Except it's not if you perform a chargeback. Yes on the paypal, but the other 2 is nearly impossible to perform charge back. Paypal is not my first choice also, but it's just there if someone wants it. Only looking for 1 coin now. Neteller can be done if it's a fraud/stolen CC - Moneybookers. I'm not so sure. |
