681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goldman Sachs is flirting with bitcoin trading on: October 03, 2017, 12:52:51 AM
I just read this article on the web today, i hope there is truth behind this news, if goldman sachs, would consider doing a partnership with bitcoin it will make bitcoin more known, and possibly make the crypto world huge. I think this move will only prove to the world, that bitcoin is legitimate and will surely  give profits to those who invested on it,  if goldman sachs, succeeds with this move, hopefully other banks will follow, thus only showing that when it comes to bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, there are a lot of possibilities for us to earn, in the same way, i think it will not be far from reality, that goldman sachs will also produce their own crypto coin, making it the first crypto coin made by a bank. I think with this move, goldman sachs, doesn't want to be threatened with cryptocurrencies, rather than bad mouthing bitcoin, they have welcomed bitcoin, i think the saying "if you can't beat them, join them" implies here.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stealing Bitcoins from online wallets with 2FA on: October 02, 2017, 10:05:46 PM
there is a possibility but having someone steal your bitcoins when you are using 2FA has a low low chance f happening, since it is much secured. We should do out part on protecting our bitcoins, we must always have back up whenever we need them, do not store you key on the cloud or have anyone know what they are. we must always take caution in this times, since a lot of people already knows the technology and some are even advance, though the technology we use is relatively new, a lot of sites are also phishing sites, they will get your information, every time you log in, so you must at least change you password every now and then. there has also been some breach on the cloud, so i suggest, not to use clouds for storage and do not input your important details there, sooner or late, i think, we might create a newer and far more advance security system for our wallets and be sure that what you download on your phones or desktop will not monitor every movement you do, since that is also a way on how you can be hacked, let;s all be vigilant and not be too careless when it comes o our storage.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the best way for bitcoin to be known to all levels of society on: October 02, 2017, 11:19:18 AM
The best way is to teach them what bitcoin is, what is it all about how it is created and why was it created, then a little introduction about investment, then the history of money. I think if they will understand the history of money, they will realize that the paper notes.they are holding now, are of no value since it is just fiat money, the more it is being printed, the more it will be devalued, and if they would all understand what had happened to zimbabwe, they printed out a lot of paper notes, and their fiat just lost its value, and now they are trying to overcome it, by the use of bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, ghat's why if you check their exchanges the value of bitcoin is around 7000 usd. We also need to make differenct approaches for different levels of society, those who knows how to take risk in investments are mostly the rich, since they are always thinkinh up of ways on how to create more wealth, we may just introduce bitcoin to them as a great investment, to middle class, i think we should show them new ways on how they can maximize their profits, however to the lower class, we may need to also invest on time in teaching them on how they can be financially free and it is not just education and having a job, that will makd their life easy, there are a lot of ways. Hopefully all classes of the society will learn about bitcoin and accept it, since it will benefit a lot of us.
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin growth again, what to do? on: October 02, 2017, 09:30:40 AM
Hodl your bitcoins and buy more, the increase in value is a good thing, bitcoin has a track record that when it breaks a record, it will continue on breaking another record, just hodl and buy for now, do not sell you your bitcoins immediately and take profit, what you need to is to wait again for it to hit a new high, we should also not be lax, since bitcoin is gaining profit, we need to understand the market, everytimr something like this happens, bitcoin bitcoin will be bashed, and hopefully if there will be a price drop afterwards, it is not going to be down to 1000 points, just like what had happened after china closed dowm its exchanges, jpmorgan's jamie dimon began talking about bitcoin but in a way it will destroy bitcoin, unfortunately for him, bitcoin still remains resilient, despite of all that had happened, we must also take note, that the increase is also due to the fact that there will be an upcoming fork, and needless say, a lot of people did buy before it happens, let's just all prepare ourselves, after the rise, someone might be bad mouthing bitcoin again, and hopefullg, there will be no incident like what had happened to china, that they can capitalize on.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Endorses 11 Bitcoin Exchanges on: October 02, 2017, 05:17:11 AM
Japan is proving to the whold world now, why japan is independent of other countries, not only in advancement in technology but also when it comes to the future of cryptocurrencies. Japan's move, after the shutdown of exchanges from china and sokor, will only mean, more and more traders will go to japan's exchanges, not only that people would rely on japan, their exchanges will surely be trusted, knowing the discipline of japanese people, this will only bring them more income. Hopefully, other countries will follow the example of japan, instead of breaking down their exchanges.i think japan will be among ghe leading country that will succeed in cryptocurrencies because of this move, and once they do, i think other countries might follow, kudos to the japanese.
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Coming War Between Digital Currencies on: October 02, 2017, 01:35:41 AM
Coming war, i think it is korr of a competition, all altcoins' goal as of now is to beat bitcoin's price, which is a good sign, since withough competition currencies will not work. i think this is history repeating itself again, but this time in form of currency, and to be specific, cryptocurrencies. Before gold was being used by all as means of transsctions, then silver coins came, but if you take a look at it, along that time period, some also use gems, crystals, and other earth minerals to trade goods, but it was not that valuable as gold, if we compare gold to cryptocurrency now, it is true that it can be compared to bitcoin, however,.there came a time that gold was.no longer used, rather it was valued as commodity, along with other forms of currency, excluding fiat, then silver was the means of trading, i think the same will also happen to cryptocurrencies, those altcoins, that are only few in volume, would then cost that much, as well as bitcoin, and probably, a new active altcoin will be used as means of ttanssctions, but still have a relations with the price of bitcoin. I think no altcoin as of now can best the price of bitcoin, but what will happen is they will compete among themselves who is the best cryptocurrency.
687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ban in South Korea on: October 01, 2017, 09:44:00 PM
Is this again a way to create panic? I think people are now just doing these things, trying.to lower down the price of bitcoin, they need to do something else, there.is no truth behind this false news, south korea still has to make clarifications regardinnthe banning of ICOs, but i think they would less likely to ban bitcoin, considering they already invrested huge amounts of money just on mining alone. Hopefully this kind of news will stop, after south korea, which country are they going say that are banning bitcoins? Journalist or even common men, should stop spreading news that isn't true, bitcoin in korea is still legal, and can still be used, do not panic and sell out on fake news, we still mut wait for korea's statement and do our validation.
688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banned in China. Did it affect the price? on: October 01, 2017, 07:51:20 PM
yes it did affect the price of bitcoin, if we look back, when they just banned ICOs, bitcoin's price went down, even with the shutdown of exchanges, bitcoin's price went down, since china has a large population that uses bitcoins, their move did had an impact on the price of bitcoin, since it did not only affect china, it affected the whole world, more people with weak hands, started to sell out their bitcoins because of the news. i think now, that the price is rallying up, it is already high and some of us could not even afford 1 bitcoin, if china is still in the game, the price would be much higher, since a lot of them are in to trading on exchanges and i think only a few are hodlers. we should also consider the fact that china has a great influence, especially in asia, a lot of countries have chinese nationals and still they follow what the chinese government is saying,i think it is because of the reason that back in china, they are forced to obey rules and that might be an influence to them as well. in general, the chinese do have an impact, but it can be minimal, if bitcoin users, will not let what happened in china to affect them, we all know that bitcoin will still rise and will survive even with all the negativity, we should just get over with china and move on, if they do not want to have bitcoins, it is good news for most of us, since we can buy those bitcoins, that they sold for a much cheaper price.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking: Virtual Currencies Expected to be Regulated in China on October 1st on: October 01, 2017, 04:15:54 AM
I hope this news is true and there is confirmation regarding this, but if it is true,  bitcoin will surely shoot up again. We all know that china banned bitcoin becuase of scam ICOs, i those who have bad mouth bitcoin will now see that they cannot do anyhting  to stop bitcoin, it is all up to the bitcoin users. Hopefully they have now found a way on how to regulate cryptocurrencies and other countries hopefully will follow, i think china will now take the lead when it comes to cryptoccurencies, if this news is real. The regulation of digital currencies is always a debate when it comes to the skeptics, and it is always the reason they use, in order to destroy bitcoin, hopefully now china, will prove them wrong.
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be a key for us to become successful person? on: September 30, 2017, 10:21:22 PM
Bitcoin is one of the vehicles we can use to be successful, depending on what your perception is on being successful. If you percieve successful as being rich, then bitcoin is right for you, however if not, then its up to you, what success you want to have. I have heard a lot of stories, wherein bitcoin had helped them to be financially secure and do what they really want and not just have a job that you don't like. Most of us found hope in bitcoin, that's why a lot of us, hodl bitcoins since bitcoin gives you a great passive income while you are still rarning doing what you love, some even became millionaires brcuase of their bitcoins, so no need to take chances with the lottery, at the end of the day, bitcoin is still is thr best invrstment.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another hard fork coming in October. New Bitcoin name is "Bitcoin Gold" on: September 30, 2017, 10:22:10 AM
It is another opportunity for us to be more financially free, it seems that by the looks of it, bitcoin gold can surpass bitcoin cash, and will give us more profit. It is lile we are taking care of our own child, which in this case is bitcoin, not only does it gives us profit, security and hopes but it also gives us rewards, and this time its going to give another altcoin, which is bitcoin gold, another cryptocurrency that will give us more hope. I think this is one of the reasons, why banks do not like bitcoin, whenever it is broken down, another cryptocurrency will be produced and will give us more profit, in that sense,.why would you save in the bank, it will only give you less than 2% gain per anum, not even fit enough to battle inflation, though they have other investment plans, still compare to the percentage bitcoin can gain in months ot even days, it is still higher, and products of banks will not give you ghe reward bitcoin can give, which is bitcioin gold this coming fork. Hopefully bitcoin gold can bring an end to banks, bad mouthing bitcoin and make those countries that banned bitcoin realize what they have done.
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will be see bitcoin as international currency? on: September 30, 2017, 05:18:15 AM
If you look at it, as long as you have access to internet and bitcoin wallets, that has bitcoin, you may able to transfer your bitcoin around the world, as long as you are transferrig it to someone who also have bitcoin wallet, making it already international, i think the world will accrpt bitcoin as an international currency when something tragic happens, like another financial depression. Right now bitcoin's price is hig enough to battle not only inflation but also hyperinflation, if an event like that happened, people will try to look for something of value to trade and bitcoin, given its value, will become a fortune by that time, and countries would then legalize bitcoin in order to save its citizens, however an event like that might not happen any time now, since fiat is being backed up by banks and some of them are bad mouthing bitcoin, hopefully, all of this will change and they may come to realize that bitcoin is there chance of hope and another great depression will not come into play.
693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what's the future of bitoin in china ? on: September 30, 2017, 02:55:26 AM
It seems that there is a small percentage of bitcoin hodlers and users left in china, since their government banned bitcoins, those who want to use bitcoins freelh, might have cashed in their bitcoin to fiat to move to another country that legalized.bitcoin, in which it will be much benefecial for them, since they do not need to hide.i think those persons in china that have still bitcoins, may have just kept their bitcoins on their offline wallets, like trezor, and just watch how bitcoin moves, and hope that this coming chinese election, their.government might hange their mind regarding bitcoin ans ICOs. As of now, there is a small chance that bitcoin will have a future in china until their ban is lifted, we could all just sit and watch what will the chinese government do, if othet countries out grew them financially because of bitcoin.
694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First China Now South Korea on: September 30, 2017, 01:56:15 AM
The banning of ICOs seems to be a trend as of now, one could just wonder why would super powers ban such a great investment, i think what south korea is ttying to do here is to first regulate bitcoin, then they might allow ICOs to come in, since bitcoin is decentralized and a lot of south korea's citizens have access to internet and could easily make scam sites for thrir ICOs, they might have a hard time finding those who made the scam sites. I think after the banning of ICOs, we might hear bitcoin regulation from them, since that's what seems to be the governments trial for cryptocurrencies,.since it is decentralized they try to regulate it. I think asian nations should meey first regarding their knowledge of bitcoins or cryptocurrencies so that, in a way, they could all settle, and not just make spontaneuous decisions, this will also help in the growth of bitcoi.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimon bashes Bitcoin again on: September 30, 2017, 12:18:12 AM
I think he needs to reasses what he is saying, since he keep bashing on bitcoin, the more people will be curious what is bitcoin, the mere fact he is saying that bitcoin is made out of thin air, he needs to do his research more on block chain technology, if he still doesn't undesrtands it, its all because of him. He will still keep bad mouthing bitcoin anytime he can, since some ICOs are bring being closed, he keeps on doing it, but he could not stop bitcoin. I think his trying to lower down the price of bitcoin, trying to manipulate it, but the fact that bitcoin's value fell a few weeks ago, is due to yhe move of china, not because of him, it seems that he also wants to capitalize on the move being done by korea, it seems to me, he eants to use the media and the current events, to mislead people in believing in him, that everytime he speaks, the price of bitcoin goes down, but certainly not this time.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Breaking news} Korean Government will ban all kinds of ICO. on: September 29, 2017, 11:08:33 AM
There should be clarification with the news, and we also need to do our resreach for validation, korea musta have some reason, why it would want ICOs to be banned, it is probably due to the fact that its citizens are well computer literate, even a high school student is good enough to make apps, and i think if they wanted to make an ICO, it would be easy for them, in turn, they would be creating free cash on their own, i think that's what the government is already afraid of, anyone there could easily make an ICO, plus it is still not yrt regulated like japan, hopefully we would see further developments and prove this news, whether it is fact or not, at least it will bring clarity to us all.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: when you try to explain people about cryptocurrency do they understand? on: September 29, 2017, 03:37:23 AM
whenever i try to explain to people about cryptocurrency, sometimes they just give me a blank stare, since it is new to them, but when I tell them it is a good investment and for sure you will have more gains, they begin to listen, however for those who really have no idea how money works, it is like trying to talk to a wall, and i just respect them who they are and what they believe, as we all know, bitcoin is a great investment, but it may not be for everybody, just take a look at those countries who legalized and those who banned bitcoins, it is true that both will have separate worlds, but in the end they need to respect each others decision. for those people who don't understand cryptocurrency, i just make sure to remind them, whenever there is a chance to try and research, at least have a little knowledge on what i'm speaking of, and if in time they begin to be curious, i will gladly teach them on what cryptocurrency is and how they can benefit from it, it does really takes one step at a time for those persons with less to zero knowledge at all with cryptocurrency to understand what we are doing, still we need to choose those people whom we want to help, because sometimes there are those who will just make fun of you, but in the end, we'll be the ones that laughing.
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: September 29, 2017, 02:51:49 AM
as of now, i don't know of any banks that are accepting bitcoin. I think that in due time, banks would learn how to cooperate with bitcoin and altcoins as well, for the mean time, we should accept that bank will do everything to destroy bitcoin since it will hurt them, we know that bitcoins creation will sooner or later make fiat currency obsolete. What i see is when banks started to accept bitcoin, banks will still have a chance to survive, for as we all know, bitcoin is the future and in the future, for our safety we would not require to bring with us paper notes, since it is prone to burglary, in my country, a lot of robbery is happening, criminals would rob you if they know you are bringing with you a lot of cash, though we already have technology that will allow you transfer funds, some would still want to carry along paper notes to deposit in their bank accounts. Banks would survive if they also invest on cryptocurrency, banks may, in time, would make their own cryptocurrency, and that's the time that I see, that banks would accept bitcoin, probably there will be an agreement with countries who legalizes bitcoin to create their regional regional cryptocurrency, which has an equivalent to bitcoin, since that's how fiat money was created before, countries making their own currency to distinguish their nation. hopefully banks would accept bitcoin as they need to learn how to survive with it, since banks actually do not have the power to kill bitcoin and they know that, all they can do is accept that fact.

700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China playing a game :D on: September 28, 2017, 02:33:03 AM
It is a fact that when china did something regarding cryptocurrencies, there is a huge effect, being that china has a large population of people who uses cryptocurrencies and also invest on them, china did not only affect the price of bitcoin but thr prices of altcoins as well. The movement of china still is unknown, why did they legalized then ban bitcoin, it is possible that the chinese government, wants the world to see that without them cryptocurrencies will be devalued or be killed, i think this is also one of the reasons why they didn't hesitate close down exchanges, that is to show the world what they are capable of, unfortunately for china, bitcoin as well as altcoins still is alive even if they banned them. I hope that china wouod rrconsider its actions and again legalize cryptocurrencies, since it will be also beneficiary for them. I don't think that china is playing a game here, they probably just want to show the world, that evrn in thr digital world, they still rule, but that will not be the case, digital currency is for all, though they have a large population, there are still countries that compensate their loss.
