741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Wallet online for Bitcoin on: April 22, 2018, 02:52:50 PM
Online wallet is not a good option to keep your crypto funds but if you really need a solution currently blockchain.info is nearly the best solution. You can keep your private keys so in any case, you can transfer your addresses to another wallet. Any other solutions which doesn't give you the private keys is not secure! Definitely stay away from these kind of wallets / services...
742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a better payment system? on: April 22, 2018, 02:49:52 PM
Bitcoin is not the best payment alternative but it's really a better alternative than using cash. Digital currency is easy to carry, secure and safe. Indeed there are faster alternatives to Bitcoin if speed is an issue. But Bitcoin is not built to be the fastest payment option it built to be anonymous, open and secure that everyone can trust.
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone needs to report the @Bitcoin twitter handle immediately on: April 22, 2018, 01:19:03 PM

Your friend will have to learn to read. The only impostor, impersonator and manipulator is the Segwit hack. Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin - not the Segwit hack and the attempts to push us into 3rd party side chains run by banksters via LN. Recently even one of the founders of Bitcointalk admitted that Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin at this stage. Calling us noobs won't change the reality of it all.

If you say that BCash is the real Bitcoin this means you help Roger and his gangs to earn much more money. Think that why he still keeps his Bitcoins if BCash is the real Bitcoin.

Bitcoin (the one and the only real Bitcoin created by Satoshi Nakamoto) is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority or middlemen. BCash is not. That's the point!
744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Ever Be Shutdown? on: April 22, 2018, 12:30:50 PM
No it can't. This is the reason why Bitcoin is so trustful and accepted as a global payment method. If you imagine all nodes stopped in the future there is Blockchain Stallite that syncs the blockchain from space.
745  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your experience with FOMO (fear of missing out) on: April 22, 2018, 12:23:48 PM
First of all if there are too much news on a coin you need to verify if the news are not fake. Check the news from multiple sources. Do not trust social media, do not trust only one source 100%. Learn to read charts. Especially combining indicators. If multiple indicators show that the prices will come back, you will have a reason to stay away from the FOMO.
746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a currency? on: April 21, 2018, 08:49:31 PM
Bitcoin is an alternative currency and payment method. It's better than a fiat currency, a currency that you can trust and be sure that no government can increase the amount anytime when they are lack of money. Indeed it's not so widely used yet but will be in the near future...
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the birth of bitcoin will cause google to die? on: April 19, 2018, 01:09:30 PM
Blockchain is not suitable for being used to store bigdata. Do you know how many search queries being sent to Google in a single second? If you use blockchain, you will have to verify all the data and it will take time to display results. Right now when you search for a TX id or a wallet address, it takes a couple of seconds to respond but when you search on Google, it displays hundreds of results in milliseconds. Blockchain will not be that fast
748  Local / Türkçe (Turkish) / Re: Gelin Bitcoinin geleceğini tartışalım . on: April 18, 2018, 07:06:39 AM
Bitcoin'in geleceğini konuşalım deyip aldığım fiyata gelince elden çıkartacağım çünkü çok yüksekleri göreceğime inanmıyorum demek zaten Bitcoin'de bir gelecek görmüyorsun demektir. Tartışacaksak neden Bitcoin'in dünyadaki finansal yapıyı değiştireceğini, Bitcoin'in tek başına değil ama diğer kripto paralarla birlikte ödeme alışkanlıklarını şimdiden değiştirmeye başladığını vs. konuşalım isterseniz... Yoksa yüksek fiyattan aldım zarardayım diye başlarsanız zaten bir gelecek göremezsiniz...
749  Local / Türkçe (Turkish) / Re: Bu Devran Nereye Kadar Döner? on: April 18, 2018, 06:45:41 AM
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL CRYPTO MARKET CHANGE?? on: April 17, 2018, 09:00:40 PM
I guess you are a newbie and haven't seen the ups and downs before. If you have made a quick research you may probably find the percentages of price drops in previous years. Do not be pessimistic and never invest with an amount that you can't tolerate. Always keep in mind that Bitcoin's development is not completed at all and it's still not accepted as a currency or investment argument in most countries. So if any regulations may ban Bitcoin in some countries or it may be accepted as real currency.
751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Biggest Cryptocurrency Hackings on: April 17, 2018, 07:46:01 AM
I’d have to say you’d throw Mt Gox in here somewhere: Edit- I see it’s at #1. Nice article!

Hahaha, you can't make a list without mentioning Mt. Gox Smiley It's the biggest and the most known one which still causes some people think that Bitcoin is a big fraud or at least not secure.
752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any way for Bitcoin users to be protected by governments? on: April 17, 2018, 06:46:40 AM
If you buy a house and make payment by Bitcoin and the seller confirms the payment there will be no problem. Just sign the papers and have fun Smiley But you'll have to pay your taxes in local currency unless your government accepts Bitcoin Wink
753  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Wallet for sale on: April 16, 2018, 08:55:46 PM
Why would anyone pay just 0.01BTC for risking 0.1BTC to get 0.1BTC? What do you think that will happen with "old" Bitcoin? Is it collectible? No! I don't say you are a scammer just trying to tell this idea of selling untouched paper wallet won't work...
754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help me to understand private key of crypto currency on: April 16, 2018, 02:01:57 PM
Private keys are not stored in the blockchain, they are only used to *validate* your transaction. Think like you are storing MD5 or SHA1 encrypted passwords for login system of a website. Do you "know" what the password is? You only validate if the user's password is equal of the stored one with encrypted input. But on blockchain there are no passwords stored, only they are being validated according to the algorithm.
755  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How to build a cryptocurreny exchange? on: April 16, 2018, 01:36:42 PM
If you don't know what to do trying to build and exchange is like being a bomb detonator without any knowledge. First, hire a technical advisor who can lead you in development at least can speak the language which software developers use. You don't want to pay for a system resource monster software and wait 6 months to finish coding and then discover it's not what you wanted...

757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interesting Trivia on Bitcoin fork on: April 16, 2018, 06:35:31 AM
Bitcoin cash is the only one trading above $100 while the rest might not be worth the holders' effort to claim the forked coins.

Because it has the power of money behind. The support comes from the ones who aim to earn much more money. The manipulated miners, traders etc. They are pushing Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin which is not being accepted by wide range of crypto users...
758  Local / Bitcoin Haberleri / Re: La casa de papel dizisinde bitcoin on: April 14, 2018, 10:13:40 PM
Silahları yasadışı olarak alabildiğin bir ödeme aracı olarak adı geçiyor. Çok da heyecanlanacak bir durum yok... El bombası, patlayıcı, hatta tank bile alabilirsin diyordu o bölümde...
759  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: It is NOT secure to use hardware wallets (and it never was) on: April 14, 2018, 01:52:21 PM
Trusting any wallet (desktop, mobile, paper) 100% is most users' problem. First and foremost do not trust anything or anyone 100% in crypto world. Hardware wallets are insecure for me too. You have one seed and multiple altcoins connected to that same seed. If you loose your seed you are in the risk of loosing all your funds. Do not do that. If your crypto wealth is important do not store multiple crypto currencies in one wallet. On the other hand, you have to secure your seed and wallet separately. So it doesn't have much advantage compared to desktop or mobile wallet besides not being connected to the internet 7/24
760  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Auto-calculated price changes tracking application for traders on: April 14, 2018, 12:47:58 PM
Sounds promising. Has 48 hours trial. I may worth trying. There are several apps which offers alerts according to price movements which can be set a fixed price or percentage. But this may be interesting..
