Have Nitrogen had a request from the UK Gambling commission to block British IP numbers?

I don't think Fairlay are based in Britain, and yet they've excluded UK IP addresses.
I doubt  Cloudbet, Nitrogen or Anonibet have implemented blocks yet.
How about all the casinos and poker sites?....Have they had the same request?

The UK Gambling Commission has written to online sportsbooks, bookmakers and casinos telling them to block anyone with a UK IP address.
Already, Direct Bet and the Fairlay Bitcoin betting exchange have implemented this today.
It's outrageous.

And now, in the last hour, Direct Bet will not allow UK people to bet with them!!
I cannot believe this is happening.

My country is becoming a closed prison very slowly.
No doubt they'll be writing to all the other sportsbooks too......Or maybe they have already and the others are not listening to them.
How the hell can the UK people have any jurisdiction over what I do with my bitcoin or,  especially,  over who Fairlay and possibly others can accept wagers from.
This will have huge ramifications for bitcoin enthusiasts in Britain.

I have had an email explaining everything now.

Yeah, I think I may.

I am getting a message saying:

"We are sorry but you cannot access Fairlay from your location.
If you need more info, mail us at info@fairlay.com"

I have been betting there since you opened!!
I even placed bets a couple of hours ago

I think you will have to tweak your interface....I'm not an unintelligent man but it sometimes baffles me.

Just one question from me......why do you have to wait a fortnight before paying withdrawals?
Why can they not be processed as the requests are received?

In the entire period of working with you there hasn't ever been a management buyout just hours before the site vanishes.
Do you really think what has happened in the last few days is acceptable?
