1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner-MULTI GPU & CPU Miner 1.0.2 - Profitable Dual Mining on: July 26, 2022, 08:10:50 PM

V1.0.2

+ Added ETHASH/ETCHASH + HEAVYHASH (OBTC/PBTC) dual mining mode
+ Added AUTOLYKOS2 + HEAVYHASH dual mining mode
+ Faster DAG creation on RDNA2 GPU's
+ Possible fix for case when some RDNA/RDNA2 GPU's won't create DAG for ETHASH/PROGPOW algorithms on Linux based OS
what a f..k man? Where are support for fiji? in many algos they still strong, one example its 23mh on kawpow and many other. many years we works with your miner

Support for old gpu´s was dropped in version 0.9.5 (read the changes) because doktor has nothing for tests.
let's we give him one fury for tests...

Before = 1.02?
I mean did BeamHash III work with 1.02?
May I ask which driver you use? lolMiner has Fiji builds for every driver released in 2018-2020.

I mean others algos on older versions(beam, grimm, grin e.t.c). Driver Crimson-ReLive-Beta-Blockchain-Workloads-Aug23(2018), Not a single algorithm in two years had problems with this driver on this GPUs, has not changed them since then, they are the best for my think, moreover, it shows even slightly better results on some algo than new adrenaline(at least on this gpu). 1.02  works with this driver on more algos but without beam and cortex(ITS VERY BAD!) . And second problem what your miner not have client.reconnect(for MRR for example, any other miner not have this problem) and its a very bad too! Please fix this two problems!
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: lolMiner 1.03: Improved Beam Hash III speed and a crash fix (July 5th) on: July 05, 2020, 01:14:39 PM
So ... very busily spinning last days to make lolMiner 1.03
reality as quickly as possible.

You can download it here.

This time on board (change-log):
  • New Beam Hash III 4G solver, replaces the 6G solver on AMD Vega GPUs and earlier (+5 - 8% performance on RX 580 & Vega GPUs)
  • New Beam Hash III 6G solver on ROCm and for AMD Navi GPUs (+8-10% performance on Navi cards)
  • Fixed a bug with the API (--apiport) crashing the miner in Windows on startup

So overall expect the miner to be more performant now on Beam Hash III - and the crashed the miner had last versions on startup when the API was active should now be history. Happy mining!

Hi! Not working BEAM 3  for Fiji(fury): "Active:  false (Unsupported device or driver version.).............All devices deselected or failed compatiblity check. Closing lolMiner"

Before your miner works VERY FINE with all another algos! What wrong?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TeamRedMiner 0.6.1 - AMD GPU Miner for Grin, MTP, x16rv2 and more on: February 21, 2020, 06:15:39 PM
Team Red Miner v0.6.1 released

https://github.com/todxx/teamredminer/releases

Changes in v0.6.1
  • Added pool failover and load balancing.
  • Added better error messages when failing to allocate eth DAG buffers.
  • Added server name for TLS SNI.
  • Added automatic setting for environment variables for 4GB GPUs.
  • Extended maximum length of usernames and passwords (for some merged mining setups).
  • Added report of pool stats.
  • Changed initial pool auto detect mode to eth proxy.
  • Various fixes for submitting hashrate to pools.

It's been a long time coming, but we finally did it; we added pool failover support Smiley
We also added pool hashrate stats to help with tracking multi-pool use.
For the more advanced users, we also support load balancing pool strategies.  (See the --help output for more info)
If you want to try it out, there is an example start_multipool.sh/bat file included in the miner packages.

Hi!  Are you not supported HAWAI (r9 390/390x/290/290x etc..)?  Its a not good if its a true!
There are a lot of them in the mining market. I could not run these cards on sveral machines, maybe other drivers are needed?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner-MULTI CPU & AMD GPU Miner 0.3.3 Win & Linux on: February 16, 2020, 10:00:12 PM
Hi! I have strange problem on two rigs(other rigs not have this problem). The miner doesn’t show the hashrate at all, it hasn’t shown it for a day and I don’t know which hash it works with so far. Hot keys like "h" or "s" also do not work. But the miner himself sends the shares and works. What wrong and how to solve this problem?

This is indeed strange, because it should display the hashrate every 2 minutes automatically.
Have you tried.. restarting it ? Also is it on Windows or Linux ?

Of course  tried and even rebooted the system. Windows 10 is everywhere. 7 rigs work fine but three have these problems and I don’t know what to do with it.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner-MULTI CPU & AMD GPU Miner 0.3.3 Win & Linux on: February 16, 2020, 11:15:24 AM
Another rig with the same problem(already the third). How to solve this?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner-MULTI CPU & AMD GPU Miner 0.3.3 Win & Linux on: February 15, 2020, 06:03:46 PM
V0.3.3

+ Hashrate increase on 'bl2bsha3' algorithm (~ 10-15% )
+ Added support for Navi (gfx1010) cards for 'bl2bsha3' (let's just say it works)
+ Added possibility to set difficulty for 'bl2bsha3' . Just enter it in the pool password field.
+ Miner can be now used on pools other than 6block if they implement the same stratum protocol as 6block

- If you set 6block pool difficulty too low, your shares will get rejected by the pool

Here's a quick video on how to mine Handshake coin :

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: lolMiner 0.9.5 Grin Fork support + Better C31 performance (Jan 14th) on: January 18, 2020, 10:49:10 PM
Problem is that my solver at the moment needs 8G to work. So 390 does work, but Fury only got 4G ... I am thinking about a 4G solver but its more complicated then anticipated.

Hey! We waiting your 4G version! Good luck!
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: lolMiner Equihash&Grin Miner, 0.8.7 (Aug 15th): Added Beam-II for older AMD card on: August 20, 2019, 07:40:08 PM
Short notice / Quick Fix:

Some GPUs complain in BeamHash II about an "invalid work group size"
In this case run the miner 0.8.7 with --asm 0 parameter. This will fix the issue.
I will add a workaround in the next release.

Hi! What about Grimm, man? Cry

Hello! How can i start mining with NVIDIA and AMD on Windows?
Is there an understandable and accessible instruction, or live support?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 15.1.0 on: March 02, 2019, 02:24:07 AM
We’re pleased to release Bminer 15.1.0. The release provides:

Improve performance of Cuckaroo29 / Cuckatoo31.
Experimental support Cuckaroo29 on AMD cards (ROCM only).

Improve compatibility on Windows.
Fix the regression on UI dashboard.
Reduce reject rate of Cuckaroo29 / Cuckatoo31.

Please see https://www.bminer.me/releases/ for more details.

Happy mining.

How to run Bminer on AMD cards.
You can specify which cards that Bminer should mine on using the -devices options.
While Bminer runs on the NVIDIA cards by default, you can prefix the device IDs with amd: to run on AMD cards.
For example:
Code:
bminer -devices amd:0 -uri beam+ssl://3a13205ec464807c9400f0fde8d56ac49da03bb3812055f08844fe2eaf0b9166.worker@beam.sparkpool.com:2222
Then, Bminer will run on the first AMD card on the system.

Bminer can be run on AMD cards mining beam and Grin(Cuckaroo29) from now on.
Hi! It still does not work on c31 algo with  GTX 1070  Windows 10! Will it ever happen?

So How i can do 135W on lyrav3  without mod bios, only settings in Windows? Whats coreclock  and   core voltage do you use for this?
Because for me, all what less than -162mV(it is about 200-210W from the wall) is a system hang!

900Mhz/975mV

Hi! Sorry, I did not wait for an answer from you and try this again).

Switch Timings of memory will be works for anothers algos(CN,ETH ...etc) with Fury or this is no sence. In R9 390 its was good effect in ETH,ZCASH... What program do you use for core voltage switch and core clock in Win(you say about 135W), because without GPU upload 975mV its not real in Afterburner at least, system freezes. 1050-1085mV(190-210W) it is minimum what i was can do.  How do  you do this in Windows?

No, memory timings have absolutely 0 effect here. Its entirely core bound algorithm.

Do you have a ready mod BIOS, or only manual tuning? What program is relevant for this today, I have not modified the BIOS for a long time (the last time it was Hawaii and I don’t remember exactly which programs were used). Maybe you have some link with manual of this question?

No, I don't have bios ready to mine lyra right on - I still gotta use wattman to set core clocks and voltages. For bios editing check here: https://www.overclock.net/forum/67-amd/1592384-fiji-bios-editing-fury-fury-x-nano-radeon-pro-duo.html Though you dont really need it unless your cards can be ulocked, as far as I know only Asus Strix and Sapphire Tri-X(not Nitro) can.
