Hi Dean, Can you describe how the nonces work when we click on "Generate New Seed" ? I usually record my sessions and while doing the same I had an instance where "Num. Rolls " in the Provably Fair Tab was 92 . When I clicked on Generate New Seed, then the "Last Numb. Rolls" showed 92. On Plugging in things in the verifier, the 92nd nonce roll, was the top most in the "My Bets Tab" However, When I did the same thing moments later , it showed "Num. Rolls " in the Provably Fair Tab was 15 . and clicking on Generate New Seed, the Last Numb. Rolls showed 16 , unlike the previous case when both the Numb Rolls and the last numb rolls showed the same number(on clicking generate new seed). Also the 16th nonce roll in this case had never happened and the 15th nonce roll was the top most in the My Bets tab. Here is the video for the 92 nonces, when I click generate new seeds the bottom field changes to 92. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1REMCRWx6E&feature=youtu.beHowever in the second video, it shows 15. But on clicking generate new seed, the bottom field changes to 16. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIWkNVMjUTc
Can you please explain why this difference? And Its just a question, not an accusation. PS: Sorry for the client seed in the second session. I never knew this would happen right then. Nothing to do with how nonces work really. As you can see in first video all your bets were verified correctly. In the 2nd video the 15 bets in your my bets tab verify as they should. The num rolls says 16 because you did in fact place a 16th bet, it's in the database and matches the 16th roll of the verifier.

So I assume the investments were screwed up. No idea for how many days. But if it was for long, what do you do about the commision charged? Wouldn't it also be more(incase the invest, ents were higher during the period?)
You're right about commission being higher than it should be yes. This issue was only in effect since 14th. Commission came on 15th. This will be refunded tomorrow. However the commission was so low so don't think it will be much refunded, also this was the first week there was any weekly commission for almost a month and half.

Sorry for delay in updates/site going up.
I've been double checking everything, making sure every satoshi is accounted for here.
Still need to run more tests and to be honest this could take all night. It's 12am where I am, I've not slept in around 40 hours. I'm going to run these final tests during the night and open things again in the morning.
Again sorry for the inconvenience. Your coins are 100% safe.
Any updates Dean? Shouldn't be long now. Just about to upload the corrected database and code with fixes. Couple hours hopefully at most.

While AK miner was betting last night, the total investment went from around 740 to 800 something BTC. And this was when the profits went from 65 BTC to 55 BTC, if the profit was not spread to the investors evenly and this happened. It would mean, they would be getting a smaller amount.
I don't gather stats very often - usually just once per day - so it's hard to tell what happened. Here's what I have though: Sun Sep 14 09:46:02 PDT 2014 Total Bets:8,481,494 Total Wagered:20,961.26123047 Total Profit: 43.45820931 Total Invested:693.96138399 Mon Sep 15 08:31:18 PDT 2014 Total Bets:8,623,039 Total Wagered:21,650.00383396 Total Profit: 0.18380911 Total Invested:725.80908230 Tue Sep 16 11:35:59 PDT 2014 Total Bets:8,801,497 Total Wagered:24,044.02811243 Total Profit:-56.28617105 Total Invested:774.09619051 Wed Sep 17 07:41:32 PDT 2014 Pocket Rockets Casino is offline temporarily while updates are being made. From Sun to Mon, profit went DOWN by 43 while investment went UP by 32. From Mon to Tue, profit went DOWN by 56 while investment went UP by 49. It could be people see the house losing and (incorrectly) figure that means it is due for a win, and so invest more. Or it could be due to the bug that Dean is looking into. Edit: I should say that it's quite normal for "invested" to stay the same while profit goes up or down because often the losses come from an investor divesting and playing, and winnings are often invested back into the house. So we shouldn't expect to see the bankroll drop just because the site profit dropped - unless we know that the winning player didn't reinvest his profits. Those stats look around what is expected. Users were playing on their own investment and also others, who deposited, invested. It was after your last capture that the bankroll went to over 800 while not long before it was around 740 so it's within that time frame that the issue happened. I have identified the actual code issue and managed to reproduce and fix it. I now need to correct the bankroll and investments before I put the site live and allow people to cash out. I thought AK already got his coins out already? unless he deposited them again?
Come to think of it I think that's right. I saw him in the ninja chat saying that peerbet (?) was the only place he was having trouble withdrawing from. Hopefully not much longer now.

Thanks. That is the worry, that investors could withdraw more than the real amount they had in. I still need to check if that happened and if last night was an isolated incident or not. I'll post more here later.
Isnt this something we discussed in the past in this very thread in regards of how you did your wallets, with the investments pulling from the cold wallets and hot wallets making everything add correctly. HOW THE FUCK CAN WE TRUST A CASINO'S MATH IF THE OWNER CANT ADD? Not related in the slightest. Troll harder or understand what you're even trying to talk about.

What's the problem?
Is it anything I can help with?
It sounds like it is indeed something I can help with. I'm here if you need help fixing your bug. I hope this doesn't turn into a casinobit style mess for investors. If the bankroll is higher than actual coins held, investors will have presumably been able to withdraw more than their fair share of the real coins, leaving the house somewhat insolvent. That's what happened at casinobit, and it didn't end well. Well done for shutting down the site while you investigate. That's something casinobit never did. Thanks. That is the worry, that investors could withdraw more than the real amount they had in. I still need to check if that happened and if last night was an isolated incident or not. I'll post more here later.

Here's an update on why the site is currently down.
There was some unexpected server issues last night that caused a couple of the virtual machines to go offline. This happens now and again and it's usually easy to just bring them back on. This can cause downtime from a few minutes to an hour.
I posted in the chat that the site would be down 30-40 minutes just to give some time to make sure everything was fine.
However while this was being done I found a critical bug.
I saw that profits from players losses were not being distributed to investments properly and that the total bankroll had increased when it shouldn't have.
Unfortunately I don't have much more detail at this time as I am still looking into the issue.
As soon as I find the problem and fix it the site will go live again and you can then withdraw all your balance or divest if you choose.
Hope to be back online within the next 12 hours.
Will post updates as soon as I have more information.

Sorry to ask for this. Can you post the hot wallet address? or post a screenshot for proof of fund? I don't feel safe putting in money on any sites now.
Sure. However I think there may be some confusion over how deposits/withdrawals and wallets work on PRC. It's not the same as JD. First off, every user deposits to a unique address in an offline cold wallet. So there's never a time where your deposit is sitting in a live hot wallet waiting to move to a cold storage wallet or ever be at risk. If a player/investor was to deposit say 100 Bitcoin, it would never be at risk to wallet or site compromise as it's offline. Deposit addresses are split over multiple cold wallets. There is also an investment cold wallet that has the public address you see here that holds at least 90% of investment funds https://blockchain.info/address/1FhxjhFb1YudGC1vtV4FuLpQc2uHzq3XFd. If it ever shows lower than 90% it means there has been an increase in investment within the last 24 hours and it has not been moved to this address yet. You see I have to move them from the cold wallet deposit addresses. I have an intermediate wallet also that has funds to top up the hot wallet or do larger cashouts without needing to go into the investment cold wallet or sweep from a bunch of players deposit addresses. This is why sometimes you will see your deposit address has funds in it for a long time even if you have played and lost or cashed out. Then there is a hot wallet that I top up multiple times throughout the day and keep in it an amount that, if in the worse possible scenario it was compromised, I can afford to lose personally. Here is a screenshot of the investor cold wallet and the intermediate wallet mentioned above: At time of writing there is 691.23659642 invested and 626.1865074 in the investment cold wallet address posted above. Hope this helps people understand how addresses work at PRC and stops people worrying. Dean
