would you please guide me to find the whitepaper?
your simplewallet does not support to export or import keys. Why?
Since only the viewkey and the walletadress are provided to the user it looks like you got the private key and user has no royalty about his funds. Please explain your intention about that or just help me to understand if I am wrong.
I would like details on importing and exporting private keys as well. As well as view keys. I made a cold wallet, but I have no way of importing view keys to verify my balance online.

I don't know if this is similar to the rounding error alluded to a little while ago, but I withdrew my remaining balance recently (for 0.02055 BTC), which was approved: https://imgur.com/a/wB78uHowever, what was actually sent to my withdrawal address (and therefore the amount I actually received) was less than that: https://imgur.com/a/IyIL7What happened? My current balance in BCR is 0. Not sure if this was intentional or a glitch - didn't see anywhere in the ToS or elsewhere that transaction fees were being passed on to users. My last deposit was less than three months ago as well, so it's my understanding that I don't have any withdrawal limits/restrictions on my account. Please advise. Thanks! Contact support, they are better equipped to help you out as opposed to here on forums (even though that's the knee-jerk reaction for pretty much all crypto players)
I was just going to ask that. Have you tried contacting support, A Confused Shoe? They're usually much more helpful over there. The support staff can actually do something, whereas the public relations department can only forward the ticket to the support staff. Lol.

I never would have doubted it. BitcoinRush is good for it. Always been there for me.

The free lottery has been down for some time. I understand that the fees are high. Frankly, I was wondering why you guys would spend $20/hour every day for withdrawals of <$1. It didn't make sense. But, when will you re-enable the free lottery: https://yabtcl.com/freelottery.aspx I'm eager to play again. As a remedy to bitcoin fees, I would suggest you only make payments to users once per day or something. Maybe once per month. You could stuff all the payments into one transaction and make a huge transaction fee turn into a negligible amount.

There's a polite way to say this and an offensive way. You have higher chances of getting results with the polite way. The strategy you used puts bitcoinrush on their back foot, forcing them into a reactionary stance rather than a progressive stance. I would suggest that you pay attention to this fact, if you want those around you to appreciate what you have to say. That being said, I would appreciate it if bitcoinrush put the rounding issue at the forefront of their agenda. It has been a long time since I've noticed the issue as well.
Thank you both dhamijad and DarkStar_ You're both correct in the fact that this was a rounding issue, and a short-term fix has been applied, we will be making a more strategic fix in our next release which goes live next week. As per our policy, we have also added a bounty to DarkStar_'s account on BitcoinRush.io He can choose to cash this out immediately with no restrictions, or use it in the Sportsbook or Casino. dhamijad - Don't waste your time with Tuck. I personally know who he is IRL, and wish he would took the advice I gave him years back to help him fix his addiction and problem. However, you can clearly see that didn't happen, or he's going through a relapse as he'd rather spend his time creating multiple identities and trolling us on this forum. I personally see some humor with it all, but do regret people wasting their time. lol. Best response. Couldn't have come up with a better one. Props.

TY... Will be taking a look at correcting this shortly! They've had this "error" for as long as they've been in business. Notice the quotations around "error." This will not be corrected shortly. In fact, I'm guessing that this issue will take weeks to fix, all the while pocketing your extra money. I don't recall ever seeing any other casino use these shady tactics to skim money from their players. This is a nice little strategy Bitcoinrush has going and it's about time someone called them out. Let's see how "shortly" this gets fixed. In the meantime, I'd avoid this shady operation like the plague it is. There's a polite way to say this and an offensive way. I'm still curious, whether freebitco.in will update the rate at least once before the cutoff in January.
Perhaps Myfe can comment on whether they will be updating the rate before January. If so, how many times.
We have no plans to update the rate. This is consistent with how we handled the Bitcoin Cash hard fork. We're one of the few online bitcoin wallets to ensure our members get access to their coins...we provide that access for redemption to Bitcoin at a fixed rate OR to withdraw to another wallet. I totally understand why you'd prefer to get a the market rate if our rate is below market. I plan to withdraw my personal Bitcoin Gold balance (as I have my Bitcoin Cash balance) to an external wallet so I can gain market-current rates or hold my coin into the future. Good questions, thanks for asking. Thank you for your response, Myfe. I truly appreciate it, and this is one of the reasons I trust freebitco.in so much. You're very transparent, and communicate well with your users. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

garytheasshole, You are deferring me to a different solution, when I am simply asking if they have any plans to update the exchange rate. Please focus on the inquiry instead of giving me information I already know.
garytheasshole was giving you the only solution available as he probably read the response Myfe already gave in the other thread. I have been posting regarding the discrepancy in the exchange rates . Now that you brought it up here , let me re-question your rates. 1. Why are you giving the customers a ridiculously low exchange rate ( 40% lower than the current market rates ) ? ( .032(market rate) v/s 0.019 (your rate) Note : rates today = 0.032 BTC / BTG ( as on Nov 22 0400 UTC - source : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-gold/) 2. Why have you pegged the rate at a constant 0.019 BTC/BTG when market exchange prices are not ? We offered the BTG exchange on Nov 20th in the early morning, at the time BTG was worth BTC0.015. So we actually offered the BTG conversion at a rediculously high 30% greater than market value. Since that time BTG has doubled in value, maybe on our news (?!). We're not a currency exchange, we don't offer dynamic conversion rates for alternative currencies. What we do is honor hard fork airdrops for our members and daily interest on balanced, which is more than every other Bitcoin wallet in existence! Thanks, TheQuin. I had actually read this thread before I posted, and I somehow missed that information. I guess I forgot to check the other threads. Thanks for your information. I'm still curious, whether freebitco.in will update the rate at least once before the cutoff in January. Perhaps Myfe can comment on whether they will be updating the rate before January. Friends!
If you haven't heard yet, we've enabled the ability to withdraw your Bitcoin Gold balance! Just click on "Withdraw", then "BTG" and enter your BTG send to address along with the 2FA (if you have it enabled).
Anyone transferring out yet? What BTG wallet are you using?
Hi, Myfe. I would like to exchange my BTG for BTC, but your rate is really low. Are there any plans to change the rate to accommodate current trading rates? XAPO, for example, has live update of the rate tied to an exchange for converting BCH to BTC. They are also allowing the exchange for a much longer period of time. They are giving until January for BCH and BTG has not even started yet. Just some thoughts I wanted to share, and get your feedback on. I mean no disrespect or hostility. I'm just a user trying to get some more information about currency exchanges on your site (and requesting a longer exchange opportunity period). You can just withdraw BTG to an exchange AFAIK. Click the Withdrawal button on top then the BTG tab. I know that, but I don't want to do that. Lol. I don't have an account with an exchange right now, and I prefer to do it all internally, if I can avoid it. Well you can't have your cake and eat it. Getting an account on an exchange is trivial and free. garytheasshole, You are deferring me to a different solution, when I am simply asking if they have any plans to update the exchange rate. I'm having problems accessing the site. Sometimes, it shows a blank page. It has gotten worse now. It gives me a Cloudflare error code: 1015 "You are being rate limited"
