Hi, why is bitcoin priced differently for different exchanges?
Does it matter because of number of people buying bitcoin?
I mean my exchange where i am is priced a bit high i think, which is weird, and i am trying to understand why.
The coinmarketcap site showed the same btc price in usd 1-3 days ago and the exchange i use is now all of a sudden valuing it a bit more higher, i just dont get it.

The most important thing for a video card is the presence of good cooler which will cover the memory chips and the VRM zone. The backplate does not play a role, when present, this is a positive moment. Wonderful cards for the price / quality ratio are Palit jetstream, super jetstream series.
I am interested in the Gigabbte 1060 OC WF2 one 3GB ram OR MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Dual Fan GDDR5 1280 Core VR Ready Graphics Card I see one had plate and one not, but the MSI is on special and like 15 to 17 % cheaper.. which i would rather prefer. I am not sure though on speed and stuff what will i lose out on, or is there nothing to worry about? |

GTX1060 3GB MSI with no heatsink/backplate versus a card with one like Gigabyte's GTX1060 3GB with heatsink/backplate
Does it matter? I can get the one with no back plate on special for say 17% off compared to its normal price which is almost near the one with back plate. (normal prices , its about 5% difference between the two)
Also, are these mining edition cards bad? i see they almost all have no back plate also

Great question, i would say i am not sure about 2GB ram. RX550 , do u currently have this card? Rather go buy a decent RX 470 if u can get one - mining edition or RX570. Else get a decent GTX 1050 4GB which is low power consumption Else get a decent GTX 1060 3GB Was going to say, if u have the card, just start and try to mine. |

Hi, at this point in time, is it fine for me to start mining with 2 GPU RX470 cards?
Best reliable mining pool? and what king of reward can i get per day?
Please dont point me to whattomine or coinwarz, because those sites make no sense to me - Some value are real and some not - at least in my world.
Or am i better off mining with NHM
Ive just wanted to , somehow always find a coin to try and focus on, but it seems im always late for the bus.
Are there any buses going to town still?

Hi, please somebody tell me how to mine this fking algorithm, i never get it right.
Always some error or it doesnt start.
Do i use SGMiner for or NSGminer, please help me here, fksake

im looking at a blank screen with fkall clue what the hell the issue is.

Hello everybody, I have a problem and I want to ask if there is any fix to it.
I use 5 gpus mobos with Windows 7. Everything works perfect, except that when I use atikmdag-patcher and then when restart, I see gray dots on screen right after the Windows logo passes away. I can operate only with TeamViewer and everything works perfect, but that way I cannot use monitor. I use HDMI to VGA adapters.
Not sure, but i have similar issue with 3 gpus, i get very color full pixels everywhere cant see bugger all. I need to hard reboot Then i really struggle to fix my GPUs , 1 or 2 dont work . I need to reboot windows and get one GPU at a time working, its a real bloody pain. I think i am from another planet. |

Is it necessary to have the 23 rd of August block chain driver installed for Claymore to be unlocked with super-powers?
Is using old 16 series drives fine for Claymore to perform fine?
I use 16.11.1 and i dont see a difference between that version or 17.x.x or 16.12.x

Hi, i am struggling here, i have installed the blockchain drivers from 23 august and then i selected local driver. Let the installation reboot and whatever. Then i run this cast xmr and it doesnt complain about the compute blockchain thing which is good, but then it doesnt proceed, it just exits. I have tried the installation 2 times, same bloody thing. I recently got a new computer with GTX 1070. I have been tinkering with mining, but have been checking WhatToMine fairly frequently. This is starting to hurt my home life for only about 1.50 USD per day, profit. getting up at 5:30 am to check what I should be mining isn't helping either.  Any suggestions on what a more balanced strategy would be? The nagging from my partner is starting to increase... PS: I've already limited my choices between Nicehash, ZCash, Zencash, Hush, and Bitcoinz. But even toggling between these 4 options is taking an inordinate amount of my time. I have tried whattomine and similar, but they dont do it for me, they are not accurate. I dont know, i tried *sigh* like the one it says Xevan is 24 MH/s but i only get 1 MH/s so it makes no sense for that example |
