1  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now Bitcoin will pump or dump? on: April 28, 2020, 12:53:12 PM
I would say that it is still uncertain what would really be the standing of Bitcoin in the coming months because the pandemic is still affecting a lot of countries, and is still on a quarantine, making them incapable to contribute to a wider chain of demand the economy needed. But, as the halving is already happening next month their is a high chance that the price of Bitcoin might go into a pump, especially when these days have proven quite a good situation for the Bitcoin because, even when there are still a lot of people in distress about the virus, the price of Bitcoin is still in an uproar and have been continually increasing. Even with the circumstances, this year might still be a year for Bull run, especially when this pandemic is over.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: We need a economic revolution right now . on: April 28, 2020, 12:01:43 PM
In fact, almost from the beginning of 2020, certain information about what was happening in China was already available.  even then the spread of the virus and the number of sick and dead were terrifying, and even then every government had to act, and not wait for the virus to come to specific countries.  After all, when the epidemic began in Europe, it was only then that they began to realize that these countries did not have personal protective equipment reserves not only for people, but also for medical workers, and mechanical ventilation devices Not even enough for 10% of those in need.  But now everyone understands how today's healthcare system is ineffective.
A lot of unexpected events happened, even when the year have just only started, such as the conflicts between countries for oil and others where, it might have contributed why we are not that ready for the pandemic. At first, when the news about the virus started in the internet, not all have shown that much care, other countries disregard what might happen and did not make necessary first hand actions such as banning flights in and out to China like here in our country. The Government have disregarded the fact that the virus is really contagious until infections have run out in the entire country. But for now, we all should be cooperative and have the responsibility to be obedient to the rules set by the officials to properly lessen the spread of the virus.

Hopefully, a cure would soon be discovered before, the economy will totally crumble.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Internet would become the most expensive commodity in the world. on: April 27, 2020, 05:25:56 AM
in my opinion it will be a little complicated because there are many types of companies or internet services so they will continue to compete for customers unless the one controlling them is the same person.
but such a theory would be difficult, because even people would think that if there was only 1 owner or type of provider.
As the demand for the internet commodity will increase in the future, it is indeed, better also if there are more internet service providers that would be competing in the coming years because, if it would be monopolized by a single organization, they will not be able to cater for the needs of all of the customers, the price will only increase but, the service might not improve. Like here in our country, the internet speed is very slow because, there are only few internet providers here, monopoly = high price/ low internet satisfactory. I hope in the future, that this would change and a lot of internet service providers will come here to improve our situation.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: How Will the current pandemic affect the crypto market? on: April 25, 2020, 12:07:20 PM
Although it will affect the crypto market, I hope the effect will not be too big. The pandemic makes people scare and afraid to go out, and I think they already cash out their money because they need money to buy their daily needs. But sooner or later, everything will be back to normal again, and even the crypto market gets the effect, it will not make traders to panic sell their coins because they believe that it will over someday.
We should really hope for an early recovery for these pandemic especially, for a cure because, day by day, the number of people that are affected by the pandemic is still increasing especially on countries that do not have that enough medical facilities and advance technology to avoid and lessen the spread of the virus. A cure is what we really should hope for because, there is less assurance that we would stop the virus just by quarantining, for me, it is only supposed to lessen but, cannot fully stop the virus. As this virus continues to spread across borders, we might expect another dump because, possible holders of Bitcoin might soon cash out as they are running out of money for their necessities due to lack of financial income especially those that are less privileged.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic outcome on: April 25, 2020, 10:44:13 AM
Crisis is inevitable, hell we do not even need a pandemic at a global scale to actually know that there will be a crisis sometime soon, we know that it would have happened without it anyway, maybe not today, maybe in a few years, but the financial system is so corrupt that there is no world where we do not have crisis ever decade or so.

However this actually allowed us to have a break, the whole world has been working non-stop forever, right now we all took a breather and we are all at home and trying to figure out our next move.

I am very hopeful that after this break, when we all go back, people would actually be smarter, realize that when you are working for someone else, you are not really valuable, you can literally be the CEO and still not valuable because you are not the owner and only the owner can do whatever they want. So, I think many people will want to build their own business and create their unions and so forth to make a big change.
This crisis really affected a lot of people around the globe, no one is exempted, rich or poor have no ways to counter this tragedy. Stocks are down, as well as big and small business that kept the economy all throughout the world but, we could indeed, see this crisis as an opportunity to give more importance to the things that matters more: our family, and becoming more closer with each other. Times like this will always come in the future, that is why, it is best to always save for the future and emergency situations such as this not only thinking about the present but, also, for the coming years ahead of time.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do some gamblers actually win? on: April 24, 2020, 11:47:05 AM
Gamblers are actually win depends on how they luck on that they or on how they  use the startegy but not all the time it is works.
Like in dice game for example once they lose in this bet for the second bet they gonna double their bet so if they gonna win they gonna get profit in dice games I earn more money to this and I really like to play and Im the gambler also who gonna win in this games.
Doubling bet when lost in the early game are kinds of strategies that are unique from player to player and does not work for everyone and in every game because, there a different kinds of gamblers and different mechanics in every game. Picking the right strategy for every game would be the best way of getting a higher chance for a win.

Many gamblers especially beginners loses because of bad mentalities like when someone is winning in a certain game, they would most likely play in their too and making higher bets and already yearning for a higher profit. Gamblers should always first observe concerning different strategies other expert in gambling does and only bet low especially when they do not still have enough experience in any game.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't. on: April 21, 2020, 03:19:26 PM
I've contacted a few friends who hold like me. They're all very concerned by the huge drop, but none has sold a single BTC.
We're all holders.
I know it's huge, but I believe the sharp fall in BTC's price has been caused by a very small number of individuals.
Waiting for data...

It isn't the best time to sell especially when the market is really down. Some of my friends have no choice but to sell their little holdings because of the lockdown. Most of them have lost their job because of the pandemic so they have no choice but to sell what they have to sustain their necessities. There are just unexpected events wherein we'll sell our holdings despite the uncertain market situation but if we'll sell it just because we're panicking, we're just throwing away the chance of gaining a good profit in the future.
Yes, lock down or people in a quarantine have really affected the lifestyle of a lot of people especially in their financial income, as well as many investors or possible holders of Bitcoin, that needs to sell their stocks to sustain their living during this crisis. If this pandemic persists longer than what we expect, the price of Bitcoin might go again into a bearish situation as there are more and more people that are losing supplies of foods and necessities.

We should be very careful and ready for any outcome we might encounter in the coming months, either we still hold for the upcoming halving or save up and cash in fiats before the standing of Bitcoin dumps more than what we have today.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: April 21, 2020, 02:32:20 PM
As long as the people dont treat this virus seriously and still going out on thier homes even the government already told everyone  to stay home , this pandemic wont end.
Realizing that there's no vaccine that being developed to cure this pandemic virus this situation will continue to affect the economy. It's up to the people to how they will take it seriously and follow the government advised. If this simple instruction can be done correctly this won't take that long and while working with finding the antidote not too many people will be suffer and die.
This pandemic could really impact as a lot as long as the cure for the virus is still not invented, for the meantime, the only thing that we could all do is give our very effort to lessen the transmission  of Covid-19 and be disciplined enough to follow what our Government had instructed us and to stay at home as long as possible.

Here in our city, even if the Government have been conducting massive testing for the suspected infected persons, the number of confirmed positive patients everyday is still increasing, this could mean that our ECQ(Enhanced Community Quarantine) is possible to be extended, and if that happens a lot of people might run out of supplies due to loss of income because of the quarantine.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering on: April 20, 2020, 02:24:35 PM
As soon as the virus have been confirmed and had spread across globe, infecting a number of people from different countries and still increasing in the present, the value of Bitcoin have been struggling to retain its former price; its highest price for this year 2020, this problem causes confusion and considered to be as a crisis for the stock market and to the business enterprises around the globe. But, from the end of the month of March up to these days have shown a considerable amount of development in the Bitcoin's standing, ranging up to $7,000 value from last month's $3,500. This would only show a recovery if it would continue up till the end of this month and to the next. As the month of the halving approaches, the future of Bitcoin is surely promising, we should hold as far as we can before it is too late.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will the Halving affect the BTC price? on: April 20, 2020, 07:34:22 AM
Even before when the year is only just starting, we could see the massive increase in the standing of Bitcoin that certainly gave hope for holders and investors to stock Bitcoin for a possible high profit. But, as the year passes by, we observed how its price go down up ton$3,500 value, lower from the end of year 2019, this could have happened because of the pandemic, no one expected for it to happen.

Even though when there is still a pandemic around the globe, I think, that many are still hype for the future of Bitcoin, mainly because of the halving and it might be just right. Impending demand from the people affected by the virus in a quarantine + the coming halving would surely be a reason to still hold Bitcoin.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: My first experience of Bitcoin halving, I'm excited. on: April 19, 2020, 09:59:29 AM
I am sure many people have the same thing as you, especially if they know cryptocurrency after 2017-2018. Yeah, it feels excited to wait for the halving time because we want to know how the higher bitcoin price will increase after the halving time. But maybe we need to calm down and not expect the price will skyrocket as soon as the halving moment happens because the price will increase after a month or so. You need to prepare yourself by having much bitcoin from now on before the price start to grow.
That is why it is important for the holders to anticipate what might happen in the future even with the current circumstances. The corona virus have greatly affected the standing of Bitcoin, making the price of the coin lower than what most people expected as the time of halving comes closer. We should be careful when considering to sell Bitcoin in the present because, it could be a huge loss when things have settled and halving comes into effect. This coming months for me, would be the game changer for this bearish market, hold Bitcoin before it is too late!
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Comeback for the bitcoin on: April 16, 2020, 05:11:53 AM
For me I think that it is still very early for anyone to start selling their coins now, the price has just started to move up, so if you start selling now you’re going to be missing out on the bigger opportunity. As long as I don’t have any need for the money I have invested , I’m going to leave it there till the price goes up. Technical analysis that I have been seeing recently are mostly pointing out that there is going to be an increase.

Maybe this is the time the bull run is going to happen. With everything that has happened and how the market has managed to recover , I believe that the time is right. I’m just going to hold and see what happens starting from May when the Halving is done.
No one really want to sell their coins in times like this, especially when the market is in a lower compared to the price of Bitcoin at the start of this year 2020 but, with the pandemic still alive and continues to spread across borders, the number of people and possible holders that could be affected would increase, affecting their jobs or other source of income that would make them struggle for their needs, that might be the cause to sell their coins increasing the supply and decreasing the price of Bitcoin.  Possible holders that will survive this pandemic would be the only ones that can sustain their needs and responsibilities in these times of crisis, that is why it is always better to save for emergencies.

The longer this pandemic goes, the more number of people and possible investors would be affected that will greatly affect the standing of the coin.

13  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I sell bitcoin now? on: April 15, 2020, 08:25:07 AM
It is not realky the good time to sell Bitcoin becuase of its current price still far from the all time high this year ranging above the $11,000 value. Bitcoin price have already survived the dump to $3,000 value last month and the price of Bitcoin continuously shows positive development these days, that might be a sign for a better price in the coming weeks and months. We should still base our decisions on ourselves so we don't have regret when something unexpected happens. For me, if you still don't need the money from your Bitcoin investmet, there is no reason to doubt the price of it because, this coming month of may would be a game changer for this bearish market.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: COVID-19 teaches all of us. on: April 15, 2020, 02:52:29 AM
When the virus have first started to spread across the cities in China, people don't pay much attention in it because, they don't think that it would be much disastrous until it is declared as a pandemic. A lot of countries just started quarantine when there are already infected in their country instead of preventing the virus to enter their country at first. This shows how unprepared we are until the virus have already spread all around the globe. We should always be ready about the things that might happen in the future, we should be not only thinking about the present but, also for the future. It is always better to be always ready rather than being left behind and becoming an additional burden for our Government. We should always save money for times like this, and not only waiting for the reliefs from the Government, be disciplined and be always alert.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: April 15, 2020, 01:09:35 AM
More countries particular in Italy and US are difinitely not yet to recover through the impact of covid-19 obviosly the number of confirmed cases has been continue to increase however more patient are already survive and release through the help of other countries by supplying medical equipment to break the propagating of pandemic virus, despite all i believe that this economic crisis is properly return to normal particularly in cryptocurrency.
Cooperation would really play an important role here, if the countries would be more communicative with each other, we would all fill what areas we are lacking of. The number of infected around the globe would continuously rise if no one would care to help other countries, especially those in the lower line of economic status. First world countries have a higher chance to survive the pandemic and recover sooner from the effects of the virus, with less advanced medical facilities in Third world countries, their economy will surely crumble if the cure would take more time this year before it would be discovered.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin is made for times like these why is everyone selling at a time like.. on: April 14, 2020, 01:43:59 PM
I think, it is because not all people are ready and capable of handling this crisis. Either, they are caught off guard and didn't save up for times like this or they only rely from their earnings here for their living. A lot of people like me, needs money to sustain our daily living, for our needs and supplies in our home, what more of the people that already have roles or responsibilities in their house for their family? That would need bigger amount of money to sustain their needs especially when we are now in quarantine without other source of income.

This is the time to be more practical and be alert about what changes might come because of the ongoing pandemic.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: April 14, 2020, 01:23:56 AM
As the virus continues to travel and spread across countries, there are also states that are gradually adopting and have stopped the danger of the pandemic like China and South Korea. This could serve also as a sign for other countries as a hope to continue fighting the ncov-13, and be disciplined to cause no more transfer of the disease.

For me, many business establishments or organizations might not survive the pandemic, especially, on the countries that are severely affected by the pandemic like Italy. Consumers are the life of a business, and without the demand from them, their would be no income. This is really a threat for many organizations especially if they aren't ready enough from the effect of the virus.

I agree, people tend to see in a narrow and short vision. They do not think ahead, they always thought that there will be another great depression. If only people know how to think for themselves then it it is much better.
20  Economy / Economics / A little good news for Asia on: March 17, 2020, 03:02:55 PM
Hang Seng Index closed at 23,263.63 and Nikkei 225 at 17,011.53.

I don't about other Asian Indexes but I see this as a sign for the recovery of markets in this pandemic.

I am not yet knowledgable enough for this but I hope anyone can expand these and if this posted please delete.  Grin Grin Grin

Keep safe everyone.
