he really is managing well over 2k btc, here's proof

That proves nothing of the sort.

And this isn't a get rich scheme <snip lots of shilling snip> thats why my money is with AMFEIX

I think your value as an analyst of such things is questionable.

bitconnect will last for a long time, the own almost all of the bcc, they have enough funding to pay everyone, + they re staking it and the price of BCC always seems to go up

This is called serial gullibilty.

are you really comparing AMFEIX with bitconnect, lol, just go to amfeix IG page and see how he constantly postes his profit and loss for the day, reloading the bitmex page, how could you fake that? yesterday he lost well over 20BTC and showed proof, we had a 0.5% loss, thousand of dollars were lost and we are still here, because the definition of a profitable trader is if you can make more than you loose over a long period of time, and the CEO postes proof of his trades, wins and looses, something that bit connect didnt do...

Why not join the community and check for yourself

Yeah, I did.
Similar to many I've seen, an anon "genius" making lots of noobs and shill accounts drool over untold riches until one day
....*poof*....they're gone.

Why spreading false info here if you didn't even try the platform???

Why would I want to give money to a site like that? Blind greed is a vice I don't suffer from.
What "false info" would that be?

he really is managing well over 2k btc, here's proof
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/33ns4GGpz7vVAfoXDpJttwd7XkwtnvtTjw

And this isn't a get rich scheme, this fund is about taking advantage of the CEO ability to trade and make consistent wins long term, but no one can have 100% win rate, for example, yesterday we made a pretty big loss in the fund, the CEO went long and bitcoin went down, leaving the investors with a loss, but the good thing is, profitable traders win more than they loose, and the CEO has proven to be one of them.

yesterday we had a -0.5% loss, loosing is also part of the game and the CEO has proven to me since the 3th of December of 2018 that he can win more than he can loose, thats why my money is with AMFEIX

6  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: February 21, 2019, 05:59:36 PM

Close again, but not quite. When you invest, your stake is based on how much the bankroll is (regardless of how much of that is profit). But then *after* you invested, all you care is about profits. So imagine the bankroll was 100 BTC, you put in another 100. Then you'd own ~50% of the bankroll.  Now you'd get ~50% of the site profits/loses

it is true what you are saying, but my question is really simple, it doesn't matter if I have a 50% stake or a 0.002% stake, if the sites PROFITS goes from 2k to 2.2k (example) this means my investment also grew 10%,

and I have a more personal question for you RHVAR, do you use the offsite system at all? because if you only use the onsite system you are exposed to a 1.5Kelly, but that dosnt mean you will eventually loose your entire bankroll, this only happens if you use the offsite system exposing yourself to more than 1.5Kelly.

thanks for all your responses RHVAR im trying to wrap my head around this

but when the bankroll grows or decreases my stake in the bankroll also changes, so you are telling me that if I had invested when the bankroll was at 100 btc profit and now it is 2.2k btc profit I would have 22x my investment?

No. You're confusing a few concepts. If you were invested in the bankroll when it was 100 BTC, and then it grew to 2.2k BTC purely by profits -- then you would've made 22x. But that's not really what's happened. It's best to look at it individually:

* A player loses X btc:
The bankroll will increase by (0.9975*X), but all investors will have the same % ownership (stake) as they did. (e.g. They own the same amount of a bankroll that just increased). Note: how the bankroll increased by slightly less than the player lost (that's cause Daniel is pocketing some money as commissions)

* A player wins X btc with a bet of Y:
The bankroll will decrease by (X + 0.0025*Y), but all investors will have the same % ownership (stake) as they did. (e.g. They own the same amount of a bankroll that just shrunk)

* An investors divests X btc:
The investor is given X btc. The bankroll decreases by X btc. Each investor's stake is adjusted such that  (stake*bankroll) is exactly equivalent to before the divestment (e.g. So they now own more of a smaller bankroll) with the exception of the investor who divested, whose (stake*bankroll) will be X less than before.

* An investor invests X btc:
The investor loses X btc from their balance. The bankroll goes up by 0.98*X btc. The person who invested stake is adjusted such that (stake*bankroll) is 0.98*X higher than it was before. All other investors have their stake adjusted such that (stake*bankroll) is the same before. After this process is completed, the bankroll is increased another 0.02*X. (this process is known as the "dilution fee" and is basically new investors paying the old investors (and themselves) compensation for lowering their stake

oh okay now I understand, but what what I really was referring to is the sites PROFITS, if the sites profit goes from 100 BTC to 110 BTC or from 2k BTC to 2.2K BTC does that mean my investment in the bankroll also grows 10% if all of the if there if the investment and divesting remains the same?
8  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: February 20, 2019, 11:09:55 AM
Yeah, when you "invest" you get own % (stake) of the bankroll. So when the bankroll grows or decreases, your stake stays the same. So if the bankroll doubled  your investment would double. If the bankroll halved, your investment would halve.   (Note: stakes are readjusted when people invest or divest, so you only make money when the bankroll gains money from gamblers)
but when the bankroll grows or decreases my stake in the bankroll also changes, so you are telling me that if I had invested when the bankroll was at 100 btc profit and now it is 2.2k btc profit I would have 22x my investment?

Hello guys I have some questions,

can someone tell me if I invest on the bankroll with no leverage (only investing with onsite) what Kelly am I exposed to and how can I calculate it? also what is the Kelly if I where to use the offsite system as leverage?

and also if the bankroll increases 10% does that mean that my investment also grows 10%?

thank you guys

Can someone explain a little bit better how the onsite and offsite bankroll investing works? what I understand is that if I deposit 1 btc and put it in the bankroll and then say I have another 1 btc offsite then my 1 btc invested onsite becomes 2 by the power of leveraging? so if I would lose 50% of my investment then I would really loose 100% because I am leveraged by 2x by saying I have 1 btc offsite?

If this is like this then it means I can have 1 btc onsite and 9 btc offsite and then I would be leveraged by 10x and so my looses and wins would all move quicker and there is obviously a bigger chance of loosing it all by the high leverage you use

if this is true which is the maximum leverage I can use? 100x? please explain the offsite and onsite bankroll investment thanks

If you compare the dow jones, or the S&P 500 to the bitcoin chart you can notice that the stock's have been in a rally since 2009 right when bitcoin was just created, this means that the crypto currency space has never experienced a stock bear market, because stocks have been bullish since 2009 and right now they are starting to fall and I believe there will be a bigger crash than the one that happened in 2008-2009, based on this we can say that all the thousand's of bitcoin "deaths" where just mere corrections, like when bitcoin went from 30$ to 2$ when it went from 1200$ to 200$ and now from 20k to 3k all of the previous corrections where with a bullish stock market, but now the stock market for the first time since 2009 is beginning to plunge and is taking cryptos down with it, something that hasn't happened in the previous btc "deaths"

This makes me believe that this time crypto may never come back at all, like when tulips crashed in the 1600's or when the thousand of .com stocks never recovered (like pets.com) etc this means that this time bitcoin and other crypto currencies may NEVER come back to a ATH like it has happened before, what we learnt from previous bubbles caused by a new emerging technology eg the .com bubble with the rise of the internet is that the majority of companies (this time coins) die off and I believe right now bitcoin is so old, rusty with high tx times and high fees that it is possible it may become the MySpace of crypto, having said this it is also really posible that cryptos stop existing at all, because there are coins that really don't need a blockchain and are just pump ICO'S that have no real purpose, the only thing that its left is the blockchain technology by itself that dosnt really need to have a token with value attached to work, the world could adopt the blockchain technology without the need to have a pump token attached to it.

this is my opinion right now, I think blockchain technology is here to stay but I put into a debate if crypto tokens will be here to stay.
