1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Question on: December 06, 2017, 12:11:45 PM
Another issue I have with Poloniex is, you can't see anywhere how much you are up or down on the trade. For example, there is no place where it shows you are up, $200 or down $200. You just have to calculate yourself the difference which is annoying.

Am I wrong about this?

Not sure about about the exchange, but you can see your current profit/loss in margin trading in the box next to the chart. Don't think you can see your overall P/L though, which I agree is quite annoying.

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[GUNBOT] Automatic Poloniex Profit Generator🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 on: December 04, 2017, 07:45:11 AM
I've seen people discussing about Gunbot resellers and I've conducted some brief research. From my understanding, resellers also offer additional plugins and accessories on top of the license while Gunthar only sells the vanilla version.

However, I am a bit confused because some sellers are also only selling the vanilla version. So my question is, what's the advantage of buying from them instead of from Gunthar?
3  Economy / Economics / Re: "Bubbles" Made Bitcoin Stronger on: December 02, 2017, 05:48:06 AM
Relevant chart:

Bitcoin has gone through several major bubbles so far but it has picked itself up every time. Even if bitcoin crashes this time (which I hope it will), bitcoin has benefitted largely from the media talking about the bubble, giving the cryptocurrency a huge number of new users and investors.
Using the pattern of the previous bubbles, recovery will be almost instantaneous as people (such as me) realise the opportunity to make big bucks by buying at bargain prices. It will be as if the crash never happened.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Time Person of the Year betting on: December 01, 2017, 08:27:44 AM
If anyone missed out on betting on onehash (since there are still a few days left until the result), there's still a market on fairlay whose prices are based on pinnacle, though most of the odds are pretty bad compared to other fiat sportsbooks.

The only bet that's worth imo would be #MeToo (the viral hashtag used in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein allegations) @ 2.52
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: November 27, 2017, 12:51:24 PM
What do you guys think about the new F1 logo?
Tbh I think it looks really ugly and kinda reminds me of Sega's. Even the drivers (Hamilton and Vettel in particular) are questioning the change.
I just love how the 1 integrated into the F and I don't think Liberty Media should just replace this iconic logo with this PoS.

6  Bitcoin / Legal / How will the repealing of net neutrality affect bitcoin? on: November 25, 2017, 11:47:51 AM
If net neutrality is repealed by the FCC in mid-December, how will this affect bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole? How likely will ISPs throttle or outright block your access to mining pools and major exchanges, and how much would the price of bitcoin will fall due to these setbacks?

Edit: moved from btc discussion to avoid being buried under the mega-spam threads. Mods pls PM me if this is the wrong section.
7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 21.5 BTC TAKEN BY SPORTSBET.IO on: April 15, 2017, 03:25:26 AM
We have contacted the player to resolve the issues with the account (ID verification failure, transaction attributes related to bitcoin Double Spending patterns, related and previously abused IP addresses in Turkey etc) and will commit to full resolution or either returning the original deposit amount to player.
Nope.It should be discussed publicly, show the transactions which were double spent and how they're linked to the OP.Also,we would like to know why his Id verifications would be rejected.
I don't play there, but according to support 3 confirmations are required on deposit. Is it even possible to perform double spend there?

If I recall correctly, all/most deposits are instantly credited to your account. Based on this, I would imagine you could perform a double spend by depositing with a really low tx fee and bet it all on some event counting on the fact that the deposit is instantly credited. Even if you lose that bet, you could just double spend as long as the deposit hasn't confirmed yet.
8  Economy / Digital goods / Re: 10 Profitable Money-Making E-books for only $20 on: April 11, 2017, 01:15:31 PM
Offering 10 Money-Making E-books for only $20
They all cover different niches so any of you will be able to make money with them
Can give to a highly reputable user to review it

Is this any different to your 5 ebook bundle that I just bought?, Does it have an additional 5 ebooks, or 10 completely different ones?
I didn't really get what I was looking for when I bought your bundle, especially since one of them involves e-whoring Shocked. Perhaps I can find a more suitable method of making money on the internet if you give me the vouch.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ 💰 APRIL 25,000+ mBTC Leaderboards ⚽ Regular moneybacks ⚽ on: April 10, 2017, 12:01:25 AM
Again rep has been online and ignored my post.
Make a scam accusation here and make sure you put all your proof there. Then email their support team and ask them if they are aware of said accusation and that their entire company will be branded as a scam if they do not resolve this.
Based on previous problems other users had with sportsbet (such as this*), that should be enough to get them to respond to you unless they want a red reputation.

*it seems the op has deleted his accusation. However, I've found the same accusation quoted by another user.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ ⚽ Over 25,000 mBTC in Monthly Leaderboards + Regular MONEYBACKS ⚽ on: January 04, 2017, 10:10:32 AM
From what did they pay out every single moneyback, leaderboard and any other promotion they have run?

You always seems to be looking down to this site evet since they launched and I do understand your concern. Instead of keep bashing the thread here, you should have just warn the players to not keep in large amount of money in the site to prevent any bad things from happening instead
Yes, this site draw my attention, as the manager already embezzled player funds and the license they have is for players worthless.

Asking from what they pay out every single moneyback, leaderboard and any other promotion they have run, is not bashing.

Everyone is old enough to decide how much money he wants to keep in the site and I do not care at all.

Speaking of leaderboards, when's sportsbet going to update the december leaderboard and pay us? It's been already 10 hours past the 3-day-deadline.  Roll Eyes
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ ⚽ Over 25,000 mBTC in Monthly Leaderboards + Regular MONEYBACKS ⚽ on: January 01, 2017, 10:58:48 PM
When will you be updating the December leaderboard for the last time? It's missing 3 winning bets I made yesterday on the NHL. I'm just worried because of two certain terms you have:
All monetary rewards will be paid on the first weekday after the promotion has ended
Ranking points are updated within 72 hours of the end of the event where the bet was placed on.

Does that mean that sportsbet could distribute the awards (since it's Monday for GMT in 1 hour) before some bets are still to be updated (because only ~24 hours have past)?
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: December 02, 2016, 07:20:28 AM
Well I have noticed their leaderboards are Instant. Also I know the rules and my bets were placed on before 23:59 of 30th November.

I'm not so crystal clear with this rule. Does the event have to start before 23:59 GMT of the last day of the month, or does it have to finish before that? Maybe I would had ranked better if I fully understood the rules...

Edit : I came by to talk with their live support they said they don't allow this let's see what sportsbet have to say about this.

That's funny... A week ago I talked to the live support and they said that all bets would count to the leaderboard, even if they are all bets on the same market and match.
13  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: November 29, 2016, 04:09:26 AM

The payment size is calculated like this: initial rate * 2 (if over 150 posts) * 1.25 (if avatar) = your multiplier

So the multiplier is either
 - 1
 - 1.25
 - 2
 - 2.5

If you choose to get paid in KMD, we will multiply your amount with another 1.25 (25 %) !

so the calculated if we choose to get paid in KMD will be *1.5 (if avatar) or *2.25 (if over 150 posts) ?
when KMD will be listed to exchanger?

If you choose to be paid in KMD, your bonuses will be compounded rather than added i.e. multiplier * base rate * 1.25 (25% bonus for KMD). Thus if you have 1x as your multiplier, then you will be paid 1.25 * base rate. 1.25x will get you 1.5625 * base rate. 2x will get you 2.5 * base rate. And with a multiplier of 2.5x you will be paid 3.125 * base rate if you accept KMD. (Shocked)
14  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: November 27, 2016, 09:12:33 AM

That could mean an additional 50% for those that will choose KMD and has the avatar as well. The more the merrier!

Any news when the updated spreadsheet will be available?

I have changed signature but will keep the avatar for now.
Participants who wishes to receive their bounty payment with KMD intead of BTC will receive an additional 25% of their payment.

Yes, but @coinmenace is talking about combo: 25% for choosing KMD instead of BTC and 25% bonus for wearing avatar.  It makes additional 50%.

Wouldn't the reward be compounded? As in 1.25n (for the avatar) * 1.25 (bonus for choosing KMD) = 1.5625n (56.25% bonus) where n is the amount one would receive in bitcoin without the avatar.
15  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: November 22, 2016, 04:20:31 AM
Signature can be removed.

No need to post the info here Smiley

Then how or when are we going to get paid? I'm taking the signature off now but I've archived a page just for proof that I have worn this signature for the whole entire campaign.

19  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: November 09, 2016, 08:41:03 AM
This can happen but not because of bitcoin having a high value but because america has fallen and dollar is very cheap. I do not believe bitcoin will reach $50K in our lifetime. Maybe in the far future, it can happen but we will all be long dead before that happen. I am already happy if ever bitcoin reaches 2K.

No you're wrong.
Bitcoin can reach 5 figures pretty easily without any inflation/hyperinflation of the global fiat currencies.
Just have a look at how much money is out there, distributed in several markets and industries. And most of them doesn't show real potential for growth anymore or are manipulated to hold their range and values.
Just let half a percent or one percent of all those markets flood into Bitcoin and crypto currencies and you will have a price in the 5 figures very fast.Take a bit of the metals markets, bonds, derivatives, real estate, property, foreign remittances etc.
Search a bit in the web and you will realize that 50k might sound crazy to you, but definitely is not unrealistic. And it could be reached in less than 3 decades.I don't know how old you are but I could still be alive then.

If the price of bitcoin shoots up to 5 figures, wouldn't people that had bitcoin earlier- people like satoshi nakamoto- be rich af? He has ~1mil bitcoins and if bitcoin goes up to 50k, then he would have $50,000,000,000...

What incentive is there for buyers to push bitcoin up that high? And how much would bread cost when that happens? Roll Eyes
