Well my information was complete a couple of months ago. They now show you the queue, and how long it is, and it has thousands of verfications in front of mine. Over the last 5 days they have removed 12 of those. So at the current rate of verification it will take 680 days (approximately).
Hopefully they will staff up, or automate, because it is a bit ridiculous. My passport is going to expire before they get me to the front of the line, and then (according to the site) that puts me at the back of the line again!

Looks like DASH and ETH dashboards are not updating.
ETH shows no blocks. Transactions show unconfirmed transactions but wallets do not show the credit. Yep, exactly what I am seeing on ETH. DASH confirmed and unconfirmed totals seemed like they weren't changing for a long time but they finally just did change so maybe DASH is ok. ETH looks like it is working again. My balance reflects (at least some of ) the missing transactions, and the last hour blocks don't show 0 anymore. So I think it is working. |

DASH confirmed and unconfirmed totals seemed like they weren't changing for a long time but they finally just did change so maybe DASH is ok. Now the blocks are confirmed... but there are no new transaction blocks getting created ... and the blocks report shows 0 for the last hour. I am going solo till this gets worked out. |

Yeah. I was a bit busy and my head was not normal when I was checking that text. It looked okay at that time.  Actually Credit_AE is "Credited for Auto Exchange". (Meaning these coins are reserved to exchange) Thanks. Ok, thank-you. I understand and I appreciate your support. I understand how it works now, and I can see that it did not lose my exchange, it worked perfectly and it was just that I could not FIND my exchange. Auto_exchange is a nice feature. It would be nice to have a filter to find credits from auto exchange. That part of the transaction log is kind of opaque. Transparency builds trust. But I trust it now. I appreciate your help. bb |

Here's recent auto exchange transactions I found. There's no way to filter auto exchanged credits only currently from website. And I believe it should be quite hard for you to find those transactions in numerous ethereum credit transactions. I would make better filtering option. Thanks. Are you saying that the credits just show as "Credit" not "Credit_AE"? They just look like regular credits from mining? I thought that was what Credit_AE meant. But it appears that credit AE means that a credit has been made to the AE account of a particular currency. If that's right, the text I wrote was wrong. You should change the text on line 4 of paragraph 3 of your auto-exchange page to read "will appear in the destination wallet with an ordinary Credit transaction" (because it won't show up as a Credit_AE). And yes, I do see, in your message, the corresponding credits that I was looking for, so thank you for that. Thanks. |

Well I don't know what you consider dust. I was testing out Monero mining, and the pool deducted some small amounts 0.15 XMR in total before I stopped it from doing auto exchange by turning off my auto exchange coin. Then I waited. There are several Debit_AE's but there have been no Credit_AE's to the Ethereum (which was at the time my auto exchange coin).
So I don't really trust the system enough to turn the Monero miner back on full.
I am waiting to see if it will ever return my Monero. Will it?
They were Debit_AE around 2017-02-25 04:55:44 (UTC) - and some other times too, and they were never Credit_AE anywhere. They are just gone. I understand it can take time, so I waited before bothering you again. It is now 2017-03-03 so that is 6 days. Maybe it is just really slow.
There's no pending exchange from monero to ethereum currently. I mean all requested exchanges are completed and credited already. It doesn't take too long for major coins. I do appreciate you looking into this for me. I had a Monero autoexchange debit (Debit_AE block number of n/a) but there is no credit on the Ethereum account.
The transaction was over 19 hours ago.
For now I have turned off autoexchange coin (to "not set") to avoid any other disappearing coin but can you please tell me how to resolve this?
Is there any address to inquire with other that this blog?

Auto exchange needs time to complete. Pool doesn't swap coin by its market price, but really send coin to exchange site and exchange, withdraw, and credit to each account. Not even thinking of long transaction confirmation time for monero, there's some condition to overcome to exchange. (like minimum trade volume, minimum withdrawal volume, withdrawal fee etc) Most coins are already exchanged but waiting for certain amount to be piled up to reduce the withdrawal fee the exchange site is charging. (As pool is just user of exchange site, there's no way to avoid this. But this fee amount should be small as pool does it once for many users) It needs at least about 4 hours, and maybe 1~3 days. This is not a bug. It is well described at auto exchange page. You can see whole coin movements roughly at Balances page after login https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balancesI know it would be better if UI was more transparent and informative. Delays can happen because 1) The miningpoolhub accumulates coins so that they can be efficiently converted at the exchange, and there are minimum amounts for efficient conversion. This delay partially depends on the amount of work miningpoolhub miners put into this specific coin. 2) The block confirmation times (which can be very long on some coins) delay the exchange at various points along the way. 3) Low transaction volume at the exchange on one of the coins involved, can create delays in conversion. Therefore delays (even delays measured in days for some coins) are possible. Pool doesn't send dust little amount every time to exchange site. But the main idea is that pool tries to exchange as soon as fast. As soon as coin amount satisfies minimum trade volume condition that exchange sites defined, pool exchanges immediately.
