У меня тоже такая же ситуация. Не самая стабильная биржа... молодая совсем. Тем более удивляет факт что на ней вообще невозможно торговать не пройдя процедуру КИС. Многие биржи делают какие-то ограничения на вывод для не верифицированных пользователей. А тут вообще нельзя. Как то самоуверенно для такого молодого проекта.
