Id say the low tier intels use less power then the low tier amds, but not by much.

Hmm thats interesting, ive been running 4GB on my rigs and use reaper and able to pull expected rates.

Bitcoin and others are a real threat to the fed.     I dont think they will let it go unregulated for much longer.   Expect some form of regulation... weather it is effective or not who knows.

easiest way is to find someone you trust and make a simple exchange over paypal.   the exchanges can be quite a pain in the ass to deal with
