Well I think it is ok to have your belief in a certain type of religion. It is ok to feel good about myself and have these types of beliefs.
Religions are going to try to destroy other religions because they think theirs is the correct one to believe in. I think it has been like that for a long time in history. And it will always be like this forever.

I avoid charging transactions that are very high on my credit card. The rule of thumb that I have if I cannot afford the item then I cannot purchase it. Not knowing nor understanding that credit card companies make their money from interests and credit card fees that one just does not understand.
Interest itself burns a hole in your wallet and to some it can certainly lead into a huge credit card debt. This should be taught to children when teaching about money, knowing what a good debt is versus a bad debt.
This way it can help with understanding that having a credit card is a privilege rather than a necessity. Knowing this is how you cannot put large amounts of money to your credit card is a better financial decision in the long run.

Here are some great ideas to lose some weight. You can start by reducing your consumption of coffee, sodas, beer, and energy drinks as these drinks contain a lot of sugar. Instead try to replace these drinks by drinking more cold water, natural orange juice, or cranberry juice.
The water will keep you dehydrated throughout the day, the orange juice will provide you will plenty of vitamin C, and the cranberry juice will help detox and cleanse your body. Also, eating fewer foods that contain a lot of fats and carbs like rice, pizza, hamburgers, and processed food will help you lose weight.
Try replacing these foods with healthy nutritional meals like steamed rice and fresh vegetables, grilled chicken instead of fried, and pasta with fresh basil, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and Italian squash. These are small changes but step forward into dropping a couple of pounds.

Well I do know a couple of healthy diet tips that will not only be beneficial but also help you lose a couple of pounds of weight. One of the ways I like to get my day started is with a glass of cold water in the mornings.
I try to eat a light meal that will provide me with enough calories, protein, carbs, and vitamins A, B, and C. For example, make a milkshake with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries along with 2 egg whites, and 2 slices of wheat bread for breakfast.
By the time lunch comes around, get yourself a small salad with grilled chicken and fresh lemonade. Dinner time you are going to want something like steamed vegetables with spaghetti and meatballs. If you eat healthy you will feel great and amazing because of these diet tips that am sharing with you.

The best way for me to stop overthinking about anything is to try to analyze all the information that is being given to me. Keep in mind, not putting too much energy into making a decision that is not very important. If you over think about something that does not bring any type of value or worth to your life than simply move on. If you get a bad feeling and your brain is even trying to reason with you, chances are that you are right and should not move forward. Overthinking can be good and bad depending on how you look at it.

Well I think this is a nice thing to do, educating your unemployed friend about Bitcoin. I always think it is good to educate people on bitcoin and because it is free to do it then its even better reason to. Knowledge for free is a good thing and many people could maybe benefit from your crypto knowledge. Knowledge is power and it is something we all want. I will sometimes discuss Bitcoin with my friends and colleagues who knows I am into it. Sometimes that will ask me some questions when there is something crypto in the news. The main focus is usually to earn money so I tell them to just buy the dip and HODL it for years to come.
