1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Decisions for a better life on: December 14, 2019, 06:54:19 AM
We all know that being an addicted gambler is a very tough spot in our life, but what if you need to decide what to choose, your addiction or you family? i.e., the given situation will be that you need to decide on the spot if you want to pursue your "career" in gambling or make a good simple life with your family? what will you choose?
Who in the hell will consider gambling as their "CAREER" in life? I don't see anybody who wants to make gambling their career. Even the addicted ones doesn't want to in my opinion.

I think it is obvious already that family is more important than gambling even you are addicted into it. No one will choose gambling over family here Cheesy

Yes, there are. Professional poker players are good examples. Sports gambling pundits in particular also travel from time to time anywhere around the globe when necessary to catch games, rumors and activities they believe can affect their calls and analysis.

The gambling industry is worth hundreds of billions in dollars. It may be hard to imagine especially to those non-gamblers or casual gamblers but sure there's a lot of careers in the table.

I don't call these professionals as addicts though, it's their passion and they probably earn a living from it.

Too many ties in the top 10. Let's see if I can retain or improve my rank after these 9 games.
6  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Stock market: P127B lost after Duterte hits water firms on: December 13, 2019, 08:34:29 AM
Selfish people and anti Duterte people will say the president is doing bad for our stock market and our economy in general. Actually our economy is performing well. Responsible investors have their own stop loss prices. Many are crying, whining and angry with our president because they lost big amounts. These selfish individuals are hindrance of our nation's progress. Even these water concessionaires are trying to reconcile with the president as they support him. You think those companies are losing big time? Yet they are ready to waive their billions claims. Duterte is not perfect but I agree with him on this issue.

Nice mate. Update us. Which bot are you using? 7% in a month is not bad. Bots don't guarantee 100% income though as losses are also possible. It all depends on your settings strategy. Maybe you can share us some of your trades on your next update. I am thinking about trading again soon, maybe next year when I smell the market is looking bullish.

Important reminder:
NO NEW PARTICIPANTS AFTER DAY 30 MATCHES

With regards to the 60-day elimination round. Let us not accept any new participants after day 30 matches. It diminishes the spirit of the game. The possibility that most of the participants will continue to have low scores but were able to survive elimination, it is a good accomplishment already and they deserved the rights to fight for the top 10. We cannot allow new participants to just hopped in, take advantage and try their luck in the late stage of the elimination period.

This additional rule also means that those below the top 10 ranks need to step up. It is either they face the risk of elimination in order to reach the top 10 or stay below top 10 which doesn't make any sense. Remember, top 10 participants if feeling safe can stop predicting and hold on with their points. But for those trying to top the ranking in the First Stage, they do have an advantage during the Final Stage.

***In case of a tie in the runner ups, the First Stage ranking acts as the tie-breaker.

ONLY TOP 10 RANKED PARTICIPANTS LEFT IN THE GAME ENDS THE FIRST STAGE BEFORE 60 DAYS

Because the championship round or the final stage matters most. So if only the top 10 players remained in the game, they can stop predicting and just hold on with their points. So we would rather end the First Stage early and proceed to the final and championship round.

In case of inactive participants as the only remaining survivors outside the top 10, they will be informed thru pm with a deadline if they want to continue.

I hope this newly added mechanics of the game simplifies and clarifies everything.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: December 07, 2019, 06:10:10 AM
Only 5 games tomorrow. Seems like a good day to take profit.

Games 1
Dallas will be hosting two games in two straight days against the Pelicans and the Kings the following day. I will still be looking for minimal spreads here for Dallas to avoid upsets. Maybe -5 to -7.5 range.

Game 2
Philadelphia will also host two games in two straight days. First against Cavaliers then come the Raptors in the next day. After their upset loss to the Wizards. Philly better secure this one against the Cavs as the Raptors won't be easy the following day. Fatigue will a factor but a win over Cavs can boost their next game. And a massive lead can rest their some of their players like Embiid early.

Game 3
The Pacers will have its second straight game tomorrow at New York. They sure will bounce back against a weak Knicks. But we will see if the spreads will be worth it. Maybe a parlay here with 76ers will make the odds interesting.

Game 4
Houston Rockets hosting against the Phoenix Suns will be a blowout imo. To be honest, I wish Houston will go shopping for cheaper sharp shooters for Westbrook.

Game 5
Utah Jazz playing at home should stop the bleeding against a weaker Memphis Grizzlies. I will be looking for minimal spreads here to make it safe. Or simply add Utah in a parlay together with Philly and Indiana.

[CS:GO] My picks for ESL Pro League 1st day of Playoffs (quarterfinals):

Evil geniuses - mousesports: Over 2.5, 1.94 @ BETSLIP

Copying only this pick as this is the only remaining available. I noticed lately BetOnBit odds on e-sports are becoming better than the one I am using.

I am currently 7-1 win-loss here with 4.59 (odds) gains.

^^
I believe this is because the other two sharks and north already had started or near to start so they remove them from the market.
Checked the other sportsbook I am on and they were not available to bet on.
Grabbed the four predictions and put a parlay on them as well.
Good luck to us who have these four on our betslips.
Sorry for your loss mate. The results were 3-1 which was still very good if you haven't went on parlay. Better luck next time. And I suggest to avoid parlays tailing op picks as he usually averaged 3-1 on his daily picks.
