try one more step,%appdata% ,Roming,IMS ,wallet ,db files,rename db files like db-old and save it as *all filles*
turn on your wallet , if not .backup your wallet.dat ,delete every files including wallet ims-qt.exe
redownload from,http://independentmoneysystem.com/
sorry about that , but i think is it the only way
