it is the best time to buy bitcoin because for sure many people will come back again and invest their money so you need to be hurry and for sure you willl earn money. Current bitcoin value now is good and market now are happy again finally we hitted again $4000. My future prediction bitcoin price for this month when the end of March comes it will turn to $5000 and in the month April tje value is range at $5000-$10,000 and the next few months that's the tine the value become $10,000 plus until they recover the value and become $20,000 for the secobd time.

ICO need a rest because the ICO a lot of ICO are scam. The information being listed is really true and I hope ICO will have legit project.
The worst in ICo after you submit your information or KYC they become scam and you will be worry because maybe in the future they will use the information to scam other people so be careful when you want to join to the ICO so you can avoid the scam project.

Only few out of hundreds ICo running now. But even the good ICO for this month possible to becone scam so those people have plan to invest in the future make sure you will be ready of what happen next.
