Ultimatly lisk nodes will need to pay out their voters with a minimum of 98% . This is only logical because lisk would than be very attractive to investors to hodl.
Anyone who wrote a script to auto distribute lisk among voters pls contact me. This is the only reason from keeping me running a 98% share pool.

Can you speak in detail with code examples? Why do you think it's easy to attack? For now it is only your words. Without proofs. For example in NXT you can attack only with (I don't remember for sure) if you have more 90% of NXT supply. And if you attack you kill NXT and you amount. You loose money. It does not make any sense and it is very expensive. If top 50 can "easy" attack when they have more chances to block generataion, then we can wait for the attack from 50 with the current system. I do not think that LISK is so vulnerable. What is "rebalancing the code processing"? Why NXT or Waves (it's not POW too) can scale, but Lisk not? Are you think the LISK scalability is bad? If the LISK gets spread, then it can not be scaled to 1001 delegates? Is that what you're trying to say? In your defense of the current system, you expose Lisk to the weak. Sorry you missed the point , i wasnt saying Lisk is scaling bad nor was i saying that the current lisk Dpos were vulnerable. I pointed out the problematics with the thoughts of a user who offered ideas to improve lisk and why the current Lisk implementation is better than what he was proposing. |

I really like the Lisk project but this "101 nodes forging" system has become one big corrupt fuck-up.

Yeah well, currently it's like this. Once SDK is done we will start voting for some real projects, I would say time is needed for evolution. Right now I'm running a Waves Node, you can just run it as long as you hold over 10k of Waves. No voting involved. If you don't want to run a node, you can lease your Waves to a node and still receive fees and "miner reward tokens". Lisk is not doing much for Lisk holders. Just by holding Waves, I got several free tokens that can be traded for real money. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of both Lisk and Waves, but this is where Lisk really screwed up. The Waves team understands how to please their investors. But still, I think Lisk will be great in Q4 2017. yes there is some discussion on github about improving lisk dpos: https://github.com/LiskHQ/lisk/issues/353I proposed my idea It could be great to see more comments there from this community. Lisk operating budget includes a paper kindly given to me by senior executive manger at Stiftung community meeting last friday, and according to that spreadsheet the labor costs for contractors will be limited to 5 btc starting jan 2017. This means foundation can spend no more than the amount mentioned to pay freelancers working for lisk. That's not a stellar sum but should be sufficient to repair a basin on the second floor of Stiftung headquarter. False, of course. I am sorry , i don't understand. Whats is false? |
