I don't think bounty manager should be blamed because ICO project doesn't pay token for bounty hunters cause bounty manager just take responsibility to manage bounty and pariticipant, they can't affect to bounty distribution. Take a look at price of EOS and crypto market movement at the moment I don't think EOS price can be high like that at the end of July. The best way to do it now is to remove all signatures on your account and not sign up for any of them. After 1 week, you register again in that campaign and PM to the manager with the account on bitcointalk confirm ETH address to avoid someone else change their address. I see the current way is most effective.
