Hi,
I got a referee and the referral commission system tracked my commission from the bets made by my referee, but the commission is not reflected in my wallet after a week. Is the commission system not working? Or is there a period of verification before the commission is paid out? Or other factors? Thanks.
Because their referral system is a fraud that's why. Wasted a lot of time with them for nothing. Not sure if it is a fraud. But one thing is for sure that people are exploiting the referral system by make fake accounts just to get the benefits of the referral commissions. This is a problem when you give good incentive for the referrals and people start exploiting it. This is the reason behind any current delays in withdrawals. Okay, so when we began our soft-launch on this forum, we knew a brand new site with a generous "no deposit" bonus would attract a certain kind of hustler. We viewed this as a great chance to quickly get our security up to par. While it's no surprise people have tried to cheat the system, we have been routinely shocked by the brazenness of those trying to pull such schemes. I think part of this is an attempt to hurry us up so that we process their claims without any investigation. However, I think a big part is they are just jerks. In the case of the account "cryptgirls" owned by forum member "beforemember". He has taken to calling us a scam on account of a delay in the grading of his Bit Brawlers bets. However, a cursory examination of his account shows that any balance within was created by abusing the (since fixed) exploit allowing him to increase his balance created by obviously fake accounts as referred users to his account.  We respect a hustler, of course the bug should have not been there to exploit in the first place and we're constantly improving our security against bad actors like this in order to be as generous as possible to our legitimate players users. Since our soft launch began, it has been our goal to be as fair as possible to users who are on our site to have fun and have a fair gamble. We have paid out in excess of 1 BTC to users as part of this initial promotion. A good portion of that was "Bug Bounties" to users who have figured out various ways to circumvent the system. We're very happy with what we are building with the help of the community. However, bad actors like you aim to ruin it for others. To smear the site you are simultaneously trying to scam is a dick move, plain and simple. You created 35 fake accounts to exploit a bug in our referral system. You then took to this forum to call our site a scam because of a bug affecting a bet you made with the stolen funds. That's why you are now banned. Pls banned him ! he is a destroyer he is not fit to join the community things like this that make the process always long and have an impact on other players I hope betroar team you can continue working like this and get rid of all the fcker criminals |

Good day everyone and admin I want to ask about withdraw how its work ? Its process random ?  I have 4 pending withdraw from 12 dec to 13 dec , but today im got approved for my withdraw when i make it today (13 dec) How its work because it went through my previous transaction? Note* my withdraw from 12dec it was like 300k + and 13dec only 100k did you choose the smallest value? I am trying to figure this out that, is that BTC0.0013 a big deal for you or your reputation is? If you are not interested in grading that bet for me, I promise you I will not use your site again ever as when you are just not grading some games there, you are visibly cheating on your users. Big amount? How much is that and how much you earn from the referrals program? If I have to guess, it must be something like self referring detected or abuse as a site wont ban an account just because the account request a big withdrawal. You do not need to worry if you did not do something wrong, there will be always a way to solve a problem like this if you did not do something against the rules. But obviously, any sites should give a valid reason once the site bans an account. Not really 0.015 its big for you sir but for me its enough Im submit 4 withdraw in 4days 0.006 0.004 0.0035 0.002 Yes i know about the rules but I don't feel like doing that |
