2  Economy / Auctions / Re: Cointerra Terraminer "2" TH "February" Batch on: February 23, 2014, 03:46:40 AM
I'm selling an early March batch for 17 BTC.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=475905.0

This was ordered 1-3 days (don't remember exactly when) after the February batch sold out.
3  Economy / Auctions / Re: 2TH/s Cointerra April Batch rig, Starting at 15BTC. on: February 23, 2014, 03:42:08 AM
Do you accept fiat?

I need to research about escrow before I do that.

I'm not wasting anyone's time here! I just give a head-up to potential buyers that they will NOT get it in APRIL! Like you said in the title!
You put the auction to end on 15 march! Even if they deliver in time by April the difficulty will be around 5,531,867,561 and you know just as good as I know that your rig will become worthless by OCTOBER! And is someone will pay 15BTC for it he will be in OCTOBER with a -2406.32$

so why don't you lower the price?
If you sell it at the price you got it then buy SEPTEMBER the person who got it will be +1.13$

I know you are scare that you bought something that will not make you the money you dreamed about but please stop insulting and start act like a man and be responsible for your own actions and don't try to fool anyone!

The price is set, if you don't like it, you can move on.  Everyone knows the risk of purchasing mining equipment.  You started the insults with the smartass comments about the month, so screw you.  You're not even a potential buyer, making you a troll.  Go troll someone else and stop hassling me.
4  Economy / Auctions / Re: 2TH/s Cointerra April Batch rig, Starting at 15BTC. on: February 20, 2014, 08:51:44 PM
Dude I was just pointing out that you will not be able to deliver in APRIL!
since they didn't even sent out February batches and we are in 20 of the month!

I didn't say I will ship it in April,  i said i will ship it when i get it. So you're
wasting my time.  Like  i said,  stop trolling and mind your own damn business.  This is an auction thread, if you don't want to bid, don't say anything at all.

I don't think you understand mining technology and the difficulty if you think a Cointerra will only make 2 BTC in April.

7  Economy / Auctions / Early March Batch Cointerra 17 BTC on: February 20, 2014, 12:14:42 AM
I will sell my spot in line OR the miner itself starting at 17 BTC (whichever you decide).  It is advertised to be a 2 Th/s miner, although current releases are at 1.6-1.7 with a power usage of 2000W.  Cointerra claims that this will be fixed with the newer batches.

I will pay shippng fees and will ship it to you the day I get it IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING (literally remove my label and put yours on).  I will PM you some private communication information that will give you a way to contact me outside of bitcointalk.

Any problems with the miner will have to be taken up with Cointerra.  I will ensure the package for the amount of bitcoin you at the current fiat price in USD and will also give you a tracking number the day of.  You will have to pay extra for overnight delivery.

With current Cointerra news, I expect this miner to be shipped mid-March.

Starting bid: 17 BTC
Buy it now: 22 BTC
End date and time: March 1st, 2014
Payment methods accepted: Bitcoin

CoinTerra’s TerraMiner IV is the most powerful high-performance Bitcoin mining rig, available for pre-order now with delivery in May 2014.

How do you plan to ship it to us in April? If you don't get the question look at the photo below!

I pre ordered it and mine will arrive in April.

Cryptsy is a good trading platform and holding huge user's so some small problem comes try to solv it and inform technical assistance.

They do have a good trading platform, but they don't have good account management.  Why are peoples deposits not showing up?
16  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptsy is a joke. on: December 30, 2013, 12:15:04 AM
So where can we go to shut this down?  They have been ignoring me with my tickets.  I get one crappy excuse for reply every week.  They should get the scam tag.
17  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptsy is a joke. on: December 23, 2013, 06:53:54 PM
I had a BTC deposited to the account that showed it posted but the balance never changed.
18  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can i sue mtgox? on: December 23, 2013, 06:51:00 PM
I think you cannot sue mtgox, I mean you can sue but you will lose.

The problem is that you didn't verify your account. This means that they can never know if you are the real owner of the bitcoin.
You could just have moved the coins yourself and then try to double them by blaming mtgox. Since your google account got hacked, how could mtgox know anything?

If you had a key to your safe, but the bank does not know your identity. Then how can they be blamed for the usage of that key? Obviously they cannot know who is the real owner and who is the hacker? How can they know that it is the owner that requests the funds to be frozen? Mtgox will claim that the funds have been stolen in November.

I am very sorry your coins have been stolen. However, I wouldn't advice trying to sue and spend even more money. Since you are in China and you would need to sue a Japanese company it will even complicate more.

You could try to keep talking to Mtgox and they might try to refund if they are nice.

thank you melacs
i remember when someone register on mtgox some information need submit and it can not be changed

First name
Middle Name
Last name
Date Of Birth
Country Of Birth

it means the hacker use my identity to pass the verification
There is, I have warned them that and they have promised to freeze withdrawals.
  Finally,  the money was withdraw!

If you realized your account had been hacked before the BTC was taken, you should have withdrawn them immediately instead of asking gox to freeze your account.  I'm sorry to say, but this is completely your fault, Mt. Gox is not liable at all.

I hope you get your BTC back and I hope that all the BTC taken was from profit and not purchased.  I'm sorry they were taken!
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / BTC legalities? on: November 28, 2013, 03:20:11 AM
I have been wondering about the legal side of BTC in America (Oregon to be more specific). Does anyone know where I could find some good info regarding this?  I don't want to make a bunch of USD then find out I was supposed to pay taxes or something.
20  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining on a 4G connection on: November 28, 2013, 03:05:04 AM
Mining doesn't use a lot of bandwidth so you should be fine.  I did it on my GPU mining rig for a week.
