681  Economy / Economics / Re: Automating your savings will help you save more on: July 08, 2023, 03:46:12 AM
The importance of saving money should be crucial to everyone as it can help in several ways. What if something happens unexpectedly, that emergency money can be used in this situation.
It is nice not having any money owed to any creditors. Or even having to ask for money from relatives or friends when you need it.
That extra savings can be invested and over a period can grow and can build your savings. With those savings, you can have a live comfortably when it comes to retirement age. Knowing all the above is just a peace of mind and a better future.
682  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: July 06, 2023, 10:34:06 AM
Well now Elon Musk is getting closer to making Twitter the 'everything app'.  The 3 US states of New Hampshire, Michigan, and Missouri gave their approval for money transmitting licenses.
This has been a plan of Elon Musk since last year a month after he bought it. I think only a matter of time when we will be sending crypto to each other on Twitter.

683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be intimidated on: July 06, 2023, 10:09:17 AM
Dear newbies pls don't rush into making Bitcoin investments like selling a property very valuable to you just to impress on the forum or putting in your entire savings to purchasing Bitcoin I am not against making Bitcoin investments but
Before making Bitcoin investments always make sure the odds are safe for you  like some members here will say  "" make investments that will not affect you" in other words make investments with free money  except you have more profiting ideas than hodling

I am sure this is what other investors here do

Yes that is really good advice for new investors wanting to invest in Bitcoin. I just think for how many new investors sold his house when price of Bitcoin was twice what the price is now. They are in alot of trouble for doing this.
There was people saying to be homeless and buy Bitcoin. Not a good idea ever to do. And not a good idea to invest your life savings or more then you are able to lose.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorites altcoins these days? on: July 06, 2023, 09:34:03 AM
Well I am paying my closest attention to the alt coins LTC, Doge, and BNB. I still hodl most of my alt coins of Eth so this is always going to be a alt coin I am looking at.

LTC for the halving going to happen in only a few weeks form now. I am waiting to see if Doge will be part of twitter any time now. I bought BNB when it was more then $300, now I am just waiting for my profits to return.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celsius won $4.2B worth of customers funds on: July 06, 2023, 09:06:57 AM
Well good news for creditors that is owed money from Celsius. It is granted permission from the judge to convert altcoins for Bitcoin and Ethereum.
They did start this converting on this last weekend.  This is part of new owners Fahrenheit deal with the sec.

686  Economy / Economics / Re: What roles does the poor play in the Economy? on: July 06, 2023, 08:08:30 AM
Well every nation has the poor people and they are part of what makes thing function. There are poor people that do the work that the rich and middle people do not want to do.
It can be the dangerous jobs or the ones that you do not need any skill. There is rich people who want workers for them and this will be for poor people to do.
If we lived in an perfect world we would all be rich. But this just is not real life and there is going to be poor people always.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin's comeback on: July 06, 2023, 07:51:51 AM
Well I do not think Litecoin will outperform Bitcoin. But this does not mean we will not be seeing some big profits soon. And still up 25% in last 7 days. This is most gains for all the top 10 coins in coinmarketcap.

Halving is only a few weeks way now. Litecoin is now in top 10 for coinmarketcap with #10 position. Was #9 yesterday but now did switch with SOL and not far ahead.

688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins (Pepes project)? on: July 04, 2023, 10:17:37 AM
Well yes I do like the meme coins. If there is a coin for potential to make very big gains I will take some time to look in to it.
Pepe it does look is recovering some of the losses for gains. There is lots of trading going on and there is new unique wallets being created.
But did you know there is plan for Pepe version 2.0. https://insidebitcoins.com/news/pepe-2-0-next-100x-memecoin
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Relationship between social media and Bitcoin on: July 04, 2023, 08:56:07 AM
I think there is a big relationship with Bitcoin and social media. Social media is a powerful tool to use if a person wants to get his point out. It can be used for educating big groups of people and do it very quickly and with just a post or status or tweet.

If someone has millions of followers, many of them will get the message. And since social media is a big pert of our life now we are always going to be seeing new content. There is many Bitcoin influencers with big followings and they do a good job at spreading the ideas and how important Bitcoin is.
690  Other / Off-topic / French Protestors on: July 04, 2023, 08:32:21 AM
I truly wish that the violent protesting in France can stop and peacefully resolve the matter. I know that the video that was shown on social media and in the news spark a national outrage for justice.
But to see the images of a nation being destroyed and burn to the ground is terrible and should not have come to that point.
I know that most of the people of France want justice because they are mad for seeing how a police officer shot and killed 17-year-old Nael M.
If the nation of France could simply think with a calm head and not erupt in violence then maybe we can find peace and healing for the family of 17-year-old Nael M that was shoot unnecessarily and could have avoided that tragic day.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cardano still a good investment? on: July 04, 2023, 08:15:21 AM
Cardano has just completed 70 million transactions on its network. So I do not think any fud in the news is going to slow down the project. I will still hodl my ADA and hope for big gains in next 'bull run'.

There is still 1261 projects being built on it. And only 131 projects this far have been launched. https://ambcrypto.com/cardanos-latest-weekly-development-report-reveals-this-about-the-network/
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats going on with Bitcoin Cash BCH? on: July 02, 2023, 07:48:16 AM
Well I am happy to say I still hodl the coins from the fork from 2017. This is not a coin that I ever did trade but I did think to hodl it over all this time.
It is because of the South Korean exchange Upbit for these profits. There has been a lot of trading going on over there with 3.5 times more then at other exchanges.

693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Solana hit $40 this year? on: July 02, 2023, 05:20:42 AM
For the first time since May 2022, Solana's NFT daily sales volume passed Ethereums. This was for a 24 hour time span.

Sales generated close to $24.2 million. And Ethereum totaled $21.2 million. https://coinmarketcap.com/community/articles/64a011b6f489fc3b1be6b6b4/
694  Other / Off-topic / Re: Antivirus on: July 02, 2023, 05:10:38 AM
Well I think the best anitvirus program you can use for this is Norton 360. It is easy to use and has so many different tools in it. I use it running all the time.

Others good ones if you want is Totalav, Bitdefender, Nordvpn, and Mcafee. I used them all but my PC is faster is I am running Norton then these others.
695  Other / Off-topic / Re: The unfortunate trader on: July 02, 2023, 04:43:53 AM
Well that is so sad for what happened to your friend. It is good news to know he did survive this terrible accident on the power bike.
I do not want to be only one who gives you this bad news. But I think you must know it is not going to be so easy to get the 7 Bitcoins.
I think if he did not write down the password, the 7 Bitcoins might be gone for ever. I hope he can remember the password, it is life changing money we are talking about.
696  Economy / Economics / Re: Am I a bad person if I manage to avoid taxes? (Hypothetical question) on: July 02, 2023, 04:28:50 AM
It is very important to always pay your taxes because morally it is the right thing to do. Paying your taxes is important for our country. Building its infrastructures, hospitals, public schools, and airports. If you do not pay your taxes, you could be breaking the law which could end up in paying fines or worse jail time for failure to pay your taxes.

Take for example the American actor Wesley Snipes, known for his movie role as the vampire hunter Blade. He made a lot of money but did not pay his takes. And as a result, he ended up facing jail time.

We do not consider how important it is to pay our taxes until we are in trouble. But we can avoid this problem by being good citizens of our country and contributing with our part to build a good strong nation.
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin's comeback on: June 30, 2023, 09:47:37 AM
Well I think the bulls are getting ready for this LTC halving. The previous all time hashrate of 800 terahashes/second was just passed on Wednesday.

The new all time high LTC hashrate is 958.36 Th/s. This is bullish news for LTC halving in 34 days from now.

698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the best career for women on: June 30, 2023, 09:18:02 AM
Well I think if a person does wants to be a part of Bitcoin we should not care about what they sex are. Males or females it does not matter for me.  If a person has the same interest of Bitcoin as me then I will respect them for what they say with their views on it.

But most people I do know that invest in Bitcoin are males. There are not too many women in my friends who invest in anything, not just Bitcoin. I just think it is because we are more risk takers then women are. It is just in the nature of males. But I will not ignore the view of person just because she is a female.
699  Other / Off-topic / Re: do you prefer being with friends or single on: June 30, 2023, 09:04:18 AM
Well I did a test online for this and I am a Extrovert. I like to be a talkative person when we are in groups out to have a good time. My friends will listen to the things I say so I like this feeling.

I think it is good to make friends. We do not want to be alone for our whole life. I will party with my friends and I think it is good to be social interactive with people. I do like to make new friends, it is not a waste of time to be with new people.
700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana’s Cardinal to Shut Down its Operation this July on: June 30, 2023, 08:51:03 AM
Yes this is not good news for us that still hodl Solana tokens. I still can remember price of each token was $200 and I was going to sell my Eth for SOL. There was so much hype with this project and the influencers was all for it .
But just so many problems have now taken place. I do not think this token is going to be dead like other projects. But I will still hodl my SOL because it is possible we make some of our lost profits back on this project with $7.5 Billion marketcap.
