He's a fast and agile player who really troubled the Liverpool defense, and he also created several chances. Liverpool really struggled to score, especially against Manchester City's very compact and solid defense. Furthermore, when Liverpool did get the ball, Manchester City's players continued to press, so Liverpool didn't have much possession. If Liverpool hadn't made changes soon, there might have been more goals, as Manchester City looked hungry for goals. |
