Yeah his response to me a little over 12 hours before this thread was posted was: What a fucking clown. Good job dicking over pirate debt holders even more by allowing them to "hedge" with a fraudulent bet you never intended to pay. Good job on teaching those guys a lesson  . Oh come now. Theymos allows ponzi schemes on the forum, then gets miffed when people don't read the bet their agreeing to in my thread? The double standard is twice as hilarious as the "scammer" tag. I'll wear it with pride. Remember, remember, the 9th of September. (And to everyone who dared to say that people were "stupid" and "ruining bitcoin" by investing into Pirate, you may now eat your socks for complaining about losing this bet) I believe this one is a more accurate portrayal of how Matthew feels about the situation, not this half assed apology. Then he should've used that argument without even trying to use a lame excuse. My 9 year old son is more mature than Matthew... |

Everything he touches is a scam, including bitjack21.com, he deleted my account that had over 260btc in it!!! Make a new thread and present your case with all the evidence you can gather. According to most of the douches here, screenshots and e-mails don't count, so other than that I don't know what kind of evidence there could be. Don't let others decide what counts or not. Post everything you have. Whoever decides if something counts or not is the person analysing the case. |

So is there a strong opinion that this address belonged to Pirate at this point?
actually everyone seems convinced its from SR If that is the case has DPR decided to start moving/washing the funds just for fun of it? Or to make us think that pirateat40 owned the wallet? I feel like the timeline of the address building a balance and the how it is empty now is more than just a coincidence. Probably because too many eyes looking at it is bad for business. I suspect you'll never see an address with that amount of Bitcoins again, even if the address belongs to MtGox and not to SR. What would you do if 400 geeks spent most of the day looking at your bank account and posting on a forum even the tiniest tx you made in or out of your account? |

Scammers are on this forum literally 24/7, and their main target is the newbie board.
Local boards are being also targeted, but when scams happen, most of time we don't know because they don't come to complaint. |
