521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy or Wait for the biggest dump of Ethereum on: June 21, 2017, 05:10:57 PM
Ether is down almost 0.0125 btc or 10% down. please tell me if this a good time to buy or wait for the lowest pick thank you for answer

It's mostly a correction but consider that there are lots of people that are involved in ethereum mining based on the hardware market where there are lots of requests buying the motherboards, GPUs, PSUs. If you want to sell then I would advice to hold but if you need to buy then it's not a bad moment to buy as the price has been dropped a lot.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins to buy before they hit the exchanges? on: June 16, 2017, 11:59:13 PM
Any tips for some new coins, with some promising technology etc?

I'm not sure if there is still time left but a good opportunity is Cofound.it, it is linked with ICN. ICN was a good coin to invest and they hit the exchange very late after the ICO but the wait was worth and still worth as the price is multiplied by 4 or more. At the moment there are many good coins that are to be released their ICO in the next week weeks one of them is SunContract which you can take a look there.
523  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Killer-App on: June 16, 2017, 11:50:51 PM

I got the concept for the Killer-App.
And i need a dev team. No joke.   Wink

Will the app be available for all users or only for mobile (after publishing it in appstore), I'm interested to know more about this but I'm thinking you want to create something that would hurt or damage someone and its coins. Since you need a team then this seems to be a huge project which xbtfreelancer is a good place to hire devs in you can't here.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SNC] SunContract - Decentralized Energy Market on: June 16, 2017, 11:39:04 PM
The countdown has started for the SunContract ICO, I would suggest the OP to modify the main post because it is showing "bitcointalk.org image proxy: invalid image" even though when I paste the link in new tab it works good. Also a suggestion from my side is to put a countdown or something else that will show how many days and hours are left until the ICO will start.
525  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: June 16, 2017, 11:33:26 PM
I prefer to Hold on the Bitcoins that I have, same with the ETH as I see Bitcoins still going up and it may look today that there's a sudden dip in the rate but it's normal for Bitcoin to change its direction. Its not always going up or sideways, there will be a time that it will go down but today is a good day to buy Bitcoins at discounted price.

It seems that there is currently a slight drop in confusing bitcoin prices which could lead to a slightly panicked price reduction, I think now is the right time to buy bitcoin as a future investment.

I recommended to few friends to buy bitcoin when it reached €2k and the price within a day or two has been increased for 10% which they are very thankful to me. So I would say to those that are trying people to sell their coins for no reason, we are here to risk when we are holding so don't expect to become rich when you wake up in the next morning.
526  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to 5,000 $/btc ? on: June 16, 2017, 11:21:19 PM
Is it possible to reach 5,000 $ /btc this week or next week ?

That's a more a dream rather a reality. The price of bitcoin hasn't been changed that too much within a short period of time, at the moment of writing the price of bitcoin should be doubled (maybe a bit more) to reach the target of $5k which I think is impossible, it may be needed few months for this but still it is too hard, I just can imagine how much would the other coins worth after the rise of bitcoin.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: UNIFY [UNF] - A UNIFYING CRYPTOCURRENCY! [SCRYPT] [1% PREMINE] [4 POOLS, BOUNTY] on: June 16, 2017, 11:19:11 PM
This is really fast for an ANN to have their bounty closed, i was just checking the thread recently, but the social media campaign already been crossed.

I will relaunch it later. I need to rethink the strategy.

Also guys please vote for Unify UNF at https://novaexchange.com/addcoin/ - 26 votes already, need more!

I'm coming from another thread to read this ANN and seems really a new coin that has a potential to rise fast, since the UNF doesn't have any value now how much do you think guys will cost 1 UNF when it will be listed in the exchange, until now I see 34 / 250 votes but I see that some other coins have already 250 votes but are not listed, is there anything else to be done after reaching this target?
528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That moment when you buy 1BTC at $2500 on: June 16, 2017, 11:12:53 PM
That moment when you buy 1BTC at $2500, and then 3 days later someone buys it at $2000. But I'm guessing that it's the risk involved in investing, so what do I do now? Sell? Or hold on them?

I can feel your pain.. We should check market price forecast before purchasing or investing to bitcoin market..

I know that you guys want to become rich within a night but we should understand that the price changes too often and now that the price is very high the risk is higher because any (huge) drop can cause lots of loss, you have bought at 2.5k don't worry it should go up to this target very soon and hopefully at 3k this year.
529  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: why is there no cloud-mining now? on: June 16, 2017, 11:07:26 PM
first of all let me clarify that i am talking about Real Cloud Mining not the Ponzi scheme with the name cloud mining on it.

now all the difficulty rise aside, price is nearly $3000 and that covers more than enough of any kind of cost mining has and it is producing a lot of profit for miners.

so my question is, why is there no cloud mining these days? for example why didn't Ghash.io resume their mining again?

People are understanding things and know that cloud mining doesn't worth even if there is any service currently running, now the trending is more focused in ICOs where there are being "created" new coins every day or every week and people are extremely investing in these ICO but not all of them are getting successful.
530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to keep bitcoins? on: June 16, 2017, 10:52:28 PM
What is the safest way to keep bitcoins.

Taken dangers like hacking, losing in to account!

Does your bitcoin amount is valued more than some hundreds of dollars or less, it that is more then I would suggest and highly recommend a hardware wallet. Few of the best bitcoin hardware wallets are Ledger, Trezor and Keepkey. Some of them are expensive some of them cost few tens of dollars, depending on your needs and your security needs you can choose any of them. All of them can be used as hot and cold wallet at the same time.
531  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex scammers, be careful!!! on: June 16, 2017, 10:49:25 PM
Poloniex scammers, be careful!!! Poloniex does not give BTC for 14 days! Support is silent. Be careful with your coins!!! Angry

Is there any announcement for this or based on your experience or they told you in private by responding tickets?

The problem is I have no idea why my withdrawal is in status awaiting approval, waiting almost a month , I wrote two ticket without answer, so how can I told you why my transacton is blocked?

A month?? What's happening in poloniex, their have disabled the trollbox so there is no response from the moderators there, if they can't respond to the tickets then this is not a good thing, they start with delays and at the end they may end scamming which I'm very afraid.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The king is already dead. on: June 15, 2017, 11:02:11 AM
I wish good luck to the new kings trying to get the popularity and roots that Bitcoin has among real world peope, good luck trying to be accepted at stores, hotels, travel agencies, theaters, ATMs, etc.

Actually many merchants accepts bitcoins but how much is being used this is the issue, the transaction fees are delaying and are being more costly everyday. But what I think will happen in the future is a "shapeshift" or saying an all in one ATM where people can buy or sell different coins like in the exchange and this would make the ATMs more popular and more useful than the one coin only ATM.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best website for trading Altcoin's??? on: June 15, 2017, 10:18:41 AM
Hello everyone
Which is the best website for trading altcoins,
I know about these sites
- YoBit
- Poloniex
Anyone know some other site???

YoBit is not being very stable and I wouldn't recommend if you can choose another one. I would suggest you poloniex, bittrex and liqui. What you should care is what coin are you going to trade because not all these exchanges have the same coin, liqui has some new coins while poloniex adds later or after a long time sometimes.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The king is already dead. on: June 15, 2017, 10:01:29 AM
The advertisements that bitcoin is fast and near zero cost on transaction fee. That's true that miners are making people to use less the bitcoin and in reality bitcoin is being less useful for making more frequently transaction, Ethereum is kuch better much cheaper and much faster, but not as much popular as bitcoin!
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: btc to eth on: June 15, 2017, 09:49:08 AM
should i change all my btc to eth. to trade?

Why not trade bitcoin ? if you can't make money trading BTC , you will not make money trading ETH or any other currency , trading is not gambling  . You need to have a good trading strategy , a good risk management = ratio risk/reward

Both ways are good, why not trading bitcoin to usd and bitcoin to etherum (vise versa both), on one side you increase the bitcoin volume trading in fiat, the rate has changed these days but in eth/btc the rates has not changed too much comparing the difference in fiat. I think they go together, when bitcoin price gets high the eth gets high too, I have been watching both of them for a time and things were going similar to each.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do People Invest Into DOGE? on: June 15, 2017, 09:45:43 AM
Dogecoin is really an old coin but the progress isnt tehe same as people I think invest there only to make money and I remember when the price was really cheap and when I see now the price is pretty good and pretty high compared to a year or more ago. The community does support the doge a lot they don't give up and a community like this is hard to find nowadays except the pump and dumps team that join one coin for a short time to another one.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spotting a dump just before it happens on: June 15, 2017, 09:36:18 AM
Even with public ledgers, you don't know if funds are moving to an exchange or between individual-owned addresses, especially when most exchanges allow you to generate new deposit addresses every time.

Also, exchanges like kraken allow "dark" trading, in which large sell walls by whales are invisible to other traders.

TL,DR: spotting a dump based on coin movements and sell walls is harder than we think.

The dark trading seems interesting to me, how do they allow this is this legal? Since these trades are not visible to the public then doesnt it mean that the fees there should be higher than normal or something like this? The kraken exchange is not user friendly as much as the poloniex or other similar exchanges but this dark trading seems a new thing to me which I would like to read more info about this.
538  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: btc crash now = TOP buying opportunity ? on: June 15, 2017, 09:26:09 AM
I think now should be good time to buy bitcoin cause nobody gonna know when is it going to drop again.

Every time the bitcoin price gets crashed or a correction happens is a good time to buy today the difference is few hundreds dollars and it's getting back to 2500 very sion maybe even today. Price to be honest is a bit expensive for a single bitcoin and not all people can afford buying a bitcoin but the percentage of the rise of bitcoin happens pretty good, sometimes it hit +10% within a day or two which is good.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does poloniex ever get new coins? on: June 15, 2017, 07:50:46 AM
So yes what is the last one or most promising one! That possible can raise 100 times in value to invest like 0.02 btc!

You wan to get a profit of ~2BTC within few weeks? That's tricky and nobody knows that. Poloniex is overloaded with new users and with amount of cryptocurrencies, they are having difficult time to manage these so don't expect to add a new coin soon.
It takes forever for poloniex to verify a new account. I have been waiting for a month but still restricted to $2000 equivalent daily withdrawal limit.  Undecided

One of the reason they closed the trollbox was to move the moderators from trollbox to the support team and manage better and resolve faster the issues that the user are having and process the verification faster but a month is really a lot.
540  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best exhange on: June 15, 2017, 07:48:07 AM
I am new to bitcoin and have only recently started to buy. I am at the moment buying through coinbase. Twice this week I have tried to buy bit coin through coinbase. Whilst the price has been dropping. To my great disappointment it appears that when prices are dropping or going higher then it is practicallly impossible to make a purchase. I have a feeling that this would be the case if you where trying to sell. Does anyone know of a better way that I can purchase bitcoin from here in the uk. As clearly coinbase is not up to the job. I've only been buying bitcoin a week. How can you possibly grow your bitcoin if you can't buy when price is down or sell when the price is up. I am only abl to buy in small amounts at the moment. So it's needs to be something easy until I can finally build up to owning my first bitcoin.  Tia

First look at which coin you would like to make exchange/trading, the best place to see the stats about a coin is the coinmarketcap and there you can find also where that coin is listed in which exchange is it listed, in this way you can see which exchange has the largest volume and go for them. Currently poloniex is the first one, then bittrex, liqui, yobit etc.
