Is SimpleMining down? Three of my rigs all of a sudden show offline and I cant get them back online.

Good evening, I RMAed my biostart tb85 because I thought it was defective. On simplemining I could not get the card 0 (PCI 16 slot) to run over 8 hash. I tired this with multiple cards so I know those are fine. BUT the new board is now doing the same thing. All other slots are getting 25 hash with no problem and ran for over a week without any errors. With 5 cards it runs fine but as soon as I plug in the X16 slot that 6th card runs awful. Any help would be great!
Settings: -Stock BIOS -No overclocks -Power level 5 Also note:
On simple miner I cant get the core or mem clock on GPU 0 (X16 slot) to go over 300/600 even with stock clock and mem settings in place.
Can you test PCI-E Mode to Auto, gen1, gen2 and see if it will help ? Also i just tested MSI Z270-A PRO. It is working under my OS with 6 GPU. I had to make some adjustments and the newest image (RX) from simplemining.net page is working ok with this board Just wanted to let you know. I just tried to change the gens with no luck. I also swapped that riser again just to be sure its not that. I was watching boot closely and notice an error saying "Failed to send pre message 260 ret is 0". Bump Any help would be great. Went back to 5 cards and running fine but I would like to run the 6th.

Thanks for the fast response. I was planning on mounting it to a wall (Unfinished) Behind my open air rigs that are made of aluminum. Is there anything I need to do in this setup? I have a sub panel located in the room feet away, Should I run a ground to the bus bar? Thanks again!

I have a (DELL Metered Rack Power Distribution Unit PDU H534N 200-240VAC) PDU. I am in the process of installing it; but ran across an issue. I noticed on the PDU there is has a small wire included to ground the PDU to a server rack. I do not have a server rack, I am using open air aluminum cases I built myself. Is the grounding strap needed?
Thanks!

Might be a very long shot, but this Msi Mobo has 6 Pcie slots and 3 M2 slots. 9Gpu system anyone? Link: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z270-GAMING-M7.html#productSpecification-sectionThere is no mention that using any of the M.2 slots will disable Pcie slots. To my understanding, Z270 has 24 pcie lanes. If they route it this way, it might be possible. x8/x4/x4 (16x slots) , x1/x1/x1 (1x slots), x1/x1/x1 (M.2 slots) 300$ motherboard, even if it work, that's very expensive, aside if you have alot of issue of density, for this sum you can have nearly 4x6 gpus motherboard. Still interesting on a technical standpoint. I don't really understand how the splitting works. How can a single 6 pin be split so much when a 6 pin can only provide 75 watts of power?
Bigger power = bigger cables, that's all. you don't have to respect any standards, just to have the proper cables for the power. The new psu idea sounds great. So we will just have to order splitters if I understand correctly? Currently running old style risers that use the sata connections. I also thought 6pins were limited to 75 watts. You are saying that the 75 watts limit is caused by the 6pin cables provided and not the psu output?

Made some progress tonight. Miner is up and running. I had to uninstall c++ and reinstall again. Testing stability overnight.
After running for 9+ hours, rig1 is still mining! Working on stability with a higher overclock today.
