebody who got rich in gambling already. Maybe there are some who are winning in a night but on the next night, they lose their money too.

learning how to handle your emotions is the most important part when it comes to gambling. i have lost so much when i was mad cause of some loses and trying to get it back fast... in the end i have lost everything. if i had stopped playing and going on with my strategies later... i think i would have  been more succesful.  Undecided
Big factors whenever you are playing is to always have a good control of your emotions, it's not that easy but if you have a good working attitude then it can be done correctly, there's some people who have a good outcome from this venue of earning money, they fully have a good system where they can rely achieving their goals to make a profitable business.
Good control of your emotion is only beneficial to avoid further loss and it doesn't make your winnings bigger or even your odds of winning. It's indeed very important to consider being a professional gambler yet it's not distinct technique since everyone is applying it (as assumed). On the other hand, professional gamblers are those who had enough experience and secret strategy; their strategy doesn't guarrante 100% chance of winning but atleast it's higher than the normal gambler.
559  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Institutions secretly HODL Bitcoin? on: September 09, 2019, 12:55:04 AM
Certainly yes but it's difficult to prove since no one can trace someone's Bitcoin wallet through searching using their name. If we as individual were able to hold Bitcoin secretely, why can't they do it too? Institutions aren't stopping looking and grabbing for every opportunity they can get too which is normal. Nevertheless it's beneficial to crypto market itself since they can occupy huge portions of Bitcoin's supply, making its price higher.
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is whitepaper important in the project? on: September 09, 2019, 12:18:10 AM
Is it important to research the whitepaper in the project? then is there a right way to find out if their whitepapper is real, not fake? What do you think?
Right. It's the most important among everything since it explains what the project is all about and what their investors should know. It's easy to identify if a whitepaper is either plagiarized or paraphrased through different tools available online. You will also notice if it's fake if their mission is quite the same as previous projects. On the other hand, don't depend too much on whitepaper since there are also a lot of good whitepapers whom weren't useful due to lacking of implemetation by its team.
