The Problem



Today world market for holiday and business travel is served by several major booking platforms that offer a similar solution for real-estate owners and travelers — to find each other and book apartments for a short-term stay. Platforms set up a commission for each operation and minimize risks for both parties in each deal. But platforms still use centralized algorithms targeted on an accumulation of deals without taking into consideration the quality of travel experience for a reasonable price.

The Solution



CryptoVilla brings a brand new approach to bookings. A guest acquires a CryptoVilla’s Token (CVL) and converts it into a CryptoVilla’s Booking Token (BTN) receiving from 120% up to as much as 250% in BTN tokens, depending on the selected conversion plan. For example, 1,000 CVL tokens (worth $1,000 at the PreSale stage) can be converted into 2,500 BTN (worth $2,500) in a 6-month period and all these BTN tokens can be spent on booking high-class lodgings or withdrawn into an Ethereum wallet (ETH).

The booking process

Main purpose of the BTN token is paying for bookings. CryptoVilla already offers a vast variety of travel destinations, and several personal villas and high-class apartments provided by partner hosts. So, it’s time to book!



To book a lodging, a guest should follow four simple steps. After the booking is confirmed by the host, the guest gets notified and instructed on the platform and by email. BTN tokens paid for the booking are debited from the guest’s wallet.

This approach guarantees no frauds and secures a deal between the host and guest.

If a lodging is owned by CryptoVilla, the whole amount of BTN tokens paid by the guest for the booking are burned out.
If a lodging is owned by a partner host, the whole amount of BTN tokens is transferred to the host’s wallet.
When the guest confirms the arrival at the apartment, CryptoVilla release the guest’s booking payment to Host (unfreezes it) and at the same time, transfer the CryptoVilla’s Price Compensation amount to the Host’s BTN wallet.

Tokenomics


Our two-token model is the thing that makes us confident about the token price perspective. Several theses to help you form a point of view:

50% of the CVL tokens used to generate BTN tokens are burned out right after the conversion to BTN is completed. It means that the total supply of CVL will constantly decrease every time CVL convert to BTN, which will positively affect the price of a token


No bounty program. We excluded the thing that seemed to be a must for ICO to take care of tokens. This way we avoid the huge sale of tokens by a low price that usually happens after a bounty program.
CryptoVilla’s CVL tokens are already partially covered by villas acquired by CryptoVilla, valued at $687,000. All other tokens will be covered by apartments and villas acquired by CryptoVilla in exchange of all ETH and BTC received during the ICO and PreSale campaigns.

CryptoVilla Exchange


CryptoVilla designed the CryptoVilla Exchange as a place where Investor can trade tokens and get ETH not dependent on the stage of the ICO. Also, this will help the project to offer trading option regardless of the decisions of global cryptocurrency exchanges.

Token distribution & the ICO schedule



CryptoVilla allocates 80 millions CVL tokens for sale on the ICO. All tokens will be distributed only during the PreSale and the 3 stages of the ICO campaign. After each stage, the remaining part of the tokens will be transferred to the next stage of the ICO. After the 3rd stage of the ICO is finished, all unsold tokens will be completely burned out.

PreSale

Before the ICO starts, CryptoVilla will give all early bird investors an opportunity to buy CVL tokens with a 42% discount in order to try the conversion and booking system.
