About the website. It is legit and i've seen a few payment proof from different forum but the way to attract visitor to click your link are horrible. I've done it in the past but i didnt get any cent for every visitor or referral i got. Those who did this offer from OP are just making him wealthy with all the scam he has. So stop doing it. If anybody can, report it to the admin of bestchange.com but i dont think that they will do something about it.

This thread is very strange and funny. no activity going on and suddenly closed  I thought it was a joke for fun  LOL.... yeah it is kinda weird bro..
