Any new info on the ARKVM and ARK V2 developments? I assume we will not see any of these two completed this year imo. I think the team actually might be too small. Anyone knows why they are not hiring more developers?
There was a large update on v2 about 2 days ago. Check a few posts above yours.... also ARK of actively looking for developers right now...

The airdrop of zilla seems to be an early christmas bonus for us komodo hodlers. It is just like being given free assets. Come to think of with just around 11 million tokens supply , zilla will be valuable as time goes by and the projects potentially it will maintain.
Will this also be distributed when holding on ledger?

Hi ARK, ARK needs a telegram channel. Pls look into it. Slack is ok, but telegram is easier. It has a telegram channel.....

Are there any new features/releases planned for the short term?
We are working on setting a new world record for crypto payments per second. Setting up 1024 chains that are connected via nested merkle proofs. Theoretically adding new capacity is a linear process so you can just add more chains to get more capacity. We are in the process of proving this Is this also being marketed? I feel a lot of coins go for high txs these days.... komodo just made history with he DICO, but nobody noticed... hope people will notice this next feat!

Maybe A good time to tackle the interest issue with them as well...?

When will we be able to withdraw from Cryptopia??? :/
best to ask them Mine was stuck there too. I don't think cryptopia will solve the problem any time soon. "Support" here is horrible. I'd suggest selling your Ark for btc, move it to another exchange and buy back the ark. You might lose a bit, but it's better than having your ark taken hostage by an exchange...

Good project, but I will look further Thank you for your insightful comment..

This is getting ridiculous... just how much longer is Cryptopia planning to withhold my ARK? It's been a month already that their wallets are down. Dear ARK dev team, have you communicated with the Cryptopia team? Do you have any idea if they're close to a fixing this issue or not? There're no announcements from their side.
I had the same problem. I'd recommend selling the ark, get btc to bittrex and buy in again. Better take that small loss instead of risking to lose it all....

Is yesterday the birthday of the ark? Why are there no surprises like the others? With so many markets that support the ark, but there is no significant movement on his birthday. And no good news lately. I doubt if the project is still running or not. Did you even read anything on this thread.....? Just take a look at literally one post above yours...

I hold my kmd on a ledger.... how do I get access to the voting coins?

|

Another step to "point.click.blockchain." Do you know when the push button blockchain part of the roadmap will hit 100%? Last I checked it was at 60% something , not that far away
It'll be right after 99% Ark doesn't give dates, so we'll just have to be patient... the product will be delivered when it's ready

New Blog Post that should interest a lot of people:
EOS vs XBYDecentralized Applications (DApps) using smart contracts offer the promise of fast, secure, and reliable blockchain-ready software. Unfortunately, current blockchain platforms retain design flaws that keep these promises at bay. Until these flaws get resolved, DApps adoption will be hindered by slow transaction speeds, unstable code, unfriendly UI and convoluted coin purchasing.
With that in mind, several forward-thinking developers are creating new platforms that solve these problems. Among the most innovative are EOS and XTRABYTES, two networks seeking to fully disrupt the current DApps paradigm. Both promise faster speeds, novel consensus algorithms and better smart contract functionality. While these two networks display some similarities, they reveal several significant differences as well. if i withdraw coins from wallet and add again in 24-30 hours will i still get rewards from delegate?
Yes. If you don't unvote, the wallet address remains "linked" to that delegate. Even if there is 0 balance on it. So if you withdraw or deposit ark to the address you'll still get rewards. Obviously for the time you have less ark on the specific address, you'll receive viewer ark.

@dedpull, our Community & Tech Support lead will be hosting the event by directing the conversations and requesting answers from the responsible leaders or representatives in each department. Again, the whole event will be livestreamed on YouTube and will be accessible for replays afterwards. With this change we are promoting the community integration and transparency by having a live crowd interact directly with some of the team members. We would love to hear your feedback on this new event and any suggestions or criticism on how to improve it is welcomed! Please address them in the comment section under the livestream or in our reddit thread. Don’t forget to subscribe to the new YouTube channel and set a reminder for the event by heading to the Youtube Livestream Event and clicking “Set Reminder” on the bottom left. Great!! Will there also be a transcript available afterwards for those who can't watch it live?

A VERY good article to give a good insight to people who are not so familiar in depth, thanks for that. I still hope my Ledger Nano S will be supported directly in Agama someday, or at least that I'm able to claim interest with it. The existing workaround is a security issue for me. Same. Would be great if this is integrated in the wallet. Maybe something like how Ark does it? Basically you just use the ledger to sign the transactions....

Let's play a speculation game: "Komodo in a year from now"
By march 1, 2019:
1) There will be at least 100 or more dICO already completed or in progress? Yes/No
2) There will be at least 5 or more BarterDex gui to choose from? Yes/No
3) Daily trading volume on BarterDex will have exceeded 20 millions Usd for at least 7 consecutive days? Yes/No
4) At least 50 or more Erc20 tokens will have abandoned Ethereum and moved to Komodo assetchains? Yes/No
5) Komodo price will have exceeded 100 Usd for at least 7 consecutive days? Yes/No
I say Yes to all five questions, I believe that once the dICO process is automated and there is a friendly gui available, Komodo will get increasing use and visibility in no time
1: not sure. dICOs can happen without the kmd team knowing about it.... truly decentralized! All others: yes
