Biggie are you selling or are you just wasting peoples time here mate?

I've offered to buy, as have others, and I appreciate your concern/safety requirements but at least make an effort to reply to everyone.

Where in UK are you located?
Please see rule 4.

I am based in Bedford.
I need better glasses, clearly, sorry!

368  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lemon - defaulted loan on: June 28, 2013, 08:08:46 PM
Lemon sent me a message a few days ago to say he was potentially returning home from the hospital. I notice he was active tonight again on the forum.

I've heard pretty much nothing for the last week and I am now beginning to assume the worst.

I am very happy to be proven wrong as I had a lot of faith in Lemon and staunchly defended him throughout.
369  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: BTC for Paypal on: June 28, 2013, 07:35:58 PM
Just in case it's not clear, please only PM me if you have more than a 100 positive trades (bitcoin-otc) or if you are a known exchange business.

I PM'd you and I have substantial trust on here and OTC.

All good!

My bank clearly took their time!

Thanks to stereotype for being patient throughout!

Excellent seller.

Hmm. I just sent another payment to someone else and seems OK Sad
372  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: UK ONLY - Selling BTC via GBP Bank Transfer. Min 5BTC/order. @GOX Midprice (GBP) on: June 28, 2013, 01:24:41 PM
stereotype,

Just phoned my bank again. So it has 100% left my account BUT it hasn't left my bank yet Smiley

So what happened was I bought coin from stereotype a few days ago and that was a larger transaction ie; over £1000+ today they have seen another payment to the same account and have trigged a security check.

the bank claim it will be released, most likely, before the end of the day but it CAN take up to 16 hours.

Sorry about this stereotype Sad you will get it that's for sure. The guy kept saying sorry on the phone  Cheesy
373  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: UK ONLY - Selling BTC via GBP Bank Transfer. Min 5BTC/order. @GOX Midprice (GBP) on: June 28, 2013, 01:12:43 PM
I got someone to send a test payment to my account, to try and see where the problem was. I didnt receive the payment. So that would be a problem with my account, right?
I rung my bank again, and insisted the guy speak to his supervisor/manager.
The bank say there is categorically no reason why i should not be receiving payments. I told them 2 different people have sent payments and its not showing. They say their banks MUST be withholding for whatever reason/s, and that they (my bank) are not able to trace payments received anyway, only payments sent, can be traced i.e. the sender has to initiate the trace.

BB, you indicated that your bank said funds WILL eventually be released. Looks like we will have to hang on to that for now.
Will keep checking today, but you may have to insist an escalation of this issue with your bank at some point.
You have my number if you want to call.

Hmm. That's odd that someone else couldn't make a payment either!

The funds have LEFT my own account but not actually LEFT my bank it seems  Shocked

I mean I have the associated debit going to you [as I showed you in PM] but needless to say you have not received it.

Do you know which bank the other person used?
374  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: UK ONLY - Selling BTC via GBP Bank Transfer. Min 5BTC/order. @GOX Midprice (GBP) on: June 28, 2013, 10:25:44 AM
For public disclosure I have bought some more BTC from stereotype.

I paid with UK Bank Transfer - currently the funds have left my account but are subject to security checks -- I called the bank with stereotype did not receive the payment promptly.

Will update when the payment etc goes through and BTC are released.
375  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: UK ONLY - Selling BTC via GBP Bank Transfer. Min 5BTC/order. @GOX Midprice (GBP) on: June 28, 2013, 08:51:44 AM
You have a PM.

All done and dusted - stereotype is a nice guy to deal with and we got there in the end!

thanks man!
377  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: UK ONLY - Selling BTC via GBP Bank Transfer. Min 5BTC/order. @GOX Midprice (GBP) on: June 26, 2013, 04:22:04 PM
Deal agreed with Stereotype.

We're using JohnK for Escrow and I will pay associated Escrow fees for JohnK.

I will update once successful.
378  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to buy 4.5Bitcoins on: June 26, 2013, 06:37:30 AM
Be very careful, I would use an escrow for any transaction since you are somewhat of a newbie here. I offer an escrow service and a 4.5 btc escrow would only cost you 0.25% which would be only a 0.01125 BTC fee. Might want to consider it or using another escrow. See my signature for the link to my escrow service. Good luck to you.
If I were you I'd not get involved in reversible payment method Escrow Smiley
379  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lemon - defaulted loan on: June 25, 2013, 12:13:19 PM
Still nothing!

I did notice he has been online over the last 4 days - just no contact.
380  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Set of Very Rare Casascius Coins. Serious offers only. on: June 25, 2013, 10:44:30 AM
I'm just looking at what offers I can get. Not really selling unless I get an offer I can't refuse.

Check ebay prices to get an idea of what I might be looking for. Might be giving a slight discount if paying in bitcoins.
eBay prices are nonsense though Smiley

When you buy bitcoin from me next I will use eBay prices, yeah? Lol Smiley
