121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: September 20, 2023, 06:39:45 PM
Fortunately/unfortunately for me I have experienced most of what OP has listed in the opening thread and this is quite interesting to see how much external factors put a punter off their game unknowingly...which makes me think gambling needs concentration without any sort of disturbances to play with your A game or maybe we playing the blame game thinking we can always be winners  Roll Eyes
When gambling we can feel quite high adrenaline we can even feel curiosity and satisfaction when we win but if we lose in large amounts we might stop without realizing it but most likely we won't stop because there is still an emotional feeling of winning the game that makes us losing even though in that position all the money they have has run out but everyone always racks their brains and looks for shortcuts to make money so they can keep playing.
In casino games concentration is not really needed except for poker games or other skill games that require intelligence or dexterity but it seems like what you are saying is that there are several important points presented here.

I’m still tracking all my human error that keeps me giving a regular losses when I’m on this condition. Do you have something like this?

Btw it's safe to say one factor that is usually overlooked but plays a huge role in how one plays or wins has to go to emotions...if your mind is distracted and not fully invested chances are high that you can not make sound choices and hence the losses that follow...

Yes that is human nature and is certainly experienced by most gamblers but it is true that every loss is caused by mistakes we make ourselves unless there is luck which we don't have. Shocked
On average the biggest mistakes are related to finances where we are too greedy in risking finances so that what should have been a small loss and could return to betting instead we lose everything in one game or bet.

But what OP did is to create a track record and to review. That is on key role in any type of business. Remember if you want a successful gambling, you have to approach it as a business. It is paying attention to details. The journaling of negative traits to get aware of what attitudes and behavior make him more lose into the game. By reviewing, he become aware of what things to prevent and more to practice on moving forward.
122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never gamble in front of your kids. on: September 20, 2023, 06:35:28 PM
Hey gamblers' community, hope you're all doing great.
I wanted to convey my message here that gambling in front of our kids may put adverse effects on their growing minds and they may also take the wrong path and start gambling (either by asking you personally for funds or by stealing it in order to fulfill their gambling cravings).

I'm sharing this because I saw this issue with my kiddo who was once watching me gamble at a website playing blackjack and she started asking me more about the game. Then one day, she wanted to play it herself and asked me if she can go for it and I said "no, it's not your legal age to go for such games". So, it's better to keep our kiddos away from gambling and let them focus on their studies, else it'd actually ruin everything for the whole family if the kid takes the wrong path.

If you are a gambler yourself, preventing your child from engaging in gambling activities is the most responsible and wisest choice you coud ever make as a parent. Protecting children and teenagers from the potential harms of gambling is crucial, as they may not fully comprehend the risks and consequences involved. By adhering to legal age restrictions and keeping the focus on their education and personal development, you're providing a strong foundation for their future success. If you could maintain open communication with your child about the risks associated with gambling ensures they are well-informed and less likely to venture down a path that could lead to addiction or financial difficulties.

Istead build their confidence and compeetetiveness is sports or other areas of education. Introduce them to mastery instead of one lucky hit.
123  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 20, 2023, 06:30:34 PM
Haven't tried Mines since I am hooked on slots, though I tried to play tower and I seldom goes above level 3, lol. It looks like there is an imaginary barrier after level 3 in which whatever I pick is an empty cell. That, or I just suck on guessing games T_T.
You should give it a shot. I'm not big fan of Mines nor slots but I have tried it out since playing on roobet always lots of fun. On roobet I played crash a big time of my entire day! For me Crash is working quite simple, it consists of a continually expanding line going up and multiplying your bet. This things make me insane all of the time. Crash Rocket is love!

Crash is indeed a popular and thrilling game in the world of online gambling. The concept of watching the multiplier rise and deciding when to cash out can be very engaging, and it can keep players on the edge of their seats. it's a consistent dopamine hits. The longer you play, the more it multiply.
124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No KYC vs KYC enabled casinos (Facts you need to know) on: September 20, 2023, 06:27:58 PM
I think people should stop believing these "No KYC" casinos. Most of them have no upfront KYC but that doesn't mean they are not going to ask in certain cases since it's part of their terms that they can enforce it when necessary. It's only a matter of time before crypto casinos would get licensed so just accept the fact that you'll have to submit documents at some point when you register.

They are just going after those players doesn't like to submit their KYC but the question their are they reputable enough to run a transparent casino? or do they have big funds to support their gamblers win. We can't be so sure if gamblers won some huge amount of cash on their casino will not required to submit this requirements since the common scenario happen is they ask us this so that we can possibly withdraw our earned money. That's why its better to be ready and choose those reputable casino since they are proven by years and KYC is not the big problem there reputation and their capacity to pay their players is important factor which can gamblers should needed to see.

Maybe at first glance KYC requirements can seem like an inconvenience to some players, they are an integral part of responsible and regulated gambling. Choosing a reputable casino ensures that your personal and financial information is handled securely and that you have a higher likelihood of receiving your winnings promptly.

But not only the KYC of the players, it would also be better if there is transparency of the online casinos especiall if there's changes in their opereations or terms and conditions.
125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 20, 2023, 06:24:42 PM
~~
It is key to avoid any form of addiction at all costs, because once you are there the effort and determination needed to leave it behind is astronomical, however I really think that people underestimate how damaging an addiction can be and it is because of this they do not take the necessary steps to avoid it, and once they realize the truth there is nothing they can do but to try to improve the old-fashioned way, and unfortunately there are many people that fail on this goal and will keep their addiction for the rest of their lives.

Right, we agree on this. It is very important to avoid any form of addiction at all costs. But in reality, this will involve all aspects of our lives. There are many addictions and causes, and not just gambling or things related to narcotics. In most cases it all starts from habit, and the habits we do become excessive and ultimately get out of control. as you said, when we realize that we fall into the addiction category, recovering requires effort accompanied by strong intention and determination. that is, if we are able to go through every temptation we face in recovery.

The only thing that makes someone quit their addiction is that someone no longer has anything, in this case money, property, even work, and this applies to all addictions. The point is it's not the casino that's the problem, in this case it's gambling. but in ourselves, in most cases we don't have understanding and control over ourselves. in the end, we ourselves suffer. IMO, there is no best method other than ourselves. In essence, we are given intelligence to think and the problem is how we are able to control it. what I say, will not completely stop the addiction. However, it can reduce excessive habits. In fact, we can change our mindset. but all of that, comes back to the gamblers themselves.

Recognizing addiction is an important step, and recovery requires a combination of effort, determination, and often external support. As you pointed out, addiction can lead to the loss of many aspects of one's life, including financial stability, relationships, and even employment. This can serve as a wake-up call for some individuals to seek help and make positive changes.

While there may not be a one-size-fits-all method to overcome addiction, the combination of self-awareness, willpower, and a support system can greatly improve one's chances of reducing or eliminating addictive behaviors. It's an ongoing journey, and every small step toward positive change is a significant achievement in itself.

or simply put, don't waste your hard-earned life on irresponsible gambling.
126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 18, 2023, 08:50:42 AM
~
Although the title says, the ban of credit cards but when you read the actual news it says that they will ban crypto usage in online gambling too.
The article you posted never mentions cryptocurrencies, instead they are referring to digital currencies, majority of the credit card companies will not allow to use your credit card in gambling sites and it is implemented sometime back. Since there are ways to overcome these restrictions, curious to see how they will enforce the ban with many apps and companies that are not under their jurisdiction, how they will enforce the rule on a global scale.

I think one key reason for this is that technology evolves, so do the methods for bypassing restrictions. Some individuals may still find ways to use credit cards for gambling by using proxy servers or other tools to circumvent location-based controls.

Another is the capacity of a person to afford the credit. Gambling is the fastest way to make and lose money. So instead of the government to always remind people of their expense, it's wise for them to just siply ban the usage of credit to the mass in terms of gambling industry.
127  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake phishing on: September 18, 2023, 08:47:03 AM
Just imagine if that was a "White hat" hacker and if he bet on the 2x and he doubled his money and left it there...  Tongue  Well, you cannot be a White hat, if you risk someone else's money, but it would have been nice.  Wink

It is actually sad that Stake employees are not taking this seriously .... it is not funny for the victim of such a hack... and losing that amount of money.

It is also weird that the IP address of the hacker are not supplied to you.... it might have helped you to investigate this on your own.

About the IP address, there won't be any I think.
Maybe they are accessing the account through the victims computer.

Sure he used the phishing link to log in but he said he has 2FA. If that's true the hacker only has 30 seconds to use the same 2FA code to also login. After that what can he do? You need 2FA to withdraw or tip any money to other accounts, so there is not enough time anyway.

If they use the account through the infected device there would just be the victims IP and no other one.

well if tis is the case, this is clearly a human error. Why would you even give to others your 2FA right? So just take the accountability because you're the only person responsible from it. You are not suppose to give away your security keys and codes.
128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: September 18, 2023, 08:43:30 AM
Fenerbahçe Antalyaspor match was very enjoyable tonight. It clearly showed us both teams have defensive issues that they cannot solve. Antalyaspor new striker Buksa clearly showed he is beyond Turkish league levels and probably gonna keep scoring next weeks. İrfan Can at Fenerbahçe showed awesome performance as well. I didn't like Ferdi tho. I also disliked Antalyaspor right back Bünyamin and stopper Veysel. They both seem below average.

Antalyaspor's new striker, Buksa, stood out to you as a player who performed exceptionally well and appears to be of a higher caliber than what is typically seen in the Turkish league. Maybe it'll be interesting to see if he continues to shine in the coming weeks. Maybe if there another highlight game for them then it will build consistency and confidence for them having standout game.
129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When the fun stops on: September 18, 2023, 08:40:45 AM
The words fun and entertainment have been erased from our dictionaries as gamblers depending on where you are in the social hierarchy. For the upper class, gambling is fun. When they gamble, they have a glass of wine on the table and a cigar in their mouth for those who smoke. They gamble with their other rich friends of the same heirarchy. They do it for fun, it is bonding time. I don't think they play at online casinos.

The shrinking middle class and the lower class are the ones who gamble as a source of income, to solve a problem, to double their money. For these people gambling can't be fun, nor entertainment. Gambling for them is a side hustle,  a do-or-die affair. They go broke gambling, they don't bond with friends rather they lose friendships and relationships because of their gambling habits.

It's crucial to emphasize that responsible gambling practices should be promoted and followed regardless of one's social class. Problem gambling can affect individuals from all walks of life, and it's essential to approach gambling with caution, seek help when needed, and be aware of the potential consequences. Education and support for responsible gambling can benefit everyone, aiming to mitigate the negative impacts associated with gambling.

However, i don't think it's not only about social status that is the source of fun experience. For me it is the experience of winning. Who else enjoyed losing eh? So once you start losing over and over, you're getting angry, then you lose interest. That's for me when I slowly lose some fun.
130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Marry a Coin/Project - Practically Example on: September 18, 2023, 08:37:12 AM
I've learned my lesson in the past. Back in 2017, during the first bull run I experienced, I was overly confident that it would reach my target price, but it didn't happen. It turned out to be a scam. I could have made a good amount of money if I had sold, but I consider it part of the learning experience. What matters is that I was profitable overall during that time.

Investing is indeed a gamble, and since we cannot predict the future, it can lead to either failure or success. What's important is that we can accept what happens and continue learning from our mistakes. I once read an article about an early investor in Bitcoin who was delighted to have sold his Bitcoins at $10 each. If he hadn't bought back in, he might be regretting it now, given the current high price.

The anecdote about the early Bitcoin investor highlights the unpredictability of the market. Timing is often a matter of luck, and even those who sold their holdings at lower prices can't predict how the market will evolve. Your ability to approach investing with a balanced perspective, considering both successes and challenges, is a valuable trait for any investor. Keep learning and adapting, and you'll be better prepared for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in the world of investments.

I think what is needed is risk managgement. It's okay not to get all the possible profit. But also to not lose money from the first place. It's a great feat actually to celebrate even if you're just breakeven as long as you're not losing money.
131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Educational on: September 16, 2023, 08:55:16 PM
Alot of those who make some kinds comments don't really take the time to deeply think about their statements before making them and this mostly drags us back to the fact that those who are paid to do some job may lack what the ethics of the job is,  really campaign may not restrict or control what you decide to post here in the forum,  but as a worker who is promoting a certain service and you get paid from the revenue generated from that service,  speaking ill or negatively about such product makes you look as if you are dump and don't know what you are doing.

Because what the hell is the need for promoting a gambling site when you are calling for the ban of gambling,  that doesn't sound wise to me.

I agree, we should always consider the situation regarding the service our accounts is promoting.  If it is about gambling, making a vendetta against gambling would be unethical because we are conflicting with what we are promoting. The least we can do about it is to stay neutral and look for better words so that we won't look like a hypocrite, getting incentives from gambling operations but campaigning for it to stop lol.  In this case, the best advice we can give is gambling in moderation so that it will not affect our future finances.

But obviously, we cannot blame them on their reply and take them as their stance since as I read, the reply is just a reaction to the already existing conversation and I believe he is just citing the cost and effect of something if implemented.

well, most are not thinking twice about what they are saying to the public. but i do agree, that you need to keep an eye on what you're saying and what you are doing (i.e. promoting). gambling will always be a part of human society. so what you can do, as a user/player/gambler, is just to be responsible about your own gambling activities. you are the one who will take care of the consequences of your actions.

Some are responsible for the words they are saying as they are advertising these platforms that they are praising. I guess, being responsible in accepting promotions and projects related to gambling should also be considered, given that this area is sometimes what drives people into gambling. Just gamble on your own, spend money on your own, and not advertise gambling unless you're sure that the ones you are telling the word to are responsible gamblers.

Because it's not just about what is the message you're trying to give. It's also about who you are trying to onfluence because promoting gambling carries a responsibility to ensure that the message is targeted at responsible and informed adults who can make decisions about their gambling activities with full awareness of the associated risks. Encouraging responsible gambling behaviors and providing information about the potential risks of gambling is crucial.

Irresponsible or overly enthusiastic endorsements can potentially lead vulnerable individuals into gambling without adequate information or awareness of the consequences. This is why many countries have regulations in place to ensure responsible advertising and marketing of gambling activities.

I do love that sign up thing and gives out the chance for you to be selected on being the winner on getting that no deposit bonus but on the time that i have seen this line based whats written on op:

"In order to enter, you will need to go follow our Instagram page, like our latest post dedicated to the giveaway and tag one of your friends in the comments. That’s all."

Then i cant really be able to avoid to think that this is really that some sort of like hunting or grinding which i dont really have a good feeling about this and even on
other or most members of this forum too. Whats the catch? Its been answered but it seems that it is really that pretty obvious.

For those members who do post on earlier page which i do truly agree with on which it would really be that better if those prizes or bonuses should be escrowed
but since we are talking about gambling partners then it would be better on having those kind of confirmation because there's tendency that these all things are act up.

I think for like  maybe its just a catch or just a lead host. Hopefuly not a scam. While contests and giveaways can be exciting opportunities, it's crucial to approach them with a healthy dose of caution and skepticism. Being informed, asking questions, and verifying the credibility of the organizer can help participants make more informed decisions about whether to participate in such activities. These are the time when you need to feel cautious or skeptical when participating in such contests.
133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto betting on: September 16, 2023, 08:48:02 PM
I just did a bunch of research on it but if you want to betting and deposite your money there plz do your own research before deposite of money.
I agree that without doing your own research, it is better not to start making large bets at some previously unknown bookmaker.  Reading reviews, of course, gives a general idea of the bookmaker, but until you yourself have tried to place small bets several times, you will not know those nuances when playing that no one mentions at all in the reviews.
Although, of course, it is very useful to read reviews simply so that you would know at least some of these nuances in advance, even before you make your first and small bet.  It is better, of course, to research several bookmakers because you will probably like one of them more simply because it is more convenient and easier for you to use.  Because each person has their own preferences for the interface, some need it to be beautiful, wjile others, for example with poor eyesight, need the text to be written in larger letters.  And so on.
And of course, there is a separate story with the process of withdrawing money to your wallet in the event of your winning.  This is, of course, the most important point at which there may be unexpected obstacles and nuances.
Reading reviews should be a part of one's research about a casino or a gambling platform, but the reviews shouldn't be from sites such as Trustpilot because reviews on such websites can be easily manipulated and one can actually get misguided by the reviews posted on these websites. Review websites such as BTCGosu should be good sources for people doing research about a certain casino platform before joining it because such websites post real and unbiased reviews.

One should also ask for community feedback as part of their research, because those who might have already used the platform that you are about to join will surely be able to give you the perfect feedback about it since they have the usage experience of that platform which you want to know.

I really prefer to bet on the most reliable casino platforms that are here in the forum, for this reason when I go to play in a casino that is very new, what I do is search to see if it has an ANN thread or if has references that are good, see how much community it has, for me the community thing is important because there they do tell the truth, for example a Tg channel, or a group where everyone gives their opinion and gives their points of view, if I see that the comments within the group only of bets of the games they have played, well I already know that many like it, and that they are there because they like the casino, those things are the ones that I also like to see apart from everything that the others search.

Even if its already a reputable one, you still have to do some research about it because it is your money putting in to their acount. I would check  for these things:

1. Research and Verification: You look for essential information like the existence of an ANN (Announcement) thread or references related to the casino platform. This helps you verify the platform's legitimacy and track record.

2. Community Feedback: Community opinions and discussions are valuable indicators of a platform's reputation. You pay attention to Telegram channels, group discussions, and comments from other users to gauge how satisfied and engaged the community is with the casino.

3. User Experience: Focusing on the experiences of other players, including their wins and losses, can provide insights into the casino's fairness and reliability.

4. Community Size: The size and activity level of a community can be a good indicator of a casino's popularity and trustworthiness. Active and engaged communities often reflect a positive user experience.

5. Transparency: You appreciate platforms that are transparent about their operations and games, which is an important factor in building trust.
134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cockfighting? on: September 16, 2023, 08:45:05 PM
that you already save a decent amount of money though not only the money is at risk but also your roster who you spend a lot of time and money to prepare for the big event that may bring you luck or the other side of the outcome.
Yes, putting the cock in good shape before the battle saves you the risk of losing your fighting cock, and ultimately losing the bet also, I hard these games are staked with a high amount, the amount that is worth higher than the value of the cock in multiple times, this has also been the major reasons why those cock owners take a long period to train and equipped their cocks before the big events.
More also losing means your animal is gone, because in most cases, not all the cocks survive the battle and come out alive.

Cockfighting enthusiasts often view their roosters as prized athletes, and the outcome of a match can be both financially and emotionally significant. As with any form of betting or competition, it's crucial to approach cockfighting responsibly, recognizing that success is not guaranteed, and there are inherent risks involved. It's truly like conditioning a boxer to a ring. But this time with a cock to fight.
135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: September 16, 2023, 08:43:05 PM
~snip~

I like what you say, it is true about the weak mentality, it is not something that can be worth carrying always, especially when it is with a casino, a player should always control his emotions and not allow the emotions to be above his person Here in these cases what should be done is that when there is a lot of danger of doing things wrong, then stop and wait, not jump in, because I have played like that and when I get carried away by emotions and I mess up more and lose or so I won, I feel that I have been irresponsible , because I have risked more than I should have and that is not the idea, I mean doing things in a controlled manner and not risking too much.

Limiting oneself is crucial for both life and gambling. As you are aware, pushing oneself too far can be risky; its a slippery slope. To begin with, the first thing that will enable you to play correctly is your inherent self-awareness. Recall that the purpose of a game should be enjoyment, not guilt trips. A tight budget and frequent breaks are two more effective strategies for maintaining the right balance between leisure and responsibility.

It is the process of acknowledging the issue and having the determination to quit or regain control over one's gambling habits are critical steeps towards responsible gambling. It's essential for individuals to be self-aware and to seek help or support if they find themselves in a situation where gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal distress.

Support networks, counseling services, and self-exclusion programs are available to assist individualls in managing their gambling behavior. Responsible gambling involves setting limits, adhering to budgets, and recognizing when it's time to step away from gambling activities to prevent further harm.
136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holder are not maximizing the bitcoin potential on: September 14, 2023, 09:29:08 PM
but selling whole bitcoin to wait for dip is not desirable decision as we don't know when the next dip will occur.

Sometimes there is no choice, really. You only have one shot, because your investments are not as big, as you wish. That is why you have to take risk and sell in hope to buy again at a lower price. But I believe some people really can win in such situation, because they would take more careful and rational steps, because they know they don't have a right for making mistakes. And they will be more prudent than those who can afford themselves to buy again if they have lost previous investment.

well yes I guess. If one can have an opportunity to make money out of BTC, I guess that's enough to maximize bitcoin potential. Why? because just imagine how many people lose their funds and money compare to you who can make some. That is a surmountble feat is it? That one shot opportunity that you though was not good enough was truly a great opportunity to catch. It is just a matter of knowing that enough is enough. That not losing moey in the market was also a skill no only in multiplying it.
137  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market likely over? on: September 14, 2023, 09:25:45 PM
What do you all think about the sudden bounce back and price increase on Bitcoin of lately?
Indeed, currently there is a lot of speculation circulating on the internet, there are hundreds of people currently discussing the development of Bitcoin and the crypto market now and in the future, but whatever we have seen and learned back to ourselves to determine good steps in the future.

We are aware that several things that have happened in the crypto market every four years should be a lesson for crypto users about what happened and what to do, of course, but we always see those who fail and regret it after it happens, for that reason I think right now we are thinking about the best for ourselves in the direction of our respective successes, I hope that in the future there will be more people who are successful in the crypto world.

The cryptocurrency market has experienced various cycles and events over the years, including Bitcoin's halving events approximately every four years, which often have significant effects on the market dynamics. These events serve as valuable lessons for crypto users, emphasizing the need for careful planning, risk management, and a long-term perspective.

Which means if that is cycle, previous profile or delivery on price would likely to repeat but on a very different manner. That is why by staying informed, adopting a responsible approach to investing or trading, and learning from past experiences and market trends, individuals can increase their chances of success.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mainstream coins or altcoins? on: September 14, 2023, 09:23:20 PM
Perhaps I've always been a lone ranger, which sometimes makes me feel lonely. I'd like to connect with cryptocurrency investors from around the world and share our insights and experiences.

There are only two classifications: either Bitcoin or altcoins, as any coin created after Bitcoin is considered an alternative coin. So, I think your question goes like that. Well, I would choose both. Don't limit your investment to just one, as this market is not for Bitcoin only. The reason why this market has grown is because of plenty of altcoins that were created. While most of them turn out to be abandoned projects or scams, there are altcoins that still exist and are already successful. So, it's just a matter of studying a certain project to see its potential in the future. Also, if you want to minimize the risk in investing, you need to diversify your funds, which means you should invest in altcoins alongside Bitcoin.

Or if you still don't get it, Don't invest or don't put money on something you don't know. Not because you've gone through the website, read their Ann thread, heard about the proect online from a random video on YouTube does mean you've already done your research. Truly do your research by asking yourself is it worth taking the risk and putting off my money out there? All or almost all altcoins does 10x or more easiliy because it has small caps thus very volatile to have price fluctuation.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashgambler.io - Your Ultimate Crash Gambling Guide - Tournaments & Reviews on: September 14, 2023, 09:18:36 PM
Already there is good competition among the crypto casinos that you have listed on your affiliate website. I won't deny it the same kind of competition has been with websites that are reviewing crypto casinos. What makes you different is that you are focusing on casinos that have the Crash game.  Do you think that focusing on a particular game would help your site grow? I may be blatant but, I do not think your expectation would be met. There are a few websites that have been constantly promoting themselves in some way by promotion. You would need to find such a way otherwise, none of the active gamblers would help you in getting a good amount of commission.

I think what I want to see more in the future is the consistency and sustainability of the websites and games. Would games be available in the future or there would be any changes? Will the terms and policies be clearer? especially on the restrictions among players. Are there country restrictions or minimum requirements? It's a great way to promote and boost up in the beginning but how long it will last will lead and define by their sustainability.
140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 14, 2023, 09:15:02 PM
Is this bill means that Australia is going to ban online gambling because if people can't use a credit card or crypto, how will they do online gambling?
I am sure the gamblers there will find a way to still gamble, but this will have the effect of discouraging many people from gambling, as the process will become more difficult, and many people may not like the difficulties now involved in doing something that was very easy to do before. It will reduce the number of gamblers in the country which I think is in the focus for the government who have approved this new policy. When there are too many gamblers in a country, it can become a problem, this may be what they are trying to avoid.

Well if there's a will, there's always a way. It sounds like the government's decision to implement stricter regulations and procedures for gambling is aimed at achieving several objectives like to reduce the overall number of gamblers in the country.
