561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which alts will survive? on: August 19, 2018, 01:41:29 PM
hey all, new to this forum, was wondering which alts do people think will survive? Which ones will gain traction when this crypto winter ends? Which ones have a use that will be taken up by the mainstream? Thanks
The altcoin that will definitely survive are the one's that has a good value like ethereum, litecoin, ripple and etc. But the altcoin that has a potential to have a good value is ethereum because many investors are now holding eth than any other altcoins.
562  Economy / Economics / Re: how to help people who have problem economic on: August 18, 2018, 04:23:18 PM
hello member of the bitcoin forum, Smiley
I'm confused and looking for answers about how to help people who are having economic problems,

are there any of us in this forum who have a good heart to help the economy of fellow human beings,

can opening new jobs reduce unemployment and improve the economy?
Opening jobs will really reduce unemployed people and will improve the economy of a country because more people will have a chance to have a source of income for them to provide the things that they need. It will be good if you help beggars to earn money for them have the chance to have a good life.
563  Economy / Economics / Re: How to cope up with the falling prices? on: August 18, 2018, 03:39:54 PM
There are just couple of question I need some answering from people with enough experience in crypto.

Any particular tips on when to invest token when the prices are low?
And how can one manage to hold the tokens even the prices are bleeding?
Is there a specific time where one can pinpoint the best way to accumulate tokens?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Patience is the key for you to cope up with the falling prices of your investment because it will be your big loss if the price of your holdings starts to increase, so it is much better to hold it until the price starts to increase for you to have a good profit.
564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 18, 2018, 03:25:09 PM
Hi guys!
We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Yours OshiHugo, Oshi.io CM
Limiting yourself in gambling is the first thing that you should remember before you enter inside the casino because you may abused yourself in playing gambling that you will experience greed when it comes in betting in every game. That is why having limitations to yourself will help you not to get bankrupt or lose all of your money in gambling.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you surprised at the price of ETH? on: August 12, 2018, 09:12:44 PM
I think everyone was surprised at this price.  But do not panic and sell coins now.  I think soon everything will be fine and the market will recover in a month.
Everyone is really surprise about ethereums price today because it decreased in a huge amount. I think many people started to panic sell their ethereum that is why it started to decreased. I believe soon enough it will recover its price again.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will survive on: August 12, 2018, 08:51:17 PM
Cryptocurrency  is like a water in a bowl, the water moves but the bowl determines the flow

We crypto users are the Bowl. The reality of life is do you do the right things with the water (altcoins, bitcoins, Etherum Huh )

This simply means only crypto users causes the bearish moment and the bull run
Make the right decisions

I definitely believe that cryptocurrency will survive because  as long there are still people who invest and uses crypto it will still exist no matter what happens. It won't disappear unless every country will start to banned bitcoin and no one uses it anymore.
567  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: August 12, 2018, 08:48:07 PM
Lets say crypto completely and utterly replaced fiat. Fiats don't exist anymore. All governments have seen the advantage of using digital currency and have completely changed their fiat into crypto, like dollar to dollar token(obviously not tether). How viable is this? For example anyone can see how much I am holding using the public ledger and track me down and force me into sending them the cryptos I hold. I wanna discuss in reality if cryptos actually replace fiat how life will be and what are the problems we are gonna face and the immediate effects of it.
It will be really difficult tonsay if bitcoin could replace fiat currency because it is legal currency and it is supported by the government unlike bitcoin it isn't. That is why bitcoin will take a long time before it will be approved as a legal currency.
568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: August 12, 2018, 08:25:52 PM
I always have a mindset that gambling is fun and entertaining, I used to played for profit but now I played for entertained myself, I like to share my point of view about gambling, but I afraid when I introduce gambling to someone who cant control himself or herself then it can become a problem, and I can become the one that make him/her become addicted

So in one my hand I'd like people to enjoy gambling but in one hand I afraid it can turned into disaster and I could the person that cause the person become addicted, so I kind of confused when someone come and asked me to teach or explained thing about gambling, should I teach them or I just ignore them? How can I teach or convince them that gambling is only for fun? Is it a wrong idea to teach or convince them to gamble for fun?
I think convincing other people to play gambling is a wrong idea because he might get addicted with if he started to get greedy in his winnings, even you teach him for fun he might still get into greed.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long time holding, is it a smart thing to do? on: August 12, 2018, 08:23:18 PM
Long time holding is a smart thing to do as far as crypto currency is concern. I have realize that, investors try to play smart in the crypto business in that, they begin to dump most tokens to cause a decline in token prices. This will in turn pave way for them to buy more tokens in other for them to hold for long and sell at higher prices when token values shoot up. In spite of this, is long term holding a smart thing to do as a bounty hunter and why?
For now, holding is the smartest thing to do because most of my coin in the market has a low price, that is why having a patience to hold all of it is much better than selling it for me to have a huge profit.
570  Economy / Economics / Re: How Long Crypto market will take to recover? on: August 12, 2018, 08:05:48 PM
We all know this year is one of the worst year of crypto, market is dead and new investors are in fear to enter,  My portfolio is 75% down as compare to January. How long this market will take time to recover?. I am stacked in holding.
I think it won't take long as long other countries will start to unbanned bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, so many people would start to invest their money again with cryptocurrencies because it us really awful when cryptocurrency starts to fall down its prices starting this year.
571  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: August 12, 2018, 08:02:43 PM
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.
I really do spend a lot of time in bitcoin because it helps me financially, so i could pay all of my bills and to provide my needs and wants. There are times that i waste a lot of time in bitcoin especially if i joined an unsuccessful and scams projects.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My wife tell me that i should sell all of it. on: August 12, 2018, 07:45:23 PM
Hello guys,

I have attended this place since May 2017,
Maybe i like many people here, i was profitable in December 2017, BUT i didn't sell because i think market will up more,
Then like everyone have seen, market has gone down for 8 months, and now i losing so much, but i still wait, i believe that market will go up and i will have profit again.
But my wife was impatient, she told with me "i think you should sold all of it".
I will don't sell anything, but I feel sad because I made her disappointed, she had hoped for me.

I think you don't need to sell of it because it can be good as a passive income and maybe if it will have a chance to increase its price you might get a huge profit with it. Better have the patience to wait for you to hold it than to sell all of it.
573  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: August 12, 2018, 07:19:39 PM
Neither bitcoin nor paper money has any real value, but notes have national credit support, and what if bitcoin also gets national credit? The government will lose its macro-control policy but it can also effectively eliminate inflation, two relative ratios. Is that a good result? Of course, I know that the government is very unlikely to support bitcoin, but who knows?
In my own personal opinion, if the government started to support bitcoin instead the existing currency bitcoin will start to have a chance to be used by almost everyone in the world because no one would used the existing currency if it is not supported anymore.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: What happnes to BTC,if the oil price goes up? on: August 12, 2018, 07:14:58 PM
The oil price is going up and many people expect it will go above 100 USD per barrel,or even 120 USD per barrel. How this will impact the world economy and the cryptocurrency prices?
I have many own theory about this and I will share it later, but know I'm waiting for other opinions.
Is this good or is it bad for bitcoin?
I believe that oils price doesn't have any connection between bitcoins price because oil is not like a fiat currency and cryptocurrencies. So even the oils price will go up or down it will not affect the bitcoin's price.
575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Walk of Shame on: July 29, 2018, 02:51:17 PM
Did anyone here have experience a walk of shame (Walking home since you have a loss all your gambling money in just one snap)? Well, It did happen to me once and I'll never do that again. It was the bad year for me (Peek of my addiction), I normally left my atm/credit card at home if I were to visit a casino and have enough money wih some changes for my stay, food, drink and my fare. The first time it happens to me is when I was so frustrated because I can't win up to point I already spent my allocated money for my fare. I was devastated that I need to go home at 3 a.m. with no money literally and I haven't got a phone in me (which make it worst). Started walking from the casino going home it was the longest walk I ever made I pity myself and upon arriving at home my wife and my kids are already awake, I just can't bare to look at them. I don't even know what to say at that point. I just walk in shame, in front of my kids.

How about you, have experienced it? We all have different interpretation on "Walk of shame".
I have also experienced walking home without any winnings in gambling and it is really awful that i could not get back all of the money that i had loss. I could not also tell my family about it, so i decided to stop gambling for while for my family would not notice that i loss in gambling.
576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better in poker: bluffing or playing only with good cards? on: July 29, 2018, 02:47:36 PM
In my own personal opinion, i think in poker its more better in bluffing other players than having a good cards because  you don't need any good cards if you had make your opponents cards fold and it will make the game more exciting or will give more thrill.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: July 29, 2018, 12:59:52 PM
I was a part of korona coin signature campaign from the bountyhive portal after working of 3-4 months i get to know that ICO did not reached the soft cap and i was not awarded any thing....that has caused me depression now....how the hell i choose a good bounty...after doing some research users suggested me bountyhive is good and i got this...what now...how to choose a good bounty that atleast pays somthing...some say good bounty managers but some of those campaign pays as well.....which ico rating sites are best for this please help....

Currently which is the best campaign to join can anyone suggest.... Huh
I also experienced it it is a big loss to me because i wasted a lot of energy and time participating that bounty and i got nothing. This is the reason why a lot of people hates joining bounty campaigns because of unsuccessful projects, unlike last year most ICO have good successful projects that is why a lot of investors are taking risk to participate in every ICO.
578  Economy / Economics / Re: Why lot of countries do not allow to use Crpto? on: July 29, 2018, 12:47:54 PM
Lot of countries do not allow to use crypto currencies and they discourage using them. However as far as I feel, trading with crypto is not that harmful for the economy of the country. As an example, if a person has Eth and someone from another country needs to buy Eth, that buyer needs to pay the seller in terms of dollars. Then that seller needs to convert that Dollars to his native currency which means it creates a the demand for the native currency and increase the value of the currency. May be the government is unable to add a tax on such transactions but it is beneficial for the currency used in seller's country.
What do you think about that?
In my own personal opinion, other countries do not allow to use cryptocurrencies because it is decentralized that the they cannot control it and blockchain technology could replace banks in the future. Some do not allow it because it might ruined the economy of their country, which is not true. Cryptocurrency has a lot of benefits that it reduces unemployed people in a country that gives them a good source of income.
579  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: July 29, 2018, 06:20:55 AM
If there is a charity accepting bitcoins do you prefer to give some of yours Huh

Me: I will if there is, but for now I don't have yet. Wink

EDITED:

Yeah it a hassle for now.

Another question: But what if there is fiat will be disappear in the future and crypto will conquered the world and all payment transactions will be on blockchain system?
So is this applicable right?

If there will be a charity who accepts bitcoin as a donation i gladly donate some of my bitcoins as gratitude to the people needs it more than me. If fiat will disappear automatically cryptocurrency has a chance to take over and all payment transactions will be on blockchain.

Goldman Sachs: Bitcoin can be useful for a troubled economy

According to the report of Goldman Sachs, Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies can be a good alternative to the national currency for countries with an unstable economy.

Analysts at Goldman Sachs Zack Pandle and Charles Himmelberg said that digital currencies and, in particular, Bitcoin, can become a viable means of payment in countries where traditional money is not sufficiently provided.

Goldman Sachs experts: crypto-currencies can help the troubled economy

Bitcoin has a lot of benefits to the peole who needed a good income especially for unemployed people, so bitcoin can probably be useful for a troubled economy. There are already countries who accepts bitcoin and they do not have any problems when it comes to the economy of their, so i think it will be great if everybody will be using bitcoin.
