anyone got an paypal account which have NO 21 days hold on payments received as GOODS or SERVICE?

no matter if your paypal account on fake name or still unverified or new one or old one account

all I need is that if received goods service payment then NO 21 days hold on funds

so if you have such paypal account ready let me know and I ready buy right now via my btc

I am work as freelancer and mostly my client pay via paypal while here in my country paypal services NOT allowed so I was open paypal account via VPN with fake info and received funds there

paypal funds was received almost 1 year ago and then after it paypal account was got limited and now more then 360 days passed since my 590 USD locked in paypal system

6 months ago I was received email from paypal that allowed to cash out funds but I have NO bank account to cash out funds moreover US virtual bank account cost too much and have a risk of funds reversed back to paypal or locked blocked

so I talked long with paypal support for cash out funds on phone and have a way to allow use my funds

I need an exchanger or trusted forum member here whose can able to received paypal funds in his paypal account and transfer back me btc or perfect money funds

its my hard earned cash so can not pay too high fees

waiting for serious trust person to deal with
