I'm waiting for this too since a long time, it seems there is only the "workaround" where you have to import your Ledger seed into the agama wallet, which is a very unsecure "solution" in my opinion. I hope it will get fixed someday, I already was in contact with btchip (Ledger CTO) and he denied that they will implement this feature ... that was a few months ago.
Maybe a possible solution can be to support the Ledger directly in the Agama Wallet.

After these steps you can withdraw your Dividends, I haven't tried withdrawal yet because I'm waiting for the Leder support which should come in a few days.
