1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best ICO for May 2018 on: May 21, 2018, 10:19:24 AM
In my researching, Abyss and DAV are 2 best projects now. Abyss is the first project use DAICO technology which allow the investors can control the Devs. DAV is a framework of open-source software, open-source hardware, and a free decentralized marketplace where anyone can buy and sell autonomous transportation services using the DAV token. The advisors of this project come from famous corporations such as Google, NASA, GM, UPS,...

It has a really cool ICO project called ROI Coin, it will work with mining pos and delete mining by the GPU and Asic. It is worth noting that because it is not an initial offer of coins, developers are not selling anything, nor asking money from the community, so it is possible to participate in the project with little or no initial recourse, although it has already aroused some attention , the project is still in an extremely early stage and mining may in the future be extremely generous, especially if one takes into account the possibility of appreciation in the price of the coins.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a fake coin? on: May 21, 2018, 07:31:32 AM
I just saw this somewhere on the internet. Are there any fake coins existing? How do you avoid buying fake coins?
there many fake coins on the internet. you know it's too easy to create a coin based on ERC20 standard, as I know it only take about 5 minutes coding lol
to avoid it just follow official channels, exchange.
be careful when you trade on DEX such as Etherdelta make sure you know the right contract address

If there would be only "a" fake coin that would be perfect but every day there are being created new altcoins which are known as shit coin or fake coin until they prove us the opposite.
Many coins that were successful in the past have been shut down and are delisted from the exchanges because nobody is going to buy it or cost near to 1 satoshi mostly.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many whitepapers have you read thoroughly and carefully? on: May 21, 2018, 07:10:43 AM
Before investing in any projects, do you research their team information and read the whitepaper carefully? Or will you get a basic knowledge of the financial condition of the company?

I didnt tallied it out but im sure i have read up lots of whitepaper since im an investor with potential ICO. I dont read up the whole WP but rather getting the main ideas or keys so that i would able to save up time and can still read other projects WP. Some people do read it up entirely but i would say it wont really be necessary to do such thing because you will consume too much time and might missed other potential projects. If you do like to diversify or utilize your time well then be wise on getting the key ideas of each project.

I don't know how many whitepapers i already read,
Before investing one of the main factors to read is the whitepaper, but it doesn't end there.
You need to know the team of their ICO, their platform and future plans (roadmap)
Don't settle with just white paper, as it says it is just PAPER over online. better be surer than scammed.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡🚀⚡PRE-ANN: XBrick - World-class crypto currency exchange ⚡🚀⚡ on: May 18, 2018, 01:26:58 PM
There will be 50 percent available in token sale.
presale + ICO = 500,000,000 TOKEN (XBC)
i hope that this is another trick like others! and the 45% will be handle good.
well if you see there is 5% missing, that is for the bounty pay-out.

The 5% will be allocated for the bounty pay-out right do they do any campaign here in bitcointalk or only on the social media sites?
What if they don't reach their desired Soft cap or hard cap will they burn unsold token like other projects do or they will just continue to use the unsold Token?

They have bounty thread here in bitcointalk
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3596575.0 <- link for bounty.
they don't have the signature campaign if you are looking for that.
their bounty is just for 2 weeks.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should continue join ico? on: May 18, 2018, 09:11:31 AM
There is an ico from the Krypital team: Merculet. The project of this team was quite successful before: Cybermiles, Arcblock. Do you think this is a good ico? Should continue to join ico in the moment?

Yes, I'm surely to continue joining the ICO projects whether an investment or participating their campaign because this is the best way of earning huge money here in crypto but be sure to choose the good and legitimate ICO by reading its whitepaper, knowing the managers group and also joining their telegram.

I've stopped joining the ICOs and investing into the new projects, too much trouble too much hustle and recently with the KYC verification it sucks a lot joining into the ICOs and I think that it may worth but don't know I am a bit skeptic about the new ICOs but I have seen many good projects that are being funded so fast that is unbelievable or maybe the number of new people joining the crypto world is too much high and are holding the market at the level it is now.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like bounty Campaing? on: May 18, 2018, 08:45:00 AM
Do you like bounty Campaing?
How to choose good bounty?

Absolutely,,,, because through them bounty campaign will also know the other altcoin and gain the knowledge about the wonderful promised in the future ,and the cryptocurrency will also popular even in the mainstream,
-choosing the good bounty campaign will also hard to predict if is ligal or scam ,,but despite some Fake ICO are there they have also, more ICO are ligal and true to their participant regarding to their contract +distribution of stake as reward )after project will end and successful.

Who doesn't like the bounty campaigns, maybe only those that doesn't have much time to be online and are busy with real life stuff.
Bounties are too much popular right now and they are becoming a very good source of marketing plans of the ICOs and new projects.
But not all bounties are good, some offer more reward for their participants in a short period of time some offer less for a longer one.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Ethereum is so popular now? on: May 18, 2018, 08:21:17 AM
There are so many altcoin, Why Ethereum is so popular now?

It becomes popular because it is the first protocol out there that lets you create your own token that is useful for many start up companies that is looking to crowd funding in able to have investors all over the world. And is it faster than bitcoin. So that's why it is so popular.

Ethereum has started to become more and more popular when it started to be very profitable when the mining had became trending and the GPU market has started increasing too much.
People were too much interested into the ethereum mining because they wanted to become rich and the price of ETH and other coins has started to double and so on.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RED EVERY WHERE. on: May 18, 2018, 08:00:33 AM
I noticed since the beginning of the week that i have lost in one of my portfolio -17% of my asset and the other wallet is losing -12%.What is the issue that all altcoin is sharply moving southwards. Is there any regulation or ban by any government or any other issues. He who knows should let us be aware also.
You should not care much about the current market. I think you need to care about the market later this year. In recent months, I have seen Bitcoin and the market are slowly developing. Maybe it will accelerate later this year

I don't know what is the reason behind this mini crash on all coins including the bitcoin, I see that some new coins are rising and are into the green lines maybe they are just pumping the price at this stage to make attention for people to invest into them but to be honest there have been many coins that people don't know where to invest first.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My bounty story (5.99eth) on: May 18, 2018, 07:42:07 AM
Dear newbies, i wanted to inspire you about my bounty experince in signature campaign. Im just a rank member, i join a lot of sig bounty but im always dissapointed because almost of the bounty that i joined is always a failed project.

Until i met bountyhive.io , i used to join on their signature campaign which is cool cousins. That project became so successful which about to hit its hardcap. Then one day signature bounty ends Im so surprise for what i got on their bounty reward it gives me 22,612.5 cuz which like 5.99ETH its my first time to receive for that high ammount of reward and planning to hold that coin because it got a big potential.

Patience is the key if you believe on what you are doing then just continue it, even if you fail many times dont back down just believe that oneday crypto and bounty projects will give you instant jackpot! Just be patient like me :-)

I hope this could motivate and inspire you. Thank you for reading.

Your story is great and it is really motivating for us to continue joining the bounty as the whole market now is moved from btc campaigns into altcoin campaigns which is turning to a profitable campaigns.
6 ETH is really too good and I really congratulate you for such a good profit within a short period of time, I imagine how much could higher rank earn into that campaign that you joned.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about ico scam? on: May 18, 2018, 07:16:17 AM
All those scam inital coin offerings are of course a negative thing. But I can declare that there would not such good rewards from bounty campaigns if there will be only the legit ones. Your reward fully depends on your choice and quality of your research.I think that we all need some kind of online service that would automatically check ICO for those parameters and issue a rating. So there will be always some inital coin offerings who are scamming, until vitalik make some new feature for icos on ethereum base.

This is a problem that every day is more common here in the forum. And that does not only affect those people who have money invested, it also affects several people around who join the bonus campaigns and also those who provide services to these dirty people.

Today analyze coldly every project roadmap, team (the team and the main foundation of the currency, and the engine and authenticity of the project) and the proposal.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Myetherwallet Or Metamask? on: May 14, 2018, 01:07:06 PM
Both are good wallets.  Myetherwallet can be used with a hardware wallet (like the ledger nano s or trezor) to maximize security...
Metamask is a chrome extension that automatically works with some websites/applications (like Cryptokitties for example)

I've never used the Metamask and when I when to the website I see what a great wallet through chrome extension is, but I haven't check about the backup's how it works as long with restore.
Their user interface seems good but I don't know I'm not familiar with chrome extension to use like a wallet except the ledger that has the app too but that is a hardware wallet.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where you get the biggest income in crypto on: May 14, 2018, 12:30:04 PM
For me, I invest half of mine in bounty, and another part for trading crypto. Bounty can help you raise lots of capital to invest in any coin of your choice, and trading requires me to learn to be a good trader if I want profit. As a result, I get profits and allocate investments, so as not to keep all the money in one place.

I don't mine or invest on any ICO now, my greatest cryptocurrency profit is from signature campaign, well i hold the highest rank (one of them)
And having such campaign in a signature is really a mind-blowing income in just a couple of months, one i got the token payment for my work i just hold it until it reaches the top of the graph and sells it.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Hold the Airdrops Tokens? on: May 14, 2018, 10:52:40 AM
I have some airdrops Tokens, but that's no have price right now, if I hold it and waiting for the price, can be the token have price? Or no price forever?
I decided to invest the first three months of this year to see what happens with the tokens earned in bounty campaigns, and to my surprise I've realized that as time goes by, most of them tend to lose their value and end up having a price well below its price in ICO stage.

Therefore, I recommend selling them as soon as they go on sale in exchanges, and you should only hold a few of them in case they could increase their long-term value, which rarely happens.

Usually I recommend to hold these tokens, first it should be checked if there are lots of people that have received the airdrop tokens and if it is all of X-coin holders then this is dangerous and should sell immediately on the first opportunity then buy back at lower rate as the price will go low after, because most of people will sell these.
If the number of people participated in airdrop is small then it worth keeping and holding the tokens as the price has chances to go higher.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: May 14, 2018, 09:22:04 AM
Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

If the project is interesting and I plan to invest too then Yeah I read the whitepaper because I find most of my question's answers there and if I don't find the answer there then I check in website, bitcointalk ANN thread and so on.
The most important thing that I check in whitepaper is the roadmap, the solution, the team and the deadlines, dates and the information that tells how the platform works.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: This project promises up to 40% ROI per month on: May 11, 2018, 10:06:52 AM
if someone promises such returns in just 1 month then high chance is you will end up with huge loss .
trading is the way to earn that much profit , that too only if you have good knowledge .
so dont invest money in such bitconnect schemes .

Bloody markets are the end of the road for those beginners, this is also a bloody pool for those panic person,
But if those people will just hang around and study more, this fall is one of a great time to earn from the market.
Well, i earn a lot with these red market graph because of those panic persons.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: May 11, 2018, 09:38:35 AM
I am sure that this will never happen, in the next ten years for sure. This is a unique opportunity for investors to invest instantly in those crypto projects that they like. This is a unique opportunity for the founders of a crypto project, to collect the necessary amount of money, in a short period of time, to implement its project.

I believe that really answers it all. It is a crowd sale movement and the idea is just for new startups to raise funds. Just that in this case, it is not regulated, except now that governments are beginning to look into that and every investors can easily participate worldwide irrespective of the countries they are without any stress.

The most important thing is for every investor to make good use of the resources available including the team before investing in any project, so they do not fall a victim of scammers.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What ICO you invested recently? on: May 11, 2018, 09:13:26 AM
Every day it becomes more difficult to find a good ICO. At least for me. Just a few projects with a decent product, a strong team, and perspectives. But still, there is a small number of projects that I have noted for myself. And the last ICO into which I invested was the Block Collider project. One of the reasons for my investment in it was its small capitalization.

I don't know yet what will happen to my investment with EARTHTOKEN, i just noticed this ICO before and invest some money to their project as they have a good mission to do and a big heart with the planet.
I am hoping for this project to be a big blast not just because i joined them, but i want to see them doing their work for the better future of our generation.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH TO $ 5000 on: May 11, 2018, 08:50:00 AM
Now that Ethereum are used by most ICO's do you think before the end of the year (2018) ethereum will go up to 5000 usd ?
Because for me I believe that ethereum has a potential to get that price before 2019 . What's your prediction ?
No, well, your assumptions are clear, but such a price to get for the ether will be like a fairy tale. Let first rise to the level of last year, while we see a small stable growth and there are hopes that by the autumn its price should be 1k or even more.

5000 bucks will not be impossible for Ethereum! but to expect that value will be that much this year, well that will be so hard for that coin.
I dont want to say this but this 2018 will be the year not just for ethereum but also for NEO and waves , therefore there will be a wall between 3 coins.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When your token goes down hard, are you going to sell it? on: May 11, 2018, 08:22:41 AM
Iím new to the crypto world, I have some bad experience yet but Iím being educated little-by-little, based on my experience here in crypto world. I notice that some users when they see that bitcoin and ethereum coin had a very bad drop, so does the token, they are selling almost 70% of their holdings of that token. And I have experienced that when the market goes down, so does the token doing some panic sell.  May I ask, is it advisable to sell the tokens you hold, when the price of your token goes really down?

Nope, Its normal that price will drop but time will come it will rise again specially those project with solid team and great project. I hodl some of my token for long  term even price drop and I believed if the project already fully operated price will triple or even times 100.

#Support Vanig

I use to hold coins that i know have the potential to give profit BIGTIME on my wallet.
But we can never deny the fact that sometimes before a great profit to come there will be a massive dump on the coin.
Been there for so many times and i never sold a single token on that stage, i always bag more and make more earnings from it. This is how you handle dump of the coin.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Is HODLINg still valid to make profits on: May 11, 2018, 07:33:22 AM
Down trend on the side, if you can do the daily trading then, why not try it. For those who are a long term traders, they need to take a lot of risks. During fluctuation days, all they can do is just look at the market and think more than 5x if holding what they have is really worth it. They might have profit loss, but in the end it'll be all worth it.

Holding tokens that has potential in the future is a great thing to do.
I am holding some of the tokens and coins i knew that will blow big time in the market soon before the year ends ( 2018 )
holding can give people 1000% more or better.
Holding is a big risk if you don;'t know what you are doing but in general you dont have to spend time to hold them but you have to spend time to check when is the right time to sell or to buy more!
