Ужас какой. Составьте меню на 2 весенние недели, покажите всем, что это за "постная еда". а меню обязательно составлять? А если у человека по возможностям кроме супа и каши на что то другое не сильно разгонишся. Хотя постная пища это отсутствие жира. Все на растительном масле. Кстати есть даже постные сорта рыбы. Не жирные тоесть. |
