If after 24 hours they are saying nothing or 5% still let's open start the scam thread on them and use previous history to leverage this into making sure they are pariahs to the entire crypto community for good.

I understand if they really made 20M USD on ico then demanding 50% could be seen as too much but if they only raised 5M then 50% is good.

You are certain about a person you have never even met before. Seems like the kind of guy that loses all his money on a coin and goes on to blame others for his mistakes.

No I am telling you to blame yourself for your own actions and not the endeavours of others. If you hold you will be just fine in a few months time.

Make a more reasonable offer because you are going to waste a golden opportunity if you really have the potential to produce what you claim. A poor reputation can do so much damage to a project it is quite unthinkable that you would not at least make a more sensible offer to prevent this.

The least that can be said about me is that I do not understand the community and that I completely underestimated the intensity of the reaction. So, for my part, I believe I should get back to doing what I know: delivering value for the project.

I want to leave you with one final thought.

Imagine we deliver a working prototype with a test network that has a lightning network that is technically clearly superior to the Bitcoin LN.
Imagine we present a road map that shows that we know exactly where we are going and how to get there.
Imagine we publish a white paper that illustrates that we know what we are doing and that the approach is groundbreaking.
Imagine we sign partnerships with some of the world leading blockchain researchers.

wow! That explains that massive sell off. I had initially put it down to BTC getting pumped but it's now obvious they knew that the community would react adversely to these news. Will never trust anyone associated with veltor ever again. My 2 BTC investment is now literally worthless.
