1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] GRAVIEX Exchange: low fees, fast withdrawals, high security on: January 19, 2021, 01:41:11 PM
Beware

Continued to sell Bitcoin Private after snapshot and allowed deposits after snapshot

Telling customers to move their coins despite the fact the Bitcoin Private blockchain has not yet relaunched, giving customers a one week deadline to move coins post snapshot as if that somehow is giving them their coins
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do we really need stable coin? on: January 03, 2021, 07:42:32 PM
If people want them or need them sure

I personally have no interest of holding any or even trading dollar pairs, rarely do i ever trade unless i cant get the coin without trading it for USDT
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex delists privacy coins, Antonopoulos terms this an attempt at ‘financial on: January 03, 2021, 07:38:38 PM
Bittrex screwed over so many for years. Those guys should be in prison
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Zclassics Zefi token, opinions? on: January 03, 2021, 07:35:03 PM
Seemingly large token sell to burn Zclassic for Zefi tokens on eth and tron networks

What are your opinions of it?

Seemed to be a lot of hype not hearing much now other than the main developer left the project but i assume hes been replaced, or at least i would hope, the project has barely been up for a few months

Should I hold some xrp or should I wait for a signal that btc may go down?

Wait until bitcoin will go down, it will certainly go down due to big correction. If you buy XRP now, you will not get a good value, time for selling now, not buying. I could be wrong also, so try to carefully analyze the situation as I'm no expert.

Seems to me xrp hasnt yet reacted to the btc rise like it did when it seemingly went up with btc most of this recent rise and now is oddly stuck at some wall it seems to me, maybe shoots up again if it can break it. But yeah if btc dumps whales will dump xrp but im not sure if they can keep doing it in this btc run or if they really want to sell this low
Yes, happy to see it, people start realizing about xrp's fraud.
XRP is a dead shit coin, better get out ASAP, it is highly manipulated and Brad Garlingcrook only waits to load off his pre-mined bags.

But yeah if btc dumps whales will dump xrp but im not sure if they can keep doing it in this btc run or if they really want to sell this low
Biggest problem is Brad Garlingcrook here, he has shit loads of pre-mined coins to be dumped and he's only waiting for it.
If someone want to make gains here, my special recomendation: BTC is superior longterm! Already 18M mined out of 21M, safe bet
Switch your xrp into Bitcoins!
BTC price will go up!

XRP has all the signs of a pop on the way, its already doubled in fiat value, the BTC pair has been a bit more interesting is all i was mentioning, not at all following any real pattern

If XRP is centralized, how come Ripple won't simply prevent him selling it?

The reason might be because there was an agreement that involved lawyers and papers signed. They needed to control Jed and at the same time Jed needed assurance that he can dump without legal repurcussions. Jed would never need permission if it was decentralized.
So at any time Dumping of XRP may happen?is this what can happen?though we are not accusing Jed of this yet the Possibilities are there?
sorry for Noob question i just find it interesting.

Anyway the Spark airdrop is ending soon,Will Ripple stays this low?opposite from expectation of others.though its their fault expecting too much for a crypto coin.

Jed cannot anytime. There was an agreed limit on how much Jed can sell every week during the first years until he can sell up to 2 billion XRP per year on the 7th year and remainding years. The agreement was signed on 2014.

There are sources about this on the internet.

He basically doesn’t have enough to really impact the xrp price

Seems to have been used as an excuse to push an algo change to an asic only SHA3 that doesnt even have readily available miners

Theyre wanting to cash in on easy difficulty on the algo change

Many are seeing right through the nonsense and I think the GPU chain will continue on and be the more legit chain
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: September 18, 2020, 03:33:02 AM
This market is a powder keg reminding me of my 2017 posts on this very topic if you dig back

I am very curious as to how much longer until someone takes the lid off of this.

The chain is down until this gets resolved.

Project abandoned?

Absolutely not. Been some price movement today as a wallet update is about to be released that adds some new features to the coin that should be exciting.

I'm awaiting the release before i say more about it but if it is what i think it is it could be very exciting times for this project!

The team has actually kept a regular maintenance schedule but most of the information for that has been on discord.

I'll try to keep everyone updated here on anything new.

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: February 19, 2020, 01:22:50 AM
I have made many posts related to various tokens and coins prices in the past and not been correct so maybe I am wrong here but at this rate maybe $0.50 is realistic within a couple of weeks.

The previous 12 month high was $0.48 in June 2019 so with XRP now trading at $0.32 when it was just $0.19 on 1st January 2020 things are looking good. Hopefully the upwards trend will continue and break the $0.50 mark within a couple of weeks.
Do you think $.50 is a realistic price for XRP in this short period
Nov. of '18 was last time we seen that price iirc

Agreed! Minimum .50 i'd say
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: February 19, 2020, 01:22:02 AM
At least a first higher high was build with breaking 0.32... shall see if it continue HL/HH

Its lookin pretty good right now
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: February 19, 2020, 01:21:15 AM
Looks like our long wait may soon be done. From what i see things could be moving quick like I was calling back in April 2017 again.

I would definitely be keeping a close eye on this for the next while.
