@Cloverme So many pro and contra about this project, especially about the number of bounty. I can only say, please you take the best decision for this problem. And I will stay here using this signature, and will still advertise your project through social media until ico ends. Hopefully ico can get maximum results. thanks.
I appreciate the support koang, you've been with us since the beginning. I really appreciate your help with things, thanks again. I think there's a lot of good things that will come in time, obviously bitcoin is going through a rough patch at the moment, but I believe in btc and believe in building the game. When you believe everything is possible so pursue it! Great work cloverme!

One small doubt I'd appreciate if you could answer:
- Do the active connections to the Espers network influentiate the staking? The most I've ever had is 1 active connection, always.
No the number of active connections does not influence your staking probability, although 1 connection is a bit low If your only connection drops while it's your turn, you will miss the stake. Take a look at the wallet syncing guide in my signature. Thank you so much for the reply, I'll definitely look into your wallet syncing guide! Managed to get it done by adding new nodes and it now has 4 active connections, thank you!

I've locked my wallet yesterday.
When I watch the "Generate Tab" I see PoS "Not Staking".
Weight: 1% Me 99% Network.
Any ideas?
To stake you have to UNLOCK the wallet and see this But others said that in order to stake, I need to lock it.. Some people here kept spreading that in order to stake, you need to encrypt your wallet and then unlock it ... which is nonsense of course, you don't need to encrypt your wallet, and if you do, you have to unlock it in order to stake. Proving your stake requires you to sign transactions, for signing you need your private key. When encrypting or "locking" your wallet, the private keys are encrypted, so that doesn't work. Makes sense? When you have the default settings, nothing else is needed ... keep your wallet online. Depending on your balance, you might stake between once a year and once a minute. The frequency is more or less proportional to your balance. The time to wait to get a reward will be fixed with the upcoming update to the wallet. Came here to clarify a few doubts I had on staking and you've answered them already, thank you! It's my first time staking and I'm using the 25K coins I got from the translation. I've had my PC on for 8 straight hours and so on and I'll keep doing so until eventually I get my first reward. One small doubt I'd appreciate if you could answer: - Do the active connections to the Espers network influentiate the staking? The most I've ever had is 1 active connection, always. Thank you.

Having one last spot open and it isn't reserved.
I've mentioned I'd be running it with the 10-11 spots for a while but I've decided opening a last spot before closing the spots for good.
After the 12th and last slot is taken the only way you'll be able to get a spot is if a user decides to retrieve his full investment + interest opening spots.
All the information has been updated.
Thank you.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining with a Macbook Pro

on: July 13, 2017, 08:41:29 PM

Hey!
I'm a complete rookie and new to mining in general so I'm sorry for the questions.
Would it be worthy mining Altcoins with my Macbook?
If not, any suggestions on what I should be looking at?
Thank you!
You could CPU mine with your Macbook. Make sure you are never using more than 50% of the threads though, or you could brick it lol. GPU mining in most cases is better than CPU mining. To GPU mine, you need an existing PC or to buy a motherboard to add Graphics cards too. For coins to mine, looks for coins with a CPU based algorithm. Algo example- argon2d Thank you, I'll definitely look into this! Do you think it'd be more profitable on my case to rent one PC online for the purpose of mining? If you really want to get into mining, I suggest saving up a bit of money. Only way renting equipment would be profitable is if the rental fee was less than your cost of electricity. Most cloud mining options are complete scams. The contracts they sell you, you have little to no chance of ever getting a ROI on your investment. You can start out with the bare bones of a rig : mobo, psu, Hard Drive, processor, and a signle GPU. As time goes on, you can continue to add GPU's to the rig. Then you can go from one rig to two, two to three, and so on Thanks a lot darkenedsoul, extremely appreciated. Yes, I was looking into a few cloud mining options and they all seemed too sketchy so I'll avoid those. I'll look into the bare bones of a rig and work on the upgrades later, thank you. I'll be closing the topic as I've figured out what I was looking for. Thank you for the help once again.
