441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Use of Altcoin. Do you know any altcoin that has so much potential as use case? on: January 23, 2020, 05:51:43 AM
I believe at the moment the best altcoin is Ethereum. So this coin has great potential for developing a good business. The Ethereum coin also brings a good return on investment. And I believe that this coin is worthy of being the most popular in the cryptocurrency market.
We know that ETH is the best altcoin of all because ETH is under BTC. And to invest in ETH itself is a good decision because we all know that ETH is a coin that has the potential to be able to generate large profits and returns. But actually not only ETH, there are a lot of good and profitable altcoins, all we have to do is look for opportunities to determine at what point when we will buy and sell these coins.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating shit TOKEN make good profit ? on: January 22, 2020, 02:23:58 PM
Well it is not like 2017 anymore were shit tokens with no project was profitable, but now you can not make a good profit. No one will interested with your token. Don't be a scammer bro you just ruining the image of crypto.
That right. People who try to get their own profit by doing the wrong thing is a bad action and I advise the OP not to do it because what is there is that it only makes the crypto even worse especially when new projects that really want to develop their products find it difficult to get funding from investors because of the many nonsense projects that only seek profit for themselves and have no intention of developing their projects and products. So it's better not to do that.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me? on: January 22, 2020, 11:45:19 AM
January 2019 we have more bounties at that time but this year January seem to be different, very few bounty projects shows up, I'm not saying scam projects aren't around but this forum seem relieved from many junky projects like that of 2019, maybe scammers are tired of not getting answers in return? Maybe people are now smarter and scammers are starving? I so wish so 🙏 lol what about you?
Perhaps because it is currently difficult to get investors to want to invest in new projects is a reason that at least new bounties are emerging now because they know that for now it will be difficult to benefit from the new project bounties and I think many investors are now prefer to invest in the top coins rather than into new projects.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: January 22, 2020, 09:43:13 AM
Deciding to use a new wallet or not I think it is everyone's choice and to use a new wallet yourself everyone must be more careful because some new wallets are made to steal coins owned by the user. So for people who want to use a new wallet it's better to ask for advice from friends and also observe for themselves whether the wallet has good security and can be trusted to use.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 22, 2020, 06:26:07 AM
Bounty manager should take the risks and pay with his reputation if something goes wrong. If he is famous and well known, with good reputaion, people are following him and taking part in all his campaigns. If he fails constantly, he is to blame and nobody likes him Smiley
A professional bounty manager is willing to stake his reputation and not only expect to get pay big of the bounties he manages. of course if the project he manages continues to fail then no one people wants  to follow the bounty he manages. but now many bounty managers don't care if the project they manage will end up being fraudulent or not because they just expect to be paid with the lure of a big salary.

which became a problem two years ago when many new projects came to the crypto market and not all of them succeeded in making many bounty managers tempted to get more money to promote the project. it is not the responsibility of the bounty manager to make the project a success or not. but some bounty managers who care about their reputation must choose the best project. not just the payment they will receive.
The bounty manager is not responsible for the success or failure of the project and for me personally it might be difficult for a bounty manager to judge whether a project is good or not because we know that the scammer always has a way to find loopholes and can get into it and sometimes the bounty manager only do its work by updating the spreadsheet, determining whether participants are in accordance with the requirements and reporting the results that have been done by all participants.
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: By now, is it worth to invest in major altcoins for the long term? on: January 21, 2020, 04:49:55 PM
If you want a long-term investment you better buy bitcoin compared to altcoin if you doubt that the major altcoin will lose its value, but if you want to keep investing try to buy altcoin top 10 coinmarketcap.
sometimes a reference to altcoin with a good rating is good enough for long-term investment, and sometimes it is also suitable for daily trading if there are price movements in it. but I am more focused on long-term investment in bitcoin, because the current market shows more potential in bitcoin.
To be hold in the long run there will certainly be many people who choose bitcoin over altcoin because you can say that bitcoin is a coin that has the potential to be able to generate large profits and we can see that a few days ago bitcoin began to increase and this was much awaited by people the person who holds the coin and maybe besides a good bitcoin to hold in the long run is the top 10 coins.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Numbers Continue Exploding in Spite of ICO History on: January 21, 2020, 01:31:11 PM
It's too easy to make a currency so junk coins are everywhere. The development team takes just a few taps to get a coin and then sells them and leaves.
In 2017 with the ICO boom, a lot of fraudulent projects made millions of dollars but now the ICO has lost the trust of investors so the new ICOs are mostly failed.
The large number of scam projects ultimately makes investors hesitant and unwilling to take risks in investing in new projects and most of them choose not to invest in new projects but prefer to invest into the top coins. This is a natural thing to happen when many projects end in failure so investors don't want to take a big risk with what they will invest.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The future of bounty looks uncertain on: January 21, 2020, 10:29:19 AM
Scam projects are the reason why bounties and offering dies.
Both investor and bounty hunter got tired of being scammed so most of us decided to stop supporting and promoting them.
Since 2018 only few of the projects have been successful.

Also don't forget that we are still in the bear market, that's why bounties are somewhat dead at this point although it is continuing, it doesn't have the traction it had like in 2017. Lots of project in 2018-2019 has raised so much money, but still the price is way beyond their supposedly ICO price.

But we all know that bounties won't simply disappear in the forum as it is one effective way to gain traffic and exposure to investors. If someone thinks that bounty looks uncertain, then stop joining one and go on trading or something that will make you money here in crypto-space.
For me personally the bounty will not disappear because it is a great way to attract investors by giving exposure to the project and also becoming a place for developers to promote their projects even though we often encounter projects that eventually turn into scams and then have an impact to other projects that become difficult to get funding from investors to develop the projects they bring.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market moves in like a mystery! on: January 21, 2020, 08:06:53 AM
yes I also think that the crypto market movement is very mysterious. can go up and down suddenly. without apparent reason. from the beginning to the middle of January yesterday bitcoin continued to increase to reach $ 9k. but yesterday and today the price of bitcoin fell again. so I thought yesterday's rise in bitcoin was whale manipulation.
It can be said that the increase in bitcoin a few days ago was just a surge or what was called the pump price. For people buying bitcoin when prices are low and selling some of it a few days ago I think they made the right decision, even though many of us think that bitcoin prices will rise again and provide benefits later but for me personally when there is an opportunity to profit then it's better to take the opportunity.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn How TO Create Cryptocurrency Now on: January 20, 2020, 04:43:04 PM
What YouTube content requires, against crypto is actually like this. if users or developers share knowledge about basic blockchain technology it will improve the reputation of crypto. Unlike the day after tomorrow, YouTube removes content against crypto, a reason that crypto-world is a nest for scammers. Such content is very much needed, especially for new people who are interested in crypto. just a suggestion, if possible on the learning video given a translation, because I'm sure not everyone is good at speaking English.
Yep, the existence of content that contains basic knowledge about cryptocurrency and also discussion about cryptocurrency will certainly be very supportive for new people who are interested in what is cryptocurrency and this will also be able to attract many new investors to invest in cryptocurrency and actually people too need to know about what is cryptocurrency and what can be done in cryptocurrency.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: January 20, 2020, 02:41:03 PM
Gone are the days when white paper was attached with so much importance, then you could tell where the project is heading for, but right now even scam projects hire people to write white paper for them and lure investors into, basically what I really watch out for now is the team behind the project, that could give a little guarantee of the project success.
For me personally for now it is very difficult to judge a project as good or bad because scammers have many ways to lure investors to invest in the project through several ways that they think will make investors believe that the project is a good project. And for me personally at this time maybe I will not invest in new projects and would prefer to invest into the top coins to minimize the possible losses that I could get.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Saving for a House! on: January 20, 2020, 11:32:48 AM
There's a lot of risk investing your money on cryptocurrency and you need to know how to trad first before you put your money savings and you might lose it and it's going to be difficult to recover. And it will also depend on what coin you're going to buy, but if you really want to spend your money then just choose Bitcoin because I think it's very stable and the value of last 2017 really sky-rocketing and it might pump up by next yeara

I don't think there is a risk in cryptocurrency. And for me personally, investing in bitcoin is the right decision because we know that bitcoin is a good coin and has a great opportunity to be able to benefit. But if the OP only wants to invest into cryptocurrency in stable coins, I don't think it's a wrong decision but remember that investing or putting your money here is very risky and for me personally I would prefer to keep my money in a bank and use some of that money to generate profits in cryptocurrency.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin provides more long-term profits on: January 20, 2020, 08:59:35 AM
no investment is really safe, you need to think about it. everything has positive and negative effects, therefore people always speculate. The advice I want to give is, when you intend to collect more bitcoin, you need to hold altcoin, while for assets that are likely to get large profits, I suggest holding bitcoin.
Not only investment, all the decisions that we will take or the steps we will take going forward always have risks and we must be prepared for that. And for bitcoin itself, in my opinion is a very good coin to invest in the long term and for altcoin itself maybe only a few top altcoins are good to invest in the long term because for me personally most altcoins are suitable for use in trading rather than to be held in the long term.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: January 19, 2020, 04:34:25 PM
In my own opinion, there are still few people who uses cryptocurrency for their daily lives that more people who uses fiat currency for their daily lives to provide their necessities. But there are still a chance that cryptocurrency will be the future currency because there are countries who starts to adopt blockchain technology and to create their own cryptocurrency like China.
This might happen later and certainly would be good news for all of us who are here for people who know cryptocurrency. But I think it might be difficult for people who don't know what cryptocurrency is about and for them maybe they will reject this so I think maybe we should start by introducing cryptocurrency to many people.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Okay, Litecoin price needs to crash again now...... on: January 19, 2020, 02:46:50 PM
FUCK!!!  FUCK!!!! FUCK FUCK FUCKITY FUUUUUUUCCCCKKKKKK!!!!!!!!

I've been watching the price of LTC slowly dribble downwards, and it got down to $37.  I was planning to buy more LTC below $30.

Then something happened, and prices are bouncing all over the place!  LTC went to 40, 45, 50, 55, and now 60!!!

WAITAMINUTE!!!! I didn't buy more LTC yet!!!  Go back down below $30 to maximize my profits!!!

DAMMITT!!!!!!!

I don't think it will go down anymore, it's past his trials in the bear market and now its time to show his strength in the market, it's long been down and investors did not take this opportunity to make a profit when the time comes, anyway, Litecoin price will still grow so all is not lost if you buy now.
But the problem is that the OP is missing the opportunity to be able to buy the coin cheaply and he should be able to get a sizable profit now. Indeed for me personally at this time there is no possibility that the price of litecoin will touch the desired price and even though the OP will buy it at this time even the profit obtained is only in small amounts, but it does not matter if there is still an opportunity to make a profit.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Crime is getting Worse, what do we do? on: January 19, 2020, 11:09:44 AM
https://news.yahoo.com/cryptocurrency-thefts-fraud-hit-1-211446327.html

In Q1 alone of 2019 there was $356m in theft of digital currencies from exchanges and scams while losses from fraud hit 851m. This number includes the QuadrigaX scam which accounts to about $134m in total losses.

What can we do to help stop these from happening and getting worse?
What can we do as users?Absolutely nothing. In the world of cryptocurrencies, risks are absolutely everywhere. All investments and steps should be taken carefully and with a cool head, but even this can not always be a guarantee of the safety of Your funds.
We ourselves are responsible for the investments we make, with all the decisions we take will always have risks and we must be prepared with it, even though we have been very careful in every decision, but sometimes we are often caught in a trap or wrong in estimating something and I think it is natural and we can make it as an experience and also additional knowledge for us.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Features of a new Bitcoin? on: January 19, 2020, 07:53:58 AM
Why similar? Create a better one.
If you have the right instrument to do so then make it.
Maybe you will be the next satoshi or maybe even better.

There are many coins that are being created and they all just look alike in features and strategies.
If you make something unique, chances of investors coming in will be higher than what you are trying to imagine.

Agree, if the project is made similar to bitcoin, I think investors will still choose Bitcoin because it is already trusted by investors and also has great liquidity. To create a new project, I think what is needed is which business sector has not used blockchain technology because this is one of the factors investors are interested in investing
Even though there are projects that try to similar bitcoin I think it is a difficult thing to do and the project will slowly disappear according to me personally. Maybe if the project brings a development or an update on an existing project I think the project will be able to develop and become a good project later and maybe there will be many people who invest in the project.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday? on: January 19, 2020, 04:44:00 AM
there will definitely be changes in the future, because as we know every new product has at least a better idea and the old product in this case is bitcoin at least there will definitely be a time to be replaced. so i guess it doesn't matter because as long as they can continue to make it better or continue to develop i don't think it's a problem, but to be able to replace bitcoin won't happen quickly and i'm just sure it will take a long time
Anything can happen later and it is true what you say that if there is a new project that brings a good idea and the team behind it tries as much as possible to develop the project I think there will be a change in cryptocurrency later. But for ETH itself, I don't think ETH will replace BTC and I think BTC will be in the top position for quite a long time.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will not replace fiat currency on: January 18, 2020, 04:42:57 PM
That's the correct thinking I am looking for. Crypto will not really replace fiat but they will be considered as alternative. We should be very well-informed or should know atleast the basics before we invest our money.  If the knowledge is enough and we have the opportunity to buy altcoins, I think that will surely make a good investment.
Crypto will never replace fiat and it can be said that crypto is an alternative that can be used as a payment tool faster without face to face and can be done anywhere while there is internet in the region. And for me crypto will not replace fiat because in remote areas that are difficult to get a connection or there is no internet in the region we will really need fiat and fiat is a payment method that will never be replaced in my opinion.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Need to Reconsider Holding altcoins on: January 18, 2020, 01:42:20 PM
Portfolio rebalancing is one of the most important parts, you cannot hold the same altcoins forever. But investing big amounts right now, by selling alts that dropped by x10, is not the best idea at the moment and I would definitely wait.
Wait for what? If an altcoin has lost more than 90% of its value and it is not one of the top coins in the market I can assure you that such a coin is not going to ever recover, it is better to sell it now and obtain whatever you can out of it, I know that no one wants to do that because it is really difficult to admit that you have made a mistake and that such a mistake has cost you some much money but if you want to improve as a trader that is something that you will have to do.

Holding altcoins for the long term has never been a good idea, you should always be ready to get rid of them in the case something goes wrong but newbies keep ignoring this advice and they suffer the consequences of it.
I agree with some points, the need to hold altcoins lost its meaning in the bear market. If the trader decided to get rid of the specific altcoin due to the poor result, it happens because of the bear market. In case of having a another alternative based on good prediction, selling the last trade in loss is acceptable. Otherwise, jumping from one to another altcoin is timewasting in a downtrend, the consequences will be the same.
I forgot about that and you are right, selling your altcoins means that you will have to buy something else with your money if you decide to keep yourself in this market and it will be a huge mistake that after you invested in an altcoin that made you lose so much money that you once again decide to invest in an altcoin just so you could lose even more money, at this point in the market there are only two good investment options, the first one is to invest your money in bitcoin and the second is to get out of this market until you understand it better.

None of those two options seems that attractive right now and I get it but compared to investing in altcoins they are great options.

It's best to sell your altcoins when the price is right for you. Do not get too greedy but also make sure you make a good profit. If you feel the profits are good enough you can sell. If the price drops after that you can always buyback. Only keep good coins with value based on what they can be used for a long term. EVerything else just sell while the progit is in the green esspecially if you have a lot invested. With smaller investment d you can take more of a risk and hold on to them for longer.
Every person needs a strategy in investing in cryptocurrency, it is very necessary to determine at what point we will buy coins and also sell the coins we have. Sometimes when the price of a coin that we have rises and has given us a profit, we actually choose to keep holding it because of greed to get a bigger profit but the next day when we see the price of the coin actually decreases and this is often the case here. So when you have made a profit it is better to sell it and not be too greedy.
